敬礼！向寂怒本尊众神顶礼！ 普贤佛母秘密莲花处！ 普贤佛以无漏之乐安住！ 嬉戏智慧，寂怒本尊众！ 向父母及子众顶礼！ 向无相法身顶礼！ 向圆满报身顶礼！ 向种种化身顶礼！ 向不变金刚身顶礼！ 向现证菩提身顶礼！ 三世诸佛所修持！ 圆满二资粮，功德至究竟！ 向身与智慧之众顶礼！ 向所有应礼敬者！ 以等同所有刹土微尘数！ 俯身遍一切！ 以胜妙信心顶礼！ 如是顶礼。 尤其皈依之律仪是： 亡者您合掌受持皈依律仪！ 十方诸佛菩萨众！ 亡者请您垂念！ 二足尊胜者佛陀与！ 寂静离贪之神圣法！ 殊胜僧众圣者僧伽！ 此起直至未获菩提间！ 亡者恭敬而皈依！ 普贤寂怒本尊众！ 从今直至无上菩提间！ 亡者恭敬而皈依！ 勇士勇母护法等！ 菩萨金刚阿阇黎！ 亡者恭敬而皈依！ 后一句重复三遍。 以欲次第受持三律仪之心！ 亡者您请随念！ 于上师普贤之前！ 身语意三门于他众！ 遮止损害行善业！ 别解脱戒沙弥比丘菩萨！ 于别解脱律仪！ 恒常安住且行善！ 愿能圆满受持律仪！ 吽！ 上师普贤请垂念！ 此起直至未获菩提间！ 对于六道一切有情众！ 以箭靶之想！ 未度者令度脱！ 未解脱者令解脱！ 未喘息者令喘息！ 发愿菩提心！ 如同往昔诸佛！ 安住于律仪！ 此起直至轮回未空前！ 无上入菩提心！ 亡者请发起！ 学习并修持六度！ 以精进力令一切度脱！ 亦受持三律仪之根本！ 我既已受持发心律仪！ 令未脱者得脱，未度者得度！ 喘息

Homage! I prostrate to the deities of the peaceful and wrathful ones! Samantabhadri, in the secret bhaga! Samantabhadra abides in uncontaminated bliss! Play of wisdom, assembly of peaceful and wrathful victors! I prostrate to the parents and children! I prostrate to the formless Dharmakaya! To the Sambhogakaya of perfect enjoyment... To the Nirmanakaya of all kinds of emanations... To the immutable Vajrakaya... To the manifest enlightenment Kaya... All the Buddhas of the three times accomplish this! Completing the two accumulations and perfecting the qualities! To the assembly of form and wisdom... To all those worthy of prostration! As many as the number of particles in all fields! By bowing down in every way! I prostrate with supreme faith! Thus, prostrate. In particular, the vow of taking refuge is: Deceased, hold your palms together and take the refuge vow! All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions! Deceased, please consider me! The Buddha, the chief of the two-legged, and! The peaceful, detached, holy Dharma! The supreme assembly, the noble Sangha! From this moment until enlightenment is attained! Deceased, I respectfully take refuge! To the assembly of Samantabhadra, the peaceful and wrathful ones! From today until unsurpassed enlightenment! Deceased, I respectfully take refuge! Heroes, heroines, Dharma protectors, and! Bodhisattvas, Vajra masters! Deceased, I respectfully take refuge! Repeat the last sentence three times. With the thought of taking the three vows in order! Deceased, please repeat after me! In the presence of the Lama Samantabhadra! With body, speech, and mind, to others! Turn away from harm and do good! Novice monks, monks, Bodhisattvas! In the vows of individual liberation! Always abide and do good! May I fully take the vows! Ho! Lama Samantabhadra, please consider! From this moment until enlightenment is attained! To all sentient beings of the six realms! With the perception of an arrow and target! Those who have not crossed over, may they be liberated! Those who have not been freed, may they be freed! Those who have not breathed, may they breathe! Vow to generate Bodhicitta! Just like all the Buddhas of the past! Abide in the vows! From this moment until samsara is empty! The unsurpassed entering Bodhicitta! Deceased, please generate it! Learn and practice the six perfections! Liberate all with diligence! Also hold the three vows of universal meaning! Since I have taken the vow of generating the mind! May those who are not freed be freed, and those who have not crossed over be crossed over! Breathe
