Meditate on the mandala of the Lama's incarnation and recite it four hundred thousand times. In the generation stage, first is the realm of mind, then the realm of senses, and finally the impure appearances of the body subside. Practice until only the pure appearance of the deity arises. Then, in order to request the second secret empowerment, offer a mandala with the intention of offering a consort adorned with ornaments to the Lama. Repeat this supplication: Hūṃ! The wondrous secret of the empowerment of bodhicitta, today, please grant it to me, and may I generate the wisdom of great bliss. Three times. As a symbol of not seeing the secret mandala, cover your face. Three seed syllables. Visualize the Guru, Father and Mother, as the Sambhogakaya Lama Amitayus, the immortal Vajra mandala. Visualize the union of burning and dripping, causing the stream of red and white bodhicitta drops to increase greatly. Then, in order to bestow the blessings of the secret empowerment, you must properly restrain the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and focus in this way: Disciples, visualize the Guru, the Sambhogakaya Lama Amitayus, Father and Mother, in the five places, clearly visualizing the five skull garland lords with their consorts. From the five places of the Guru, rays of light emanate, striking the five skull garlands in your five places, thereby stimulating the mind-stream. Absorbing into the five families, Father and Mother, may unbearable bliss blaze forth. Thus, with incense and music, the blessings are bestowed, causing trembling and shaking, and speaking in Sanskrit, etc. Then, for the actual secret empowerment, make this aspiration: Visualize the Guru, Father and Mother, as the Sambhogakaya Lama Amitayus, Father and Mother, in the five places, with the five skull garland families, Father and Mother. The secret places marked with Vajra and Padma, Aṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Empty) and Aḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：अः，梵文罗马拟音：aḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah). With the bodhicitta of absorption, offer to the assembly of deities in the body's places. With the sound of bliss and light, the disciple also dissolves into light, is swallowed into the mouth, transmits the form of the five families, Father and Mother, emerges from the secret place, visualize as having the nature of the Sambhogakaya Lama, placed on the empowerment throne raised by peacocks and precious lotuses, sun and moon. Again, visualize the Guru, Father and Mother, in union, with the sound of bliss and light, invite all the five families, Father and Mother, enter into the mouth, dissolve into the fire in the heart, the nature of bodhicitta descends into the secret place.

Place it on the disciple's tongue, thinking that this will fill all the channels and elements, and generate the wisdom of bliss. Hūṃ! Unfabricated, unelaborated bodhicitta, for the sake of generating the wisdom of bliss, bodhicitta that plays with the four joys, may you play with this! Thus exhorting, meditate on the wisdom of the four joys. Mix amrita (Sanskrit: amṛta, Romanized Sanskrit: amrita, literal Chinese meaning: immortality) and three sweets into the wine that symbolizes bodhicitta, pour it in, and recite: Hūṃ hrīḥ! In the sky of the five purified elements, may the assembly of deities of the five essences be absorbed, immortal nectar bodhicitta, may the channels, bindus, and winds be purified, and may empowerment be obtained! At the end of the root mantra, recite: Guhya bodhicitta abhiṣiñca āḥ (Tibetan: གུ་ཧྱ་བོདྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुह्य बोधिचित्त अभिषिञ्च आः, Romanized Sanskrit: guhya bodhicitta abhiṣiñca āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Secret bodhicitta, empower āḥ). Then give the Sambha longevity pill and dza gang: Hūṃ! The essence of the union of the essences of samsara and nirvana, the immortal substance into which the five families of fathers and mothers are absorbed, may the essences of the five elements of the body greatly increase, and may the supreme body of the immortal vajra be accomplished! To see the secret mandala, remove the face covering. Three syllables (oṃ āḥ hūṃ). Visualize the display of the consort's secret mandala, and generate the wisdom of bliss. To rely on this, the second emanation is emitted from the places of the guru's body and the deities of the immortal peaceful mandala, and absorbed into the disciple's five places, visualize that the wisdom of bliss is stabilized. Empower the disciples with the chakras of the guru's sambhogakaya retinue: Hūṃ hrīḥ! Although the dharmakaya does not move from the unborn realm, the sambhogakaya perfect guru Amitayus, the supreme secret mother Padma Dhying Phyukma, because of the empowerment of the two main father and mother deities, may the empowerment to spontaneously accomplish great bliss be obtained! At the end of the root mantra, recite: Abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Empower hūṃ)! Hūṃ! From the unborn nature of the dharmakaya, the sambhogakaya is complete, the essence of space, Buddha skull garland power, space completely pure, Buddha realm, free mother, may the empowerment to purify the three channels, bindus, and winds be obtained!
