I prostrate to the stupas that are nonexistent. Before all those worthy of prostration, as many as the number of dust motes in all the fields, with bodies bowed down, at all times, with supreme faith, I prostrate. Then, at the beginning of the remaining limbs such as offerings, offer the mandala extensively, and read this which comes from the sutra of the wheel of complete dedication, remembering the meaning. I beseech the Blessed One, Infinite Light, and all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who reside in the ten directions, and all the great Bodhisattvas who abide in the ten bhumis, and the Vajra Holders, to consider me. I, named so-and-so, since I have not attained peaceful abiding on the true path, now generate the mind of enlightenment. I offer my body and mind, at all times and in all ways, to the Tathagatas of the three times and to all the Bodhisattvas. I beseech all the Tathagatas who possess great power, and all the Bodhisattvas who abide on the great earth, to accept me. May my great accumulation of merit and wisdom, and the exertion of diligence, and the expansion of mind, and the utmost peace and gentleness, and power, and clairvoyance, and the perfections, etc., be quickly and completely fulfilled. Again, I beseech the Blessed Ones who possess great compassion to consider me. I, named so-and-so, wandering in samsara, bound by great bonds, dwelling in a prison, separated from the true path, controlled by the enemy of afflictions, without a protector, without refuge, without eyes, without support, without a lord, without a guide. Having gone astray, indulging in samsara, turning away from the great Nirvana, heading towards the lower realms, relying on evil paths, having fallen into evil paths, constantly seized by evil friends and separated from virtuous friends, ignorant of what is true and untrue, of what is beneficial and unbeneficial, of what is meaningful and meaningless, separated from virtuous Dharma and accomplishing great non-virtue, constantly turning away from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the noble ones, suffering from birth, aging, sickness, and death.
