Fifteenth: Above the four elements and Mount Meru stacked in layers, in the center of the protective wheel with stone walls, fire walls, etc., is the great liberation palace with four sides and four doors, complete with all characteristics such as decorations, horse-faced walls, and dance cloths. In the center of the interior is a lotus sun seat. Vajra Destroyer, white and bright, holding a vajra and bell, adorned with silk and precious jewels, the consort Vajra Vine Mother, red, holding an iron hook and vase, embracing him, seated in the lotus position. On the four petals of the outer lotus are Buddha Eye Mother, Māmakī Mother, White-Clothed Mother, and Samaya Tara, the four mothers of the lineages. On the ten spokes of the outer wheel are the ten great wrathful ones. Behind them, on the four doors, are the four great door mothers. Thus, the mandala of the white nineteen deities who destroy all, with all the deities and supports, are seen as if directly present.

In between, generate great faith, respect, and joy with devotion. Know that these are also your own Yidam deities. This is how it was introduced. Second, the main empowerment is divided into three: supplication, vase empowerment, and deity empowerment. First, after the rituals for entering the mandala are successfully completed, first offer a mandala in order to request the main empowerment. Then, repeat this supplication: For the happiness of the Sugatas, with the stainless nectar of wisdom, with the pure water of the gods, please grant the supreme empowerment. Have them recite it three times. Second, take the victorious vase, and visualize that the guru and Vajravidāraṇa, inseparable from each other, are holding the precious vase and giving you the empowerment. Vase, from the palace of pure Dharmadhatu, filled with the wish-fulfilling ocean of nectar, pacifying the three poisons, diseases, and sufferings, may that supreme empowerment realize the nature of reality. (Tibetan: བྷུངྡྷ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भुन्धकलश अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhundhakalaśa abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Fill the vase, empower, Hum.) Thus, place the vase in the five places on the head. Make the aspiration: By the vase water empowerment, may the sins and obscurations of karma and afflictions be purified. By the empowerment of the five medicines, may the obscurations of the five poisons be purified. By the empowerment of the five fragrances, may the obscurations of the five aggregates be purified. By the empowerment of the five incenses, may the obscurations of the five senses be purified. By the empowerment of the five grains, may the five powers be obtained. By the empowerment of the five precious substances, may the five wisdoms be obtained. By the empowerment of the five essences, may the five bodies be obtained. Furthermore, by the empowerment of all the contents of the vase, may all the complete dharmas of the path to enlightenment be obtained. Thus, scatter flowers. Third, place the deity chakras of the main deity and the retinue of nineteen deities one by one on the crown of the head, and visualize that from the center of the palace, the Bhagavan Vajravidāraṇa descends and empowers and blesses you from the crown of your head. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum.) This body of the Vajra Holder, pure, clear, and difficult to grasp, the form aggregate is completely pure.
