Arrange the Chakras of names individually. Like this, when connected with the empowerment of the great accomplishment, also prepare the implements of the essence of longevity practice nectar here, and straighten the longevity activities daily with Gyal Thap etc. Since it is important in terms of auspicious coincidence and comes from the lineage of practice, it is either the throne where the above-mentioned Medicine King Palace resides, or in any convenient corner of the great mandala, on a pure white base. Draw an eight-petaled lotus mandala with complete doors, or if not available, arrange the nine deities of the main retinue in the center of a pile of grains. Then arrange one in each of the four directions behind it, and place a vase on a small cushion in the center, with a red neck cord, filled two-thirds with continuously flowing water and the twenty-five substances of milk, yogurt, butter, honey, and brown sugar. On top of the fruit-bearing tree decoration and the vajra of mantras, place a Kapala (skull cup) filled with longevity wine Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: nectar) on the small cushion, and cover it with longevity made from clean grain flour, honey, butter, and milk. Increase the eight-petaled treasure, adorned with a half-vajra top. Decorate with white and sweet foods, and set up a red silk tent. On the right, make a longevity Torma from the same material, shaped like an egg, decorated with the sun and moon, piled with various foods and fruits, and next to it, erect a longevity arrow without cracks. On the left, the pills called longevity fruits are made of the same material as above, with the number equal to the number of people, wrapped in ghee on the outside, and even if the number of people is small, the container needs to be filled. At the same time, in a container without cracks, place pure white longevity barley without impurities, covered with red silk. On the side, if there are peaceful offering rosaries and longevity together with the Medicine King Palace, then around it, starting from the boundary-holding flower in the northeast, arrange two waters and five offerings clockwise.
