祈请涤除污垢如来。 祈请诸佛以慈悲之水沐浴我。 如是祈请。 欲于世间弘扬佛法之讲修与佛教，故祈请圣声闻阿罗汉众，特别是大长老们，以及所有佛菩萨，皆以阿罗汉之形象，降临于前方虚空或自己之住所，手持经典之函，结说法之手印而安住，思维彼等宣说佛法之音声，于祈请之修持末尾： 遣除有情之黑暗，执持教法之明灯。 祈请您开启甘露之都之门。 祈请击响殊胜之佛法大鼓。 祈请吹奏殊胜之佛法之海螺。 祈请点燃殊胜之佛法之明灯。 祈请降下殊胜之佛法之雨。 祈请竖立殊胜之佛法之胜幢。 祈请转动殊胜之佛法之法轮。 祈请您战胜烦恼之敌众。 祈请救度众生脱离轮回之海。 祈请遮止三恶道之道路。 祈请寂灭有情烦恼之火所焚烧之痛苦。 祈请以智慧之剑斩断烦恼之网。 祈请以佛法之甘露令众生满足。 祈请以菩提功德之大海令众生饱足。 祈请救度众生脱离痛苦之海洋。 祈请获得一切安乐之大海。 祈请转动往昔无人转动之佛法之法轮。 如是祈请。 欲于自相续中生起清净之三学，故思维大长老众及诸佛菩萨皆以阿罗汉之形象，于自己前方结跏趺坐，入于等持，加持于我，于祈请之修持末尾： 佛陀所化现之阿罗汉， 圣者大长老大德， 三宝之真身， 大声闻之化身， 具慈悲之自性者们， 以及圣比丘阿罗汉， 一万六千四百位尊者， 阿罗汉漏尽无烦恼， 所作已办已作， 心与智慧

I beseech the Tathagata to cleanse my defilements. I beseech all the Buddhas to wash me with the water of compassion. Thus I pray. Wishing to pray for the flourishing of the teaching and learning of Dharma and the Buddha's teachings in the world, I pray that the noble Shravaka Arhats in general, and in particular the great elders, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may come in the form of Arhats in the sky in front of me or in my own dwelling, holding the volumes of the Tripitaka in their hands, and abiding with the mudra of teaching the Dharma, thinking that they are proclaiming the sound of the Dharma, at the end of the practice of supplication: Holding the lamp of the teachings that dispels the darkness of beings. I beseech you to open the gate of the city of nectar. I beseech you to strike the great drum of the sacred Dharma. I beseech you to blow the supreme conch of the Dharma. I beseech you to light the supreme lamp of the Dharma. I beseech you to send down the supreme rain of the Dharma. I beseech you to raise the supreme banner of the Dharma. I beseech you to turn the supreme wheel of the Dharma. May you be victorious over the hosts of afflictions. May you liberate beings from the ocean of existence. I beseech you to block the paths of the three lower realms. Pacify the suffering of beings scorched by the fire of afflictions. I beseech you to sever the net of afflictions with the sword of wisdom. I beseech you to satisfy beings with the nectar of the Dharma. I beseech you to satiate beings with the ocean of the qualities of enlightenment. I beseech you to liberate beings from the ocean of suffering. I beseech you to attain the ocean of all happiness. I beseech you to turn the wheel of the Dharma that has never been turned by anyone before. Thus I pray. Wishing to generate the pure three trainings in my own mindstream, I think that the great elders and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are sitting in front of me in the form of Arhats, sitting in the lotus position and in meditative equipoise, blessing me, at the end of the practice of supplication: The Arhat who is an emanation of the Buddha, The noble great elder great ascetic, The embodiment of the three precious jewels, The emanation of the great Shravaka, Those who possess the nature of compassion, And the noble Bhikshu Arhats, The one hundred and sixty-four hundred venerable ones, Arhats who have exhausted the outflows and are without afflictions, Having done what needs to be done and having accomplished what needs to be done, Mind and wisdom

Liberation. Like well-trained horses and elephants, they have fully attained their own benefit in bearing burdens. All bonds in existence are completely exhausted, the powers of the mind are supremely attained, possessing clairvoyance, miraculous powers, and qualities, having crossed to the other shore of the ocean of qualities. You noble upholders, with compassion for sentient beings, tame the untamed, purify the impure, provide refuge for the unprotected, liberate the unliberated, pacify the unpacified, like a great physician, a king of doctors, becoming sustenance for sentient beings, possessing knowledge and conduct, being a worthy recipient of offerings, gentle and a great Sangha. To the four who have entered the path and the four who abide in the fruition, we respectfully prostrate. Please bestow great blessings. Whatever merit the faithful desire, the merit arising from material things, is a field for those who constantly practice, to whom offering brings great fruit, we respectfully prostrate. Please bestow compassion and love with a peaceful and tamed mind-stream. Thus, by praying to one's own lama, virtuous spiritual friends, as well as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the noble great Arhats, thinking that their minds are in accord and they bestow blessings, one's own good mind will increase more and more. Thus it is said. If you desire wealth, then visualize everyone holding a mongoose in their hands. If you desire to increase experience, then visualize everyone in equipoise. If you desire auspiciousness, then visualize everyone as radiant, holding a bowl filled with delicious food. For all prayers, it is crucial not just to say the words, but to offer sincere prayers from the depths of your heart. If many monks and others who are pure in their vows pray in unison, the blessings will be especially swift. Third, the concluding activities, first, offering the torma: Cleanse the torma with Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露), purify with Svabhava (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性). From emptiness, from the syllable Om (藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), a precious vessel arises, vast and wide, within which, the torma arising from Bhrum (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：勃隆), transforms into a great ocean of nectar. Bless by reciting three times, and the root lineage lamas without exception, and whoever
