Whoever praises the supreme day and night, in the immaculate and utterly pure, with exceedingly bright and melodious sound, all sentient beings rejoice, and also attains a desirable state. Unequaled and increasing strength, going to the supreme path, praised by the gods of clear light and commitment, the captivating gods and assembly of non-gods desire, this dharani has been well spoken by the victorious ones. Even just hearing this will make sentient beings extremely pure. Whoever listens, holds, recites, and comprehends it will obtain all perfect qualities and also attain the supreme of purity." Then, the great Lord of the Gods, the Great Powerful One, pervading countless hundreds of thousands of kotis, expanding throughout the three realms, together with his retinue and all the Bodhisattvas gathered in the Vajra Mandala, bowed their heads to the Noble Avalokiteshvara, whose name is the Lord of the Earth, the Hero who plays in various ways.

A vast mandala pervaded by compassion. Exceedingly joyful, exceedingly delighted, one who teaches exceedingly. Good fortune, supreme liberation of peace. Extremely pure, lord of great qualities. A crown of flowers renowned for its manifold purity. Most supreme, the single eye of all three realms. Bestowing the supreme, beautifying the wealth of all beings. Even the immeasurable arises in immeasurable kalpas. A refuge and captivating, pure and clear. Adorned with a jewel crest, born from the vajra. The sole one of the three realms, hero with lotus eyes. The ocean of learning, more courageous than all sentient beings. The supreme one who liberates all beings. With melodious sounds, adorned with pure lotuses on the neck.
