ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མ་འདས་པ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་བཟླ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བླང་། སྨོན་པའི་རྗེས་ནི། དེང་དུས་བདག་ཚེ་འབྲས་བུ་ཡོང་། །མི་ཡི་སྲིད་པ་ལེགས་པ་ཐོབ། །དེ་རིང་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་སུ་ད་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ཉིན་མཚན་དུས་དྲུག་བྱང་སེམས་བསྒོམ། །འགྲོ་བློས་མི་སྤང་ཚོགས་ལ་འབད། །དཀར་ནག་ཆོས་བཞི་བླང་དོར་བྱ། །བྱང་སེམས་ཕན་ཡོན་མི་བརྗེད་པར། །ད་ནི་བདག་གིས་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་། །རིགས་དང་མཐུན་པའི་ལས་བརྩམས་ཏེ། །སྐྱོན་མེད་བཙུན་པའི་རིགས་འདི་ལ། །རྙོག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་དེ་ལྟར་བྱ། །བདག་གིས་དེ་རིང་སོགས་ཤློ་ཀ་གཅིག་བྱའོ། །འཇུག་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་གསོལ་གདབ་ནི། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལས་བདག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་སྡོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་ལེན་པར་འཚལ་གྱི་དེ་ལ་གནོད་པ་མ་མཆིས་ན་བདག་ལ་།ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་ཅུང་ཟད་གསན་ཅིང་སྩལ་བར་རིགས་སོ། །ལན་གསུམ། འདུན་པ་ གསོ་བ་ནི། བདག་སེམས་ཅན་མ་བརྒལ་བ་རྣམས་བསྒྲལ་བ་དང་། མ་གྲོལ་བ་རྣམས་དགྲོལ་བ་དང་། དབུགས་མ་ཕྱིན་པ་རྣམས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མ་འདས་པ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་བཟླ་བ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གདུང་རྒྱུན་མི་ཆད་པར་འདོད་ཅིང་དེ་དག་ལ་བདག་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་བརྟན་པ་དང་ཡི་དམ་བརྟན་པར་བགྱིའོ། །ལན་གཅིག །མྱུར་དུ་སྦྱིན་པར་གསོལ་བ་ནི། དངོས་སུ་བཤམས་དང་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་སྤྲུལ། །བདག་པོས་ཡོངས་སུ་མ་བཟུང་དང་། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས། །མ་ལུས་བློ་ཡིས་བླངས་ཏེ་འབུལ། །བདག་གི་ལུས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་། །དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་བའི་དངོས་པོ་ཀུན། །མ་ལུས་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྤྱན་སྔར་འབུལ། །འགྲོ་བའི་སྐྱབས་གྱུར་འཚང་རྒྱ་ཤོག །རྒྱལ་དང་དེ་སྲས་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་གིས་ནི། །བདག་གི་ལུས་ཀུན་གཏན་ཏུ་དབུལ་བར་བགྱི། །སེམས་དཔའ་མཆོག་རྣམས་བདག་ནི་ཡོངས་བཞེས་ཤིག །གུས་པས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འབངས་སུ་མཆི་བར་བགྱི། །ཞེས་དང་ཙོག་པུར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་སྡོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླང་བ་མྱུར་དུ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། ལན་གསུམ། བར་ཆད་དྲི་བ་ནི། བླ་མ་ལས་ལེན་ན་དོན་ཚན་སོ་སོ་ནས་དྲི་དགོས་ཀྱང་རང་གིས་ལེན་ཚེ། བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལགས་ཤིང་བྱང་ཆུབ་

将尚未完全从悲伤中解脱者，令其完全从悲伤中解脱。念诵三遍。祈愿之后：如今我生命结果将成熟，获得人类的福祉，今日生于佛陀家族，如今已成为佛陀之子。日夜六时修持菩提心，不舍众生，努力积聚资粮，对黑白四法取舍有度，不忘菩提心的利益。现在我无论如何也要开始与种姓相符的事业，对于这无瑕疵的僧人种姓，不使其变得污浊。我今天等要做一个偈颂。进入菩提心生起之加行祈请：祈请十方安住的诸佛和菩萨，我欲如法受持菩萨戒，若无违缘，请诸位慈悲稍作垂听并赐予。念诵三遍。意乐劝请：我将度化尚未度化的众生，解脱尚未解脱的众生，令未出息的众生出息。将尚未完全从悲伤中解脱者，令其完全从悲伤中解脱，欲使佛陀的种姓不绝，愿我对他们的菩提心坚定，愿我的本尊坚定。念诵一遍。祈请迅速赐予：真实陈设和意幻化现，无主且未被完全受用的，无上供养之物，全部以智慧取受而供养。我的身体、受用和三世的一切善妙之物，全部于诸佛菩萨前供养，愿成为众生之怙，速证菩提！我对诸佛和佛子们，将我的所有身体永远布施。请诸位殊胜菩萨完全接受我，恭敬地成为您的仆人。如是说后，双腿盘坐，双手合掌。祈请十方安住的诸佛菩萨，迅速赐予我受持菩萨戒。念诵三遍。关于障碍的提问：如果是从上师处受戒，则需要逐条提问，如果是自己受戒，则说： 我，名为（某某），是菩萨，是菩提

May those who have not completely passed beyond sorrow be completely delivered from sorrow. Recite three times. After the aspiration: Now my life's fruit will come to fruition, may I obtain the goodness of human existence, today I am born into the Buddha's family, now I have become a son of the Buddha. Day and night, six times, I meditate on Bodhicitta, without abandoning sentient beings, I strive to accumulate merit, I take and abandon the four black and white dharmas with measure, without forgetting the benefits of Bodhicitta. Now, no matter what, I must begin the work that is in accordance with my lineage, and for this flawless lineage of monks, I will not allow it to become defiled. I will now make a verse, starting with "Today..." The preliminary prayer for entering the generation of Bodhicitta: I beseech the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, I wish to properly take the vows of a Bodhisattva, if there are no obstacles to this, please listen and grant me a little out of compassion. Recite three times. Aspiration and supplication: I will liberate those sentient beings who have not been liberated, I will free those who have not been freed, and I will give breath to those who have not breathed. May those who have not completely passed beyond sorrow be completely delivered from sorrow, wishing that the lineage of the Buddha may not be cut off, may my Bodhicitta towards them be firm, and may my Yidam be firm. Recite once. Praying for swift granting: Actually arranged and mentally emanated, ownerless and not fully enjoyed, the supreme offerings, all taken with wisdom and offered. My body, possessions, and all the virtuous things of the three times, all offered before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may I become the protector of beings and quickly attain enlightenment! To the Buddhas and their sons, I will give my entire body forever. Please, excellent Bodhisattvas, completely accept me, and respectfully become your servant. Having said this, sit cross-legged and join your palms. I beseech all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions to quickly grant me the vows of a Bodhisattva. Recite three times.
