我等所修之行愿，以诸供养海，遍满无边虚空界，供养之，礼敬之。名为某某等，我等从无始以来，于轮回中流转之所有生世中，总而言之，造作所有罪恶不善之业，应作之业未作，所有罪业皆忏悔。随喜三世诸圣众所有一切功德之福德。劝请十方一切诸佛转无上法轮。祈请所有欲示现涅槃之世间灯，莫入涅槃，利益世间，长久住世。今于诸佛菩萨众会之前，称念如来毗婆尸佛之名，依积聚资粮之善根力，如昔圆满正觉毗婆尸佛如何发心、如何立誓，我亦如是于诸佛菩萨之前，发无上菩提心，修学一切学处。愿我速疾成就如来毗婆尸佛之不可思议之行境、总持、三摩地、愿、善巧方便之行境、种种神变、无量智慧海，亦能令一切有情安住于如是境界。愿我于命终之后，即能亲见世尊毗婆尸佛之尊颜，所有业障于刹那间清净，无碍进入一切佛刹，清净佛土，成熟有情，受持正法，成办令十方诸佛欢喜之无量事业。༈ །།顶礼、供养、皈依世尊应供正遍知如来顶髻尊。念诵七遍。从圣众彼等一切等开始，祈请安住。中间如上念诵。

May all the oceans arising from the aspirations of my practice completely fill the boundless expanse of the sky. I offer and pay homage. By the name of so-and-so, from beginningless time, in all lifetimes wandering in samsara, in short, I have committed all sinful and non-virtuous actions, and have not done what should have been done. I confess all sins. I rejoice in all the merits of all the virtues of the noble beings and beings of the three times. I urge all the Buddhas of the ten directions to turn the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma. I pray that all the lamps of the world who wish to show the way to pass into nirvana will not pass into nirvana, but will benefit the world and remain for a long time. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, reciting the name of the Tathagata Vipashyi Buddha, relying on the merit of accumulating the accumulation, just as the fully enlightened Buddha Vipashyi generated the mind and made vows in the past, so too, in the presence of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta and train in all the grounds of training. May I quickly accomplish all the inconceivable realms of the Tathagata Vipashyi, the dharanis, samadhis, aspirations, the skillful means of practice, the various miraculous manifestations, and the immeasurable ocean of wisdom, and may I also be able to establish all sentient beings in such a state. May I, immediately after death, be able to directly see the face of the Blessed One Vipashyi Buddha, and may all obscurations be purified in an instant, and may I enter all Buddha-fields without hindrance, purify the Buddha-lands, ripen sentient beings, uphold the Dharma, and accomplish the immeasurable deeds that please all the Buddhas of the ten directions. ༈ །། I prostrate, offer, and take refuge in the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha with the crown of the head. Immediately after death, May I directly see the face of the Blessed One Crown Jewel, and may all obscurations be purified in an instant, and may I enter all Buddha-fields without hindrance. May I purify the fields, ripen sentient beings, uphold the holy Dharma, and accomplish infinite delight for the Buddhas of the ten directions. May I quickly accomplish all the inconceivable realms of the Tathagata Krakucchanda, the dharanis, samadhis, aspirations, skillful means, manifestations, and the immeasurable ocean of wisdom, and may I be able to establish all sentient beings in such a state.
