Tormented by suffering and creating great discomfort, without fear, without worry, the mind is always distracted, far from generosity, discipline, peace and solitude, practice, and mindfulness, far from the gates of dharani (藏文：གཟུངས་，梵文天城体：धारणी，梵文罗马拟音：dhāraṇī，汉语字面意思：Total Recall), the doors of samadhi, and dwelling in peace in the forbearance of the ten bhumi dharmas, far from the profound Prajnaparamita and equality, not cultivating the four immeasurables of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, Not possessing the superior discipline of a Bodhisattva, far from the great wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction, not having attained dwelling in peace in the practice of virtuous dharmas, the cause of nirvana, becoming separated from miraculous powers, strength, and fearlessness, not abiding in right mindfulness, not accomplishing the practice and indulgence in the nature of non-forgetfulness, being lazy in doing good, and not realizing the seven limbs of enlightenment due to the obscuration of wrong views and doubt, likewise not practicing the eightfold noble path, being overwhelmed by countless great afflictions, being tormented and completely troubled by many kinds of suffering, always being angry due to weak thoughts and always being distracted, always indulging in countless afflictions, I pray that the Tathagatas and those who abide in the great compassion of Bodhisattvas will be my protectors, I pray that they will be my refuge, I pray that they will be my guides.
