愿以稳固的菩提心安住，不舍弃任何一个众生，面容不带怒容，言语温和，不懈怠地使一切众生成熟。亲近并承侍善知识，恭敬佛法，听闻不厌足，无私地向他人施予佛法，宣讲佛法。愿少欲知足，不舍弃所学的功德和资具，远离我慢，具足忍辱，以恭敬心依止上师，如法地寻求并听闻佛法。愿舍弃一切戏谑之语、害人之心和执着之见，内心渴望真实，对甚深空性的佛法具有强烈的信仰。愿身心寂静地安住在寺院中，内心堪能调伏，对见解和戒律没有执着，不赞扬自己，也不诽谤他人，从一切后悔中彻底解脱，转变观念，获得彻底的解脱。愿恒常欢喜于修行的行为，证悟一切法无生无灭，如同虚空。愿甚至在梦中也不忆念声闻和缘觉之心，以及执着之见。愿在圆满寻求善法时，誓言坚定，极为清净地持有令圣者欢喜的戒律之蕴，以平等和慈爱之心对待一切众生，安住于不住之禅定，对任何法都没有执着，如实地具有证悟佛法的智慧。总之，愿我迅速成就弥勒菩萨的一切功德，如传记、陀罗尼、三摩地、愿文、善巧方便的行境、神变和无量智慧之海，并且能够使一切众生也安立于此。愿临终之际，立即亲见弥勒菩萨的尊容，一切业障在瞬间得以清净，毫无阻碍地进入一切佛刹，清净佛土，成熟众生，受持正法，

May I abide with a steadfast Bodhicitta, never abandoning a single sentient being, speaking gently without a frown, and tirelessly working to mature all sentient beings. May I rely on and serve virtuous spiritual friends, respect the Dharma, never tire of listening, generously share the Dharma with others, and teach the Dharma without selfishness. May I be content with little desire, never abandoning the qualities and resources I have cultivated, be free from pride, possess patience, and respectfully rely on the Lama, seeking and listening to the Dharma properly. May I abandon all frivolous talk, harmful thoughts, and clinging to views, aspire to truth within, and possess a strong faith in the profound Dharma of emptiness. May I dwell in solitude in monasteries, with body and mind secluded, have a mind that is easily tamed, be free from clinging to views and ethics, not praise myself or slander others, be completely liberated from all regrets, transform my perceptions, and attain definite liberation. May I always rejoice in the practice of Dharma, and realize that all phenomena are without arising or ceasing, like the sky. May I not even in dreams think of the minds of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, or clinging to views. May my vows be firm in fully seeking virtuous Dharma, may I hold the aggregates of precepts that please the Noble Ones with utmost purity, may I treat all sentient beings with equanimity and loving-kindness, abide in non-abiding Samadhi, and possess the wisdom to realize the Dharma as it is, without attachment to any Dharma. In short, may I quickly accomplish all the qualities of Maitreya Bodhisattva, such as his biography, Dharanis, Samadhis, aspirations, skillful means, miraculous powers, and the immeasurable ocean of wisdom, and may I be able to establish all sentient beings in the same. May I, immediately upon death, directly see the face of Maitreya Bodhisattva, purify all obscurations in an instant, and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction, purify the fields, mature beings, uphold the sacred Dharma,

愿能使一切诸佛欢喜无量。向大菩萨圣地藏敬礼！供养，皈依。七遍。供养等如前。今于诸佛及眷属众会聚之前，称念圣地藏之名，依此积聚之善根，如昔日无量无数诸佛之前，圣地藏闻思修心如何发起，誓愿如何受持，如是，我亦于诸佛及眷属之前，发菩提心，于一切学处皆随之修学。愿我等一切有情，皆能从无量无数如恒河沙数之诸佛世尊处，获得无尽之大誓愿，并能恒常修持大悲心与不退转之精进。愿彼等之力量，以上升之势，刹那之间，亦能将无量无数之凡夫众生，从各种痛苦中解脱出来，并能使彼等一切所欲之愿望皆得圆满。愿以无量无数不可思议之愿力与功德之无边差别所庄严之行，声闻、缘觉及世间一切众生皆无法衡量。愿能自在一切佛法，到达智慧海之彼岸，安住于如是之多佛刹，并能示现与众生心意相符之形象，从而使之成熟。如如意宝珠般，如雨般降下一切所思之物，从而轻易满足一切希求与愿望。愿能放出无量奇妙之禅定神通，一切佛刹亦如我所安住之禅定般，从而调伏无量可调伏之众生。凡听闻我之名号并对我生起信心者，

May it cause infinite joy to all the Buddhas. I prostrate to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Kshitigarbha. I offer and take refuge. Seven times. Offerings etc. are done as before. Today, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and their retinues, by reciting the name of the noble Kshitigarbha and relying on the root of virtue accumulated in this way, just as the noble Kshitigarbha generated the mind of hearing, thinking, and meditating in the presence of immeasurable and countless Buddhas in the past, and just as he upheld his vows, so too, in the presence of the Buddhas and their retinues, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta and follow all the grounds of learning. May all sentient beings, including myself, be able to obtain inexhaustible great vows from immeasurable and countless Buddhas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and may we always be able to practice great compassion and unwavering diligence. May their power, with the force of increasing from above, even in an instant, liberate immeasurable and countless ordinary beings from various kinds of suffering, and may they be able to fulfill all their desires. May the conduct adorned with immeasurable, countless, inconceivable aspirations and the infinite differences of qualities be immeasurable by anyone, including Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and all beings in the world. May we be able to have dominion over all the Buddha's teachings, reach the other shore of the ocean of wisdom, abide in as many Buddha-fields as there are, and be able to show forms that are in accordance with the minds of sentient beings, thereby maturing them. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, may we rain down all that is thought of like rain, thereby easily satisfying all hopes and wishes. May we release immeasurable and wonderful manifestations of Samadhi, and may all Buddha-fields become like the Samadhi in which I abide, thereby subduing immeasurable numbers of beings to be tamed.
