I don't need any examination, until I personally experience it, before that, all that needs to be done has been completed, except for completely abandoning ordinary consciousness, I cannot describe the clarity of discernment through mental speculation with anything in the three thousand worlds. Slightly different from the ordinary natural state, clear emptiness naturally arises. From the beginning, there was nothing that was not understood, but it is surprising that it has not been understood until now. Having previously pretended to observe one's own mind, it now seems that those were all meaningless deluded thoughts. Certainty also arises towards the Dharma and the Guru. Joy also arises within oneself. Because there are too many distractions, phenomena such as attachment to the eight worldly concerns also arise, but as soon as one remembers, without needing much adjustment, one can naturally abide, if one can reach this state, it can be counted as having slightly realized one's own nature, but it seems that just that is not enough to move forward. The time of meditation is no different from death. Focus one's energy on food, clothing, and idle talk. Plant devotion to the Guru like a stake in one's heart. If one can do without even a hair's breadth of attachment to the affairs of this life, one can gradually begin to enter the Dharma. Jetsun Rögö said, "I had extreme devotion to the Guru, and I was diligent like my head was on fire, therefore, within twenty days, I clearly saw the nature of my own mind. Within three months, I was not disturbed by external circumstances during the day. After two years, I was able to abide continuously day and night." Therefore, if one has devotion and diligence, even things that seem impossible to understand and see are not impossible to understand and see. In short, Omniscient Rangjung Dorje summarized it in one heart-word. I prostrate to the venerable Gurus! This is the intent of the Buddhas of the three times. It is striving for the benefit of the venerable ones. The great fame of what is called Dharmakaya Mahamudra (Chos sku phyag rgya chen po), this great, refers to one's own mind. If one does not recognize the nature of one's own mind, then what is called "my mind, my mind" refers to those random thoughts of consciousness. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana do not go beyond this consciousness. The essence of the Tripitaka Sutra and Tantra is also here. If one practices this, there is nothing to meditate on. Let awareness rest in its natural state. Do not doubt whether this is Mahamudra or not. Do not expect good, and do not fear bad. Do not follow after many confused thoughts. Let this clear awareness rest upon itself. Relax.

Let go! Nothing else is needed besides meditation. By meditating in this way again and again, at some point, thoughts will recognize themselves, will together realize the rootlessness and groundlessness, all attachments will naturally dissolve, and in an instant, all habitual tendencies will be uprooted, that is what is called becoming a Buddha. In an instant, one can distinguish. The heart words of Mahamudra, the one-word pith instruction. The ultimate secret instruction of the noble lamas, the accomplished ones. Other than that, there is nothing else. Please do not show it to those who are not vessels. If the door is abandoned, blessings will not occur. Please always remember me. There is no mistake in this. I only hope for blessings. Do not show the text to anyone before the transmission is complete, this is the seal. This was composed by Rangjung Dorje in the secluded place of Yang Gon. This passage is a Vajra statement, containing the essence and key points of blessings, it is very important for those who have completed the transmission to thoroughly understand it. In the text of Lojong (Mind Training), it says: Now, the most important thing is to practice. Just as it is said, now, at this time of obtaining a human body, the next life is more important than this life. Moreover, practice is more important than explanation. Moreover, it is most important to meditate steadfastly on the lama's instructions. Unable to endure the suffering of practicing Dharma, yet able to endure the hardships and efforts to fulfill the desires of this life, this is a reversal. Not desiring the Dharma, yet desiring the eight worldly concerns, this is a reversed desire. Not experiencing the taste of Dharma through the three (activities) of listening, contemplating, and meditating, yet experiencing the taste of worldly pleasures, this is a reversed experience. Not generating compassion for oneself and others creating negative karma, yet generating compassion for those doing asceticism for the sake of Dharma, this is a reversed compassion. Not applying actions related to oneself to the Dharma, yet striving for the glory of this life, this is a reversed effort. Not cultivating joy in doing good deeds, yet rejoicing when enemies suffer, this is reversed rejoicing, these six reversals need to be abandoned. In particular, Nagarjuna said: Worldly hatred, gain and loss, happiness and unhappiness, pleasant and unpleasant, praise and blame, these eight worldly concerns, do not let them be the object of my mind, please maintain equanimity. Just as it is said, these eight worldly concerns, not to mention others, qualified practitioners
