There are two types: contemplating the form of the Chakravartin and spontaneously uniting with the supreme. Here, the practice of contemplation is done according to the Yoga method. That is, on the crown of one's ordinary self, from the letter "པྃ" (paṃ) arises a lotus, and from the letter "ཨ་" (a) arises a moon seat. Upon it, from the letter "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) arises a white five-pronged vajra, marked in the center with the letter "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), radiating light. Offerings are made to the noble ones, and the benefit of sentient beings is accomplished. Gathering and dissolving, from this arises Vajrasattva, inseparable from the root guru, with a white body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra pointed towards the heart, and the left hand holds a silver bell resting on the hip. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is bent, seated in the posture of a bodhisattva, adorned with various silks as upper and lower garments, and complete with peaceful ornaments such as a precious crown. The hair is tied in a topknot on the crown of the head, marked at the top with the unmoving Buddha, representing one's own lineage. The body is adorned with marks and signs, radiating immeasurable light, appearing but without inherent existence, clear like a reflection of the moon in water, with three syllables at the three places. At the heart, on a lotus and moon seat, is a white "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), surrounded by a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra, white in color, with the mantra facing outwards, starting from the front and rotating clockwise like a coiled snake. From this, light radiates. Inviting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, they dissolve into oneself, and one contemplates oneself as the essence of all the deities, and prays for the purification of sins and obscurations. From the seed syllable of the mantra wheel at the heart, nectar of wisdom descends, filling the entire body. What cannot be contained overflows, descending as white nectar from the big toe of the right foot, entering from the crown of one's head. All sins and obscurations, such as broken vows accumulated from beginningless lifetimes, transform into smoke and soot. All diseases transform into pus, blood, and serum. All demonic influences transform into the form of worms, insects, and filth. Together with the tangible flesh and blood, like water carrying away dirt, they flow out from the pores and sense doors, dissolving into the golden foundation of the great power. One contemplates one's own body filled with pure wisdom nectar, with the remaining nectar overflowing upwards, touching the feet of Vajrasattva. Thus, one contemplates very clearly, clarifying again and again. If the mind wanders elsewhere, even if one recites for

It will not bear fruit. After saying this, without any distraction, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the Six Syllable Mantra at a moderate pace, clearly and purely. Finally, join your palms and recite prayers and confessions such as "Protector, I." The Vajrasattva Guru was pleased and smiled, saying: "Son of good family, all your sins, faults, and downfalls are purified from this day on." After saying this, he dissolved into light and merged into oneself. Think that the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva and one's own body, speech, and mind are inseparable, and rest in a state of non-objectification. If you rest, dedicate the merit. The signs of purification of sins are explained in the scriptures. Special signs include a relaxed body, less sleep, good health, clear awareness, and the arising of sudden realizations. The meaning of this is that, in general, one must abandon sins and practice virtues. Being able to know what to accept and reject as it is and teach others is the unique characteristic of the perfectly enlightened Buddha. Believing in the Buddha's teachings and putting them into practice is what makes the heart meaningful. Whether it is a good or bad deed, it is small at the time of cause, but it grows greatly at the time of result. The result of evil deeds is falling into the lower realms, and the result of good deeds is attaining the higher realms. The deeds one has done will not be wasted, and the deeds one has not done will not be encountered. Moreover, the deeds caused by the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, if they do not appear in body and speech, are mental deeds; if they truly appear, they are deeds of body and speech. Therefore, before all deeds, the mind must go first. As it is said: "For going to the dark world, the mind is the root of poison." There are also the five inexpiable sins, the five near inexpiable sins, the ten non-virtuous deeds, and the so-called four heavy and eight fallen deeds. There are also the transgressions against the three vows, the ones one has committed oneself, the ones one has caused others to commit, and the ones one rejoices in and praises. In short, we have accumulated sins and downfalls like mountains from beginningless time without knowing or feeling it. Now, almost all of our thoughts and actions of body, speech, and mind are under the control of the three poisons, constantly accumulating sins and obstacles. Due to these faults, even in this life, we will be ridiculed by gods and humans.
