愿对梵天、自在天等有信仰者，以他们的形象，行于善行。愿饥饿受苦的众生，我能以身命救护。愿心怀嗔恨和恐惧的众生，首先安置于菩提，再行于波罗蜜多和二资粮，并在诸佛世尊所居之刹土中供养，获得菩提之授记。愿一切众生皆能受持庄严佛土功德之愿，并能得见十方诸佛说法，前往彼等跟前，令其欢喜。当胜者日落之时，我亦能行佛之事业，愿众生皆能行于三种福德之事物。愿见我之妇女、饿鬼、旁生等众生，皆能以此为最后之生。愿我每一个毛孔，皆有如来之身，以大丈夫相好庄严，愿此等身遍布一切佛土。愿为百千俱胝之众生说法。愿为三乘种姓者，宣说各自乘之法，如是九十五种说法。愿无量无边的众生，安住于三摩地和陀罗尼之门，并以菩提之庄严而修饰。愿未造善根之众生，亦能安立于皈依三宝，并于其后行于六波罗蜜多。愿不喜善法者，行于八支斋戒；造五无间罪者，行于近事；喜小善根者，行于十学处；寻求一切善根者，行于圆满学处。对于四众和乐于争论和讽诵者，亦为彼等宣说相应之法，总之，对于一切所化众生，皆示现其所应调伏之形象和法。

May those who have faith in Brahma, Ishvara, and others, be engaged in virtuous conduct through their forms. May I be able to protect sentient beings who are hungry, thirsty, and suffering with my body and life. May sentient beings whose minds are filled with anger and those who are fearful, first be placed in enlightenment, then engaged in the perfections and the two accumulations, and may they be offered in those pure lands where the Buddhas, the Bhagavat reside, and receive predictions of enlightenment. May all sentient beings be granted the ability to hold the aspiration that arranges the qualities of the Buddha's pure land, and may they see the Buddhas teaching the Dharma in the ten directions, go to them, and make them happy. When the victorious sun sets, may I also do the work of the Buddha, and may all sentient beings be engaged in the three objects of merit. May women, pretas, and animals who see me, may that be their last birth. May each of my pores be adorned with the marks and signs of a great being, the body of the Tathagata, and may those bodies spread to all Buddha lands. May I teach the Dharma to hundreds of thousands of billions of sentient beings. May I teach the Dharma to those of the three vehicles according to their own vehicle, and thus teach the Dharma in ninety-five ways. May immeasurable sentient beings be placed in the doors of samadhi and dharani, and be adorned with the ornaments of enlightenment. May sentient beings who have not created roots of virtue also be established in taking refuge in the Three Jewels, and then engage in the six perfections. May those who do not like virtuous Dharma practice the eight-branch vows; those who commit the five heinous crimes practice the upasaka vows; those who like small roots of virtue practice the ten precepts; and those who seek all roots of virtue practice the complete precepts. For the four assemblies and those who are happy to argue and recite, may I also teach the Dharma that is in accordance with them, in short, for all those to be tamed, may I show the form and Dharma that should be tamed.

愿示现种种化身。我等对于完全寂灭的舍利，以种种珍宝和种种乐器供养，乃至仅以一佛名、一合掌、一绕塔、一花供养者，亦如其所愿，于三乘中永不退转。于正法衰败之时，亦从彼舍利中发出佛法之声，救脱疾病、兵器、饥荒之怖畏等，恒时无有怖畏地成办佛陀之事业。方才去世，即于如来释迦牟尼佛前，于莲花座、狮子宝座上化生，且一生起即圆满六度波罗蜜多，令诸佛及菩萨皆欢喜，且引导一切有情众生趋入大乘道。༈ །།顶礼大菩萨、大心菩萨圣妙吉祥童子。供养、皈依。七遍。彼等圣众等如上念诵。今于诸佛菩萨眷属云集之圣众前，称念圣妙吉祥童子之名，依于积聚资粮之善根力，如昔日如来龙声王等尊前，妙吉祥童子如何发心、如何立誓，如是，我亦于诸佛菩萨前发无上菩提心，且随学一切学处之根本。我等乃至前后际不可得之时，皆披不可思议之大铠甲，且以大行投入。任何有情众生见我等者，彼等皆于无上菩提不退转，且能摧毁二万俱胝劫之轮回。愿圆满五度波罗蜜多。任何女人听闻我之名者，彼等速疾脱离女身。愿以如虚空般了知一切法之甚深智慧，乃至轮回未空

May various manifestations be shown. May those who offer to the relics of the completely extinguished ones with various jewels and various musical instruments, or even with just one name of the Buddha, one prostration, one circumambulation, or one flower, according to their wishes, never regress from the three vehicles. Even when the holy Dharma declines, may the sound of Dharma arise from those relics, and may they protect from the fears of disease, weapons, and famine, etc., and may they always accomplish the deeds of the Buddha without fear. Immediately after passing away, may they be miraculously born on a lotus seat and a lion throne before the Tathagata Shakyamuni, and immediately upon being born, may they perfect the six paramitas. May they please all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and may they lead all sentient beings onto the path of the Great Vehicle. ༈ །། Homage to the Bodhisattva, the great-hearted Bodhisattva, the noble Manjushri Kumara. Offerings and refuge. Seven times. Recite the above, such as "Those noble assemblies, etc." Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, by reciting the name of the noble Manjushri Kumara, relying on the root of virtue accumulated through gathering accumulations, just as Manjushri Kumara generated the mind and made vows in the presence of the Tathagata Dragon Sound King, etc., so too, may I generate the supreme Bodhicitta in the presence of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and may I follow all the bases of learning. May we all wear the great armor of the inconceivable until the time when the prior and subsequent limits are unattainable, and may we enter correctly with great conduct. May any sentient being who sees us never regress from the unsurpassed Bodhi, and may they destroy twenty billion kalpas of samsara. May the five paramitas be perfected. May one Buddha-field be accomplished with immeasurable boundaries pervading as many Buddha-fields as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, and may all the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-fields of all the Buddhas, the Bhagawats, who reside in countless billions of trillions of world realms in the ten directions, except for the adornments of the Shravakas and the Buddhas of the five degenerations, be gathered into my one Buddha-field, and may I hold such an adorned Buddha-field. May that field be without birth from the womb, filled with Bodhisattvas, without the sound of bad destinies and evil paths, filled with many unprecedented kings of precious jewels, and may all food, clothing, and enjoyments be obtained as soon as they are thought of, and may they also initially worship the Buddhas and satisfy all sentient beings, inseparable from mindfulness, and may it be without day and night, heat and cold, sickness, old age, and death, and endowed with an inexhaustible lifespan. Having manifestly and completely awakened in that field, when I look in all directions with the unobstructed eye of a Buddha, may I not see any Tathagata who has not been placed by me in the state of Buddhahood, and may I accomplish the vast conduct of enlightenment completely at that very moment. In short, may I quickly accomplish all the conduct, dharanis, samadhis, aspirations, skillful means, transformations, and immeasurable ocean of wisdom of the supreme son of the Buddhas, the noble Manjushri Kumara, and may I also be able to establish all sentient beings in such a state. May I immediately see the face of Manjushri Kumara directly, and may all obscurations be purified in an instant, and may I enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction, purify the fields, ripen sentient beings, completely uphold the sacred Dharma, and accomplish boundless delight for the Buddhas of the ten directions. ༈ Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Avalokiteshvara.
