Also explained regarding the completion of deficiencies. However, here, according to the Indian treatise of Jetari, as it says, "Ghee, barley, beans, yogurt, medicine, durva grass, kusha grass, poplar wood, flowers, sesame, mustard, etc., are burned," sesame and other items should be gathered. It says, "Especially to be done, for sesame and mustard seeds, burn a hundred, a thousand, or ten thousand, as an act of purifying sins." This is in the context of completion of deficiencies in practice, pacifying sins and suffering. Sesame and mustard seeds should correspond to the number of mantras, as desired, and similarly, the offering for burning to the mandala deity, that is, two sets of offerings for burning. Holy water, or when related to the mandala, it is also acceptable to pour the actual activity vase or vase water into a conch shell cup, etc., and these should all be arranged. On the left, one portion of perfumed water to generate the splendor of the family mantra, and the root offering water should be filled with fragrant water and white flowers in a clean container. Also, in a clean container, especially the offering water, including milk, rice, and barley, and kusha grass. Two sets of near offerings, and the offering torma to the fire god, etc., should be arranged. A fire screen is placed in front of the one performing the burning offering. Inside the brickwork, between the vajra bell, the filled containers are placed mouth to mouth, and near it, in any direction that is convenient to take, ghee is placed. Poplar wood refers to that which is made from the top part of a milky tree, as thick as a thumb or little finger, and as long as one cubit or two fists' distance. The length of each should be equal, without cracks or scars, the heartwood should not be rotten, and the essence should not be crooked. Its two ends are well smeared with ghee, honey, or milk, etc., in large quantities. A fan, as well as firewood for temporary warming, and eight bundles of kusha grass should all be well arranged. Then, the practitioner adorns himself with white ornaments, and with a peaceful mind, sits on a cushion with inner padding, for pacifying, in the lotus posture, and for increasing, in the auspicious posture, that is, sitting facing east in an auspicious manner. During the practice, between the generation of oneself as the deity and the recitation, there is gathering and dispersing. At this time, according to the Indian treatise, "The Bhagavan at the time of activity, bathing and burning offerings, etc., are white." And, "If done in this way, all activities will be accomplished." Thus it is said, one visualizes oneself as the Bhagavan Akshobhya, the color of his body is white.
