...at the feet of the one who dwells surrounded. In the mountain cave called the Seventh Leaf Slope of the Mountain Dwelling, the great venerable Arhat Nagasena dwells surrounded by four thousand Arhats; at his feet. In Copper Island, the great venerable Arhat Kalika dwells surrounded by one thousand one hundred Arhats; at his feet. In the Island of Sinhala, the great venerable Arhat Vajriputra dwells surrounded by one thousand Arhats; at his feet. In the Island of the River Ya- Muna, the great venerable Arhat Bhadra dwells surrounded by one thousand two hundred Arhats; at his feet. In the land of Kashmir, the great venerable Arhat Kanakavatsa dwells surrounded by five hundred Arhats; at his feet. In Western Godaniya, the great venerable Arhat Bharadvaja the Great Golden Supreme dwells surrounded by seven hundred Arhats; at his feet. In Northern Kuru, the great venerable Arhat Bakula dwells surrounded by nine hundred Arhats; at his feet. At all times, I prostrate! I offer! I take refuge! Please grant your blessings! To the noble layperson Dharmatala, at all times, I prostrate! I offer! I take refuge! Please grant your blessings! This is the practice of supplication, which is the actual main practice, so it is important to recite as much as possible, whether it be hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of millions. At the very least, it is important to recite it seven or three times. Then, if you wish to recite the dharani mantra, by the truth of the Three Jewels, and by the power and blessings of all the Tathagatas and their retinues, and by the power of the pure and inconceivable realm of Dharma, and by the truth of the certainty of the minds of the noble ones who have no impure deeds of body, speech, and mind, I invite and request that the teacher, the perfectly complete Buddha, together with all the great assembly of the noble Shravaka Sangha, gather in this mandala of the palace where offerings are accumulated, partake of the offerings, and bless the dharani mantra to be accomplished in accordance with the Dharma, so that I and many other beings may accomplish immeasurable benefits! May the light radiate from the bodies of all the deities of the mandala, illuminating the world.

May it pervade all places. With this aspiration, may all noble beings be urged to work for the benefit of sentient beings. May all places of evil destinies be purified, and may all sentient beings enter the state of heaven and liberation. May this light pervade us, and may we obtain the power to accomplish immeasurable benefits for beings, becoming equal to the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas. May it pervade our bodies, retinues, and resources to be accomplished, eliminating all diseases and harms, and separating from all faults of body and mind, becoming suitable vessels for the Dharma. As we visualize the noble ones as if they were directly present, and recite the dharani, may we realize the various samadhi doors and infinite words of the Tathagatas and their retinues, and may we be blessed with purity. Thus, dedicating with truthful words. With firm conviction that the noble ones will grant and accomplish the activities. Visualizing that it will be as it has been dedicated. Om Namo Bhagavate Shakyamunaye. Tathagataya. Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya. Tadyatha. Om Muni Muni Maha Munaye Svaha. Recite this long mantra twenty-one times or seven times, three times, etc., and recite Muni as much as possible, and after Munaye, add Sarva Sangha Pari Puraka Svaha. This is the verse for increasing the Sangha, and if you want to add it, recite it as you wish. The third part is divided into two points: the actual aspiration and the explanation of the remaining meanings. The first point is: I beseech the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the Teacher, the glorious Victor Shakyamuni, who possesses great compassion, to consider with great loving-kindness. You, in countless eons ago, with compassion, considered those sentient beings who were drowning in darkness, without protection, without refuge, without companions, and who had become vessels of suffering. In front of the Tathagata Jewel Treasury, you made five hundred great aspirations and vowed to attain enlightenment. At that time, the Teacher and his retinue also praised your aspirations with great compassion, saying, "Your aspiration is excellent! Excellent!" etc., and prophesied that you would become a Tathagata in the future in the world of endurance.
