Pray! To repay debts is: Hūṃ! This torma, endowed with the five desirable qualities, is offered to you, the deceased, entangled in strife and debts, the living demon, the iron of death, and the debts. May you be satisfied and pleased with this torma, and do not hinder the liberation of the deceased. Oṃ Sarva Bhūta Baliṃ Ta Khāhi (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व भूत बलिं त ख ख हि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva bhūta baliṃ ta kha kha hi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, ghost, offering, eat, eat, eat). Discard the ransom torma. Take up the karma vase. This is water of pure nature, which purifies the stains of jealousy. By washing well with pure water, may the stains of jealousy be purified. I prostrate to the one who performs the bath well. Oṃ Abhya Gya Taṃ Ke (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་བྷྱ་རྒྱ་ཏཾ་ཀེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ अभ्य ग्य तं के, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ abhya gya taṃ ke, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, bath, auspicious, do, what). May all the evil deeds and obscurations of the deceased Asura be pacified, Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā! Thus, wash. Strike with sand. Pride, wrong views, and doubt, these three are the three root poisons. The accomplished one with meaning has no poison. The karma vajra destroys poison. May the obscuration of jealousy be purified. Hā Prajñā Dhrika (Tibetan: ཧཱ་པྲཛྙཱ་དྷྲི་ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हा प्रज्ञा ध्रिक, Sanskrit Romanization: hā prajñā dhrika, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha, wisdom, shame), Mama Koliṃṅa Manta (Tibetan: མ་མ་ཀོ་ལིངས་མནྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मम कोलिंङ मन्त, Sanskrit Romanization: mama koliṃṅa manta, Literal Chinese meaning: Mama, Koliṃṅa, mantra). May all the karma and imprints of the deceased Asura be pacified, Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā! Visualize the sand, the light rays of the peaceful and wrathful deities of accomplished meaning, like flames, burning the seed syllable "Tri" of the Asura, green in color, into non-existence. Prostration and praise: Alas! Deceased son of the transformed body lineage, due to intense jealousy, caused by the ten non-virtuous deeds and the power of strife, you may be born in the cruel Asura realm. In that place, the protector and refuge is the Asura Sage, named Good Mind, residing there. To him, recite these words of refuge: Abandon all grasping and attachment of jealousy, go in peace, obtain the Dharma of discipline, may jealousy be purified. Asura Sage, holding the weapon of protection, I pray that you purify the suffering of Asura strife. I take refuge in the Blessed One, Good Mind, with devotion. Take up the northern vase. Hūṃ! In this vase of five essences, reside the deities of the Sugata's activity. Because you, the deceased, are being empowered, after cutting off the birth gate of the Asuras, may you be born in the Sukhāvatī pure land. Hā Karma Sattva Samaya (Tibetan: ཧཱ་ཀརྨ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हा कर्म सत्त्व समय, Sanskrit Romanization: hā karma sattva samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha, karma, being, vow) etc., and the hundred-syllable mantra of accomplished meaning, Hā Karma Abhiṣiñca Ā (Tibetan: ཧཱ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हा कर्म अभिषिञ्च आ, Sanskrit Romanization: hā karma abhiṣiñca ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha, karma, consecrate, Ah). Visualize the water of the vase being washed with the stream of the five wisdoms, and thus place it under the left armpit and bathe. Ke Ke Ke, Ke Ke Ke, Ke Ke Ke. Take up the weapons. Hā! This is the sword symbolizing wisdom, and this is the armor protecting against the weapons of demons, the gate of skillful means of the Buddhas of the three times.

Hum! The land below this cut is the realm of fighting Asuras, abandon it, discard it, son of noble family! The land above this cut is the realm of heavenly bliss, go forth, depart, son of noble family! May you attain the irreversible ground! In order to gradually liberate the six realms of beings, Yasing Ra Lungpa Laya! In order to attain the irreversible ground, Eka Rana Bejaka Sha! Place the nameplate in the mind of the deity. The one born in the heavenly realm should sincerely pray. Alas! A sentient being like me with heavy karma, due to the karma of strong arrogance, is born in the realm of desire realm gods, the suffering of falling is beyond words, may you liberate me from this suffering, please embrace me with great compassion!
