愿我迅速成就金寂（藏文：གསེར་ཐུབ་）的不可思议的传记、陀罗尼、三摩地、愿望、善巧方便的行境、种种神变以及无量智慧海，并且能够使一切众生安立于此。愿我刚一去世，就能亲眼见到薄伽梵金寂的容颜，一切业障瞬间清净，毫无阻碍地进入一切佛土，清净佛土，成熟众生，受持正法，令十方诸佛欢喜无量。顶礼、供养、皈依薄伽梵、如来、应供、正等觉燃灯佛（藏文：འོད་སྲུངས་）。七遍。圣众等释。今日在诸佛菩萨圣众云集的座前，念诵如来燃灯佛的名号，依靠积聚资粮的善根，如昔日圆满正觉燃灯佛大士如何发心、如何立誓，我亦如是于诸佛菩萨圣众前发起菩提心，并如是修学一切学处。愿我迅速成就如来燃灯佛大士的不可思议的传记、陀罗尼、三摩地、愿望、善巧方便的行境、种种神变以及无量智慧海，并且能够使一切众生安立于此。愿我刚一去世，就能亲眼见到薄伽梵燃灯佛大士的容颜，一切业障瞬间清净，毫无阻碍地进入一切佛土，清净佛土，成熟众生，受持正法，令十方诸佛欢喜无量。顶礼、供养、皈依薄伽梵、如来、应供、正等觉吉祥释迦牟尼佛（藏文：ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་）。七遍。圣众等释。今日在诸佛菩萨圣众云集的座

May I swiftly accomplish all the inconceivable biographies of Ra Thub, the dharanis, samadhis, aspirations, skillful means, realms of activity, various transformations, and the immeasurable ocean of wisdom, and may I be able to establish all sentient beings in such a state. As soon as I pass away, may I directly see the face of the Bhagavan Golden Sage, and may all obscurations be purified in an instant, and may I enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction, purify the fields, ripen sentient beings, uphold the sacred Dharma, and accomplish infinite delight for the Buddhas of the ten directions. Homage, offering, and refuge to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Light Protector (Tibetan: འོད་སྲུངས་). Seven times. Explanation of the Noble Assembly, etc. Today, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, reciting the name of the Tathagata Light Protector and relying on the root of virtue of accumulating the assembly, just as the complete Buddha Light Protector of the past generated the mind and took vows, so too may I generate the mind of enlightenment in the presence of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and train in all the bases of training.
