ང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་པོ་ཕྱག་གཡས་གསེར་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཛིན་ཅིང་གཡོན་དངུལ་དཀར་གྱི་དྲིལ་བུ་དཀུར་བརྟེན་པས་ཡུམ་ལ་འཁྱུད་པ། ཞབས་སེམས་སྐྱིལ་གྱིས་བཞུགས་ཤིང་ཡུམ་སྙེམས་མ་དཀར་མོ་གྲི་ཐོད་འཛིན་པ་དང་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བ། གཉིས་ཀའང་དར་དང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྒྱན་ཅན་ཡབ་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་དཀར་པོ། དེའི་མཐར་བསྐོར་དུ་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དཀར་པོ་འོད་ཟེར་ཕྲོམ་ཕྲོམ་འཕྲོ་བ་གཡས་སུ་འཁོར་བ་གསལ་གདབ། དེ་ལྟར་སྤྱི་བོའི་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྐྱབས་གནས་ཀུན་འདུས་སུ་མོས་པ་རྟེན་གྱི་སྟོབས། སྔར་བྱས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་གནོང་ འགྱོད་དྲག་པོས་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཁྱེད་མཁྱེན་ནོ། །བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྔོན་ཆད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་བགྱིས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས་སོ། །བྱང་ཞིང་དག་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ་སྙམ་པ་སུན་འབྱིན་པའི་སྟོབས། ད་ཕྱིན་ཆད་འཆི་བ་སྲོག་ལ་བབ་ཀྱང་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་དངོས་སུ་ལྟ་ཅི། རྨི་ལམ་དུའང་མི་བགྱིད་སྙམ་པ་ཉེས་པ་ལས་སོར་ཆུད་པའི་སྟོབས། སྔར་བྱས་ཀྱི་གཉེན་པོར་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྒོམ་བཟླས་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་གཉེན་པོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྟོབས་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་སྟོབས་བཞི་དྲན་བཞིན་པས་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སོགས་ཅི་ནུས་བཟླས་པས། སྔགས་ཕྲེང་རྣམས་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་སྐྱ་ཚིལ་གྱིས་བབས་པ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་ཐོན་རང་གི་ཚངས་བུག་ཏུ་ཞུགས། ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུད་ཁུ་དང་རྣག་ཁྲག་ལྗན་ལྗིན་དང་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཕྲ་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་བ་སྤུའི་ཁུང་བུ་དང་། གཤང་ལམ་དང་ཆུ་ལམ་སོགས་ནས་ཕུ་ཆུ་དྲག་པོས་ཐལ་བ་དེད་པ་ལྟར་ཐོན་པར་བསམ་ལ་དེ་ཉིད་གསལ་གདབ་པའི་ཕྱིར། །རང་ལུས་ཐ་མལ་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ཏུ། །པད་དཀར་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྟེང་། །ཨ་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་དཀར། །རྡོར་དྲིལ་འཛིན་པས་ཡུམ་ལ་འཁྱུད། །རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱན་སྤྲས་སེམས་སྐྱིལ་བཞུགས། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་སྟེང་ཧཱུྃ་གི་མཐར། །སྙིང་པོ་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པས་བསྐོར། །། སྐུ་དང་སྔགས་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན། །དཀར་ནར་བབས་ཏེ་སྤྱི་བོར་ཞུགས། །བདག་གི་ལུས་ཀུན་གང་བ་ཡིས། །སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་ནས་ཤེལ་གང་ལྟར། །དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ལུས་སུ་གྱུར། །ཅེས་ངག་ཏུ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དམིགས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གཅུན་ལ་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་བཟླ། མཐ

我和合不二之尊胜金刚萨埵，身色洁白，右持金色五股金刚杵于心间，左手持银色铃铛依于腰际，拥抱明妃。双足跏趺而坐，明妃拥抱，明妃为白色，持钺刀和颅碗。二者皆具绸缎和珍宝的装饰，本尊心间月轮之上，有白色吽字。（ཧཱུྃ， हूँ，hūṃ，吽）其外围绕着白色百字明咒鬘，光芒闪耀，向右旋转，清晰观想。如是观想头顶上师金刚萨埵为一切皈依境之总集，此为所依力。对往昔所造之罪恶和不善业，以猛烈的后悔之心，尊胜上师金刚萨埵，您知晓！我和一切众生往昔所造之罪业，皆忏悔和发露。祈请清净。此为破恶力。从今以后，即使死亡降临，也不造作罪业，何况是真实的罪业，即使在梦中也不造作，此为返回力。作为往昔所造罪业的对治，修持金刚萨埵的禅修和念诵，此为对治遍行力。如是忆念四力，以百字明祈请文的形式，念诵百遍、千遍等力所能及的数量。从咒鬘中降下甘露之流，如酥油般降下，从父母双尊的交合处流出，进入自己的梵穴。所有疾病、邪魔、罪障等，都以浓烟、脓血、粘液和微小生物等的形态，从毛孔、大小便道等处，如山洪冲走灰烬般流出，如是观想并清晰观想。为了清晰观想彼，自身观为凡庸身，于头顶。 白莲月轮之中央。 阿字化生金刚萨埵白。 持杵铃拥抱明妃。 珍宝严饰跏趺坐。 心间月上吽字周。 心咒百字作围绕。 身及咒语降甘露。 白亮降临入顶门。 充满自身之全部。 罪障清净如琉璃。 转成无垢之身躯。 如是语中念诵，并专注一境，念诵百字明。结尾

I, inseparable from the glorious Vajrasattva, whose body is white in color, holding a five-pronged golden vajra in the right hand at the heart, and a silver bell resting on the hip in the left, embracing the consort. Seated in the posture of ease, embracing the consort, who is white, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Both are adorned with silk and precious jewels. Above the moon disc at the heart of the father, there is a white Hūṃ syllable. (ཧཱུྃ， हूँ，hūṃ，Hūṃ) Around it, the white garland of the hundred-syllable mantra shines brightly, rotating to the right, visualize clearly. Thus, the guru Vajrasattva on the crown of the head is regarded as the embodiment of all refuges, which is the power of reliance. With intense remorse for all the sins and non-virtuous deeds of the past, glorious guru Vajrasattva, you know! I and all sentient beings confess and reveal all the sinful deeds committed in the past. Please purify them. This is the power of repulsion. From now on, even if death comes, I will not commit sinful deeds, let alone real sins, not even in dreams, this is the power of restoration. As an antidote to the sins of the past, practice the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva, this is the power of universal application of the antidote. Thus, remembering the four powers, recite the hundred-syllable mantra as a prayer, hundreds, thousands, or as much as possible. From the mantra garland, a stream of nectar descends like butter, flowing from the union of the father and mother, entering one's own Brahma-randhra. All diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations, in the form of smoke, pus, blood, mucus, and tiny creatures, flow out from the pores, urinary and anal passages, like a torrent of water washing away ashes, visualize this and visualize it clearly. For the sake of clear visualization, visualize your own ordinary body, on the crown of the head. On the white lotus moon disc. From the letter A, Vajrasattva, white. Holding vajra and bell, embracing the consort. Adorned with precious jewels, seated in ease. At the heart, on the moon, surrounded by the letter Hūṃ. The hundred-syllable essence surrounds it. From the body and mantra, a stream of nectar. White and clear, descends and enters the crown. Filling my entire body. Sins and obscurations purified like crystal. Transformed into a stainless body. Thus, recite in words, and focus single-pointedly, recite the hundred-syllable mantra. End
