Homage to the Bhagavan Amitabha and retinue, the chariot of liberation, a ritual of offering and supplication. Homage to the Bhagavan Amitabha and retinue, the chariot of liberation, a ritual of offering and supplication. Homage to the Bhagavan Amitabha and retinue, the chariot of liberation, which is called the chariot of liberation, abides. Namo Guru Amitabhaya. The Victorious One's name, accomplished from hundreds of merits, like a sun-like offering banner in the midst of stars, subduing the guides of as many realms as dust motes, I prostrate to the protector of the Sukhavati realm. The King of the Shakyas, the master of compassion, the means to lead beings to the path of enlightenment, among the many things he has spoken, this is easy to do and of great benefit. Thus, the sutra in which the Buddha manifestly abides. Whatever is praised as great in the Sukhavati realm, the arrangement of Amitabha, from the sutras and so on. This path, which is easy to enter for both the superior and inferior, and does not turn back once entered, even I, with my inferior intellect, enter with joy. Those fortunate ones who wish to enter here, should first receive the transmission from the teacher. The method is as follows: Having gathered the mandala, images, and offerings, the teacher first takes to heart the practice of meditation and recitation. With the generation of bodhicitta as a preliminary, purify everything into emptiness. From the red Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) syllable in one's own heart, one transforms into the Victorious Amitabha, with a red body, the two hands in the mudra of meditative equipoise, seated in the vajra posture, wearing the three robes, possessing the conduct of celibacy, complete with all the marks and signs. Wisdom being Vajrasamāja (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:वज्रसमा ज,梵文罗马拟音:vajrasamāja,汉语字面意思:Vajrasamāja) Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:जः हुं बं होः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ,汉语字面意思:Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ). Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) on the forehead, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Āḥ) on the throat, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the heart. In the heart, visualize the mantra garland around the Hrih Oṃ Amṛta Prabhe Amṛta Hūṃ). Recite as much as possible. The students, having first bathed and prostrated, should be seated. In order to place all sentient beings, as infinite as space, in the state of complete and perfect enlightenment, the Buddha Amitabha, for that purpose, receive the transmission of meditation and recitation and practice its meaning. Generate such intention, and clarify the conduct of listening to the Dharma. The Dharma to be listened to is, ultimately, all Buddhas, with the four equalities and the ten powers, possessing the three secrets and activities.

Although their essence is equal and undifferentiated, they appear to sentient beings in different ways, with varying lifespans and scopes of activity. This Thus-Gone One, Limitless Light, in the past, countless eons ago, when he was a monk named Dharmakara, generated the supreme mind of enlightenment before the Lord Lokeshvararaja Buddha. He gathered together the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-fields of eighty-one billion, trillion, hundred-thousand, nayuta Buddhas into one place, surpassing even that. He took hold of all that had never occurred in the worlds of the ten directions, made limitless, wondrous, and extraordinary prayers, donned the great armor of fearlessness, and for limitless eons, for the sake of all sentient beings, practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva and perfectly accomplished great prayers, bringing the roots of virtue to their culmination. From here, to the west, passing beyond billions, trillions, hundreds of thousands of Buddha-fields, in the world called Sukhavati, he manifestly awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment and became a Buddha, remaining for a lifespan of immeasurable eons. With the light of his radiance, he pervades limitless Buddha-fields. He is surrounded by an unfathomable ocean of assembled Sangha. He is now living, dwelling, and teaching the Dharma. Any sentient being who hears the name of the Bhagavan Limitless Light, and generates even a moment of faith, will not turn back from unsurpassed enlightenment and will become the last of their female births. If they generate roots of virtue and sincerely dedicate themselves to being born in that field, then immediately upon death, they will see Limitless Light together with the Sangha of monks, and will be born in the world of Sukhavati, practice immeasurable Bodhisattva conduct, and quickly attain Buddhahood, and so forth, possessing wondrous liberations. In the Buddha-fields of the ten directions, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, dwelling there, proclaim his name and fame with one voice, and constantly utter endless praises, such is the wonder.
