可怜的我发出悲惨的哀嚎，祈求救护有罪的我。向圣者虚空藏和大地藏，以及所有大慈悲怙主，我从内心深处寻求救护并发出哀嚎。仅仅见到，就能使阎罗王的使者等憎恨者，头发竖立，四处逃散者，我向金刚手怙主寻求救护。往昔我违背了您的教令，如今我见到巨大的恐惧，故向您寻求救护，祈求迅速消除恐惧。如是说。由于贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴的控制，身语意所造作的一切罪业，我全部一一忏悔。其余支分是：对于十方一切诸佛和佛子，以及独觉、有学、无学，和一切众生的所有功德，我都随喜。对于十方世界的明灯，次第证得菩提，未曾停滞的诸位怙主，我祈请他们转动无上法轮。对于想要示现涅槃的诸位，为了利益和安乐一切众生，祈请如田地微尘数劫般住世，我合掌祈请。顶礼、供养、忏悔，随喜、劝请、祈祷的，我所积的一切微小善根，全部为了菩提而回向。 如是，祈请世尊释迦牟尼佛和八大近子等佛菩萨眷属坛城降临，顶礼、供养、忏悔罪业，随喜功德，劝请转法轮，祈请不入涅槃。愿凭借他们的威力、功德和加持力，使我们从无始轮回以来所积累的一切罪业和障碍得以清净。愿身体无病，寿命延长。愿获得世间和出世间一切圆满的荣耀。最终圆满二资粮，成就金刚身法王佛陀。

Wretched, I cry out in miserable lamentation, beseeching protection for sinful me. To the noble Akashagarbha and Kshitigarbha, and to all the great compassionate protectors, I seek refuge from the depths of my heart and cry out in lamentation. Those who, when seen, cause the messengers of Yama and other hateful beings to have their hair stand on end and scatter in all directions, I seek refuge in the Vajra-holder. In the past, I transgressed your commands, but now, seeing great fear, I seek refuge in you, I beseech you to quickly dispel the fear. Thus it is said. Through the power of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, whatever sins I have committed with body, speech, and mind, I confess them all individually. The remaining branches are: To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the Pratyekabuddhas, those in training, those beyond training, and whatever merit of all beings, I rejoice in all of them. Those who are the lamps of the ten directions, who have attained enlightenment in stages without ceasing, to all those protectors, I urge them to turn the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma. To those who wish to show the passing into nirvana, for the benefit and happiness of all beings, I also beseech them to remain for as many kalpas as there are dust particles in the fields, I prostrate with folded hands. Offering prostrations, making offerings, confessing, rejoicing, urging, and praying, whatever small merit I have accumulated, I dedicate it all for the sake of enlightenment. Thus, invoking the presence of the Blessed One, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni, and the mandala of the retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, including the eight great close sons, offering prostrations, making offerings, confessing sins, rejoicing in virtues, urging the turning of the wheel of Dharma, and praying not to pass into nirvana. May the power, glory, and blessings of these beings purify all the sins and obscurations that we have accumulated since beginningless time. May we be free from illness and have long lives. May we attain the complete glory of worldly and transworldly attainments. Finally, may we perfect the two accumulations and attain the Vajra body, the Dharma King, the Buddha, the Blessed One.

愿获得证悟涅槃之果位！愿所有地区，人疾、畜疫、歉收、敌害等一切不祥之兆皆不发生！愿风调雨顺，五谷丰登，人畜兴旺，具足圆满安乐之吉祥！愿一切众生皆得安乐，远离痛苦，圆满二资粮后，迅速现证圆满菩提！第二，积聚智慧资粮，分为二：世俗菩提心和胜义菩提心之受持。第一，分为二：深奥传承和广阔行传承之规。第一，具有加行、正行、结行三者，首先是皈依和积资：行三次大礼拜，双膝跪地，合掌。祈请十方安住之诸佛菩萨垂念我。我名某某，从此时起，直至菩提果位之间。皈依诸佛！皈依佛法与菩萨众！如是念诵三遍。为了广大积资，念诵出自《入行论》之七支供：三时所逝诸佛陀，以及佛法与僧众至尊，于如尘沙数诸佛前，我以身语意恭敬礼。菩提心之基石与，佛塔等前我顶礼，堪布上师及导师，殊胜苦行者前敬礼。于彼生起珍贵菩提心，彼之身前我顶礼，纵受损害仍有关联，安乐之源彼前敬礼。如是及，为受持珍贵菩提心之故，乃至，供养怙主及诸佛子。以及，我因无知愚昧故，无论自性罪与，遮罪所造诸罪业，于怙主前皆坦白，合掌以畏惧之心，一而再再作顶礼，彼等一切皆忏悔。祈请引导者们，受纳我之罪过。此非善妙之行，今后我永不再造。

May the attainment of the state of Nirvana be realized! May all inauspicious signs such as human diseases, livestock epidemics, crop failures, and enemy harm not occur in all places! May timely rain and water fall, crops and livestock increase and flourish, and may the glory of happiness and well-being be fully endowed! May all sentient beings be endowed with happiness and free from suffering, and having perfected the two accumulations, may they quickly attain perfect enlightenment! Secondly, accumulating the accumulation of wisdom is divided into two: the relative Bodhicitta and the ultimate Bodhicitta. First, there are two: the profound lineage of the deity and the vast lineage of conduct. First, there are three parts: preliminary, main, and concluding. First, taking refuge and accumulating merit: With three prostrations, kneeling and joining palms, I request all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions to pay attention to me. From this time on, I, named so-and-so, until the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddhas! I also take refuge in the Dharma and the Sangha of Bodhisattvas! Recite this three times. To increase the accumulation of merit, the seven-branch prayer from the Bodhicaryavatara: To all the Buddhas who have passed in the three times, along with the Dharma and the supreme Sangha, before as many Buddhas as there are grains of dust in the fields, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind. I prostrate before the bases of the mind of enlightenment and the stupas. I pay homage to the Khenpo, the teacher, and the supreme ascetic. To the body of the one in whom that precious and sacred mind arises, I prostrate. Even if harmed, there is still a connection to happiness. I prostrate before that source of happiness. Thus, and for the sake of holding that precious mind, up to, offering to the protectors and all the sons. And, because I am ignorant and foolish, whatever sins I have committed, whether natural or prohibited, I confess them all openly before the protectors, with folded hands, with fear and suffering, again and again I prostrate, and I confess all of them. I pray that the guides accept my sins and transgressions. This is not a good deed, and I will never do it again.
