Therefore, it is very important to rely on a guru. Secondly, regarding the yoga of the limbs, the ten yogas of non-fixation, etc., are described in detail in the 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Accomplishment Practice'. Here, there are six yogas that are appropriate for the occasion. First, regarding the yoga of sleeping, there are two types according to the order of yoga that the practitioner strives for: emptiness and bliss. The first is: visualizing the light of the seed-syllable in the heart gradually gathering the outer world and inner beings, one's own body, speech, and mind, and then abiding in emptiness, and then sleeping in the lion posture. The second is: without gathering the seat, palace, etc., gathering all the retinue into the heart-essence of the main deity, HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame). The main deity, father and mother, are in union, dissolving into great bliss, transforming into a bodhicitta bindu, and focusing on this. Secondly, regarding the yoga of rising, there are also two types, namely rising from emptiness: as soon as one wakes up from sleep, one recites "HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame)", causing one's own consciousness to arise from the state of clear light into the form of Padma Vajrakila. Light radiates from the HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame) in the heart, and by reciting "HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame)", the mandala, including the support and the supported, as well as the outer world and inner beings, become clear. One's own body and form, and all outer world and inner beings, clearly appear as the objects for engaging in activities, and this is rising. Rising from bliss: from the state of inherent nature, the five moving dakinis come forth and urge with gestures. The yogi rises in the posture of Vajradhara who has attained the fruit. Light radiates from the seed-syllable in the heart, and one visualizes the outer world as the palace and all the inner beings as the deities, complete as before. Furthermore, immediately after rising, exhale three or nine times. Visualize all the accumulated karma and afflictions, obscurations, transgressions, faults, and all the misdeeds accumulated from beginningless samsara, transforming into horned demons of sin arising from the black KAM (ཀཾ་), combining with the winds of affliction, rushing out of the nostrils, and being burned by the fire of wisdom in front. Recite "OM (ཨོཾཱ་, Sanskrit: oṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, perfection), AH (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit: āḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, unborn), HUM (ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, immovable) Namo Guruye (ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ཡ, Sanskrit: namo gurave, Sanskrit Romanization: namo gurave, Homage to the Guru), Buddhaya (བྷུངྡྷ་ཡ, Sanskrit: buddhāya, Sanskrit Romanization: buddhāya, Homage to the Buddha), Dharmaya (དྷརྨཱ་ཡ, Sanskrit: dharmāya, Sanskrit Romanization: dharmāya, Homage to the Dharma), Sanghaya (སཾ་གྷཱ་ཡ, Sanskrit: saṃghāya, Sanskrit Romanization: saṃghāya, Homage to the Sangha), Mama Kayavakcitta Sarvakarma Papa Dahana Vishuddhe Svaha (མ་མ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀྲ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་ཀརྨ་པཱ་བཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit: mama kāyavākcittasarvakarmapāpa dahana viśuddhe svāhā, Sanskrit Romanization: mama kāyavākcittasarvakarmapāpa dahana viśuddhe svāhā, May all the sins of my body, speech, and mind be burned and purified)" three times or more, as much as possible. Bless one's speech as if reciting mantras can generate power, and bestow speech empowerment, and separately eliminate the faults of dharani mantras, etc., in each session.

If possible, do the immediate task and mention incidental things. The third is the yoga of bathing: In a bathing vase filled with water, generate and recite the Destroyer of All, Garlanded with Mants, Ambrosia Revolving, etc., in general. In particular, nectar flows from the four classes of dakinis residing in Oddiyana (乌仗那), and in the end, the deities also dissolve into light. Contemplate that it is inseparable from water. Below the general summary in the middle, recite "ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔" (Tibetan, शुद्धे शुद्धे वि शुद्धे स्वाहा, śuddhe śuddhe vi śuddhe svāhā, Pure, pure, completely pure, Svaha!), as much as possible. As light radiates from the HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, Hrih!) at your heart, invite the Five Families of Buddhas along with their retinues, and offer the five sensual offerings. All the Tathagatas say, "ཨོ་ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ༔" (Tibetan, ओं नमः सर्व तथागत अभिषेकाय ते समय श्री हुं, oṃ namaḥ sarva tathāgata abhiṣekāya te samaya śrī hūṃ, Om, Homage! All Tathagatas, for the sake of your empowerment, the auspicious samaya Hūṃ!), and pour the nectar of wisdom on your crown, purifying all outer and inner impurities. Contemplate that your body is filled with the nectar of wisdom, and then drink and bathe. Furthermore, holding a garland of flowers in your left hand, place it on your head, and recite "ཨོཾཱ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གྷུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་མ་ི་དྷཱ་རཱི་བཛྲཱི་མ་ཧཱ་པྲ་ཏི་སཱ་རེ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་མཱཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔" (Tibetan, Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Deva Dakini Mami Dhari Vajri Maha Prati Sare Raksha Raksha Mam Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha), seven times. It is also mentioned in passing that you will be protected from all unfavorable and evil influences. The fourth is the yoga of food: At lunchtime, the yoga of food should be like a drop of nectar, and it should be done regularly. Clearly manifest yourself as the divine pride of the deity, with your right hand holding a full container and your left hand holding a pouring container. Ignite the fire of tummo at your navel, filling your entire body. In the fire, clearly visualize the assembly of gurus, yidams, dakinis, dharma protectors, guardians, and all beings of the mundane and supramundane realms. With the intention of making offerings, bless the food and drink with "ཨོཾཱ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་" (Tibetan, ओं आः हूँ, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Om Ah Hum) to transform it into the nectar of wisdom. Enjoy it without attachment or craving. Also, offer the leftovers to the beings who have the right to the leftovers with "ཨོཾཱ་ཨུཙྪིནྚ་བ་ལིནྟ་བྷཀྵ་སི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔" (Tibetan, ओं उच्छिष्ट बलिन्त भक्षसि स्वाहा, oṃ ucchiṣṭa balinta bhakṣasi svāhā, Om, remnant, food offering, eat, Svaha!), accompanied by the sound of the cymbals. The fifth is the yoga of conduct: During all breaks, visualize the outer world as a celestial palace, the inner beings as deities and goddesses, and know yourself to be the manifestation of Padma Vajra Power, appearing as a great mandala of clear light. Without attachment to all appearances of the field of activity, like illusions or dreams, act in accordance with the nature of reality, or
