In order to subdue the three classes of Rudras. Eighteen great Kīlas༴. In order to deploy armies in the ten directions. Of the four Māra, Ḍākinī, Dūti, and Sridhi༴. In order to accomplish an ocean of activities. Fulfill the vows of the twenty-eight powerful ones. Thus, and also: Fulfill, fulfill the vows with kalpas. Fulfill the vows of the deities of the mandala. With ripened nectar༴. With bali offerings of tormas༴. With red rakta༴. With a feast of food༴. With the faces of the mandala༴. Collect the remnants of the Tsok offering in a suitable vessel, mix it with chang, and contemplate inviting and offering to the three hundred and sixty messengers, such as the remnant-eating Potas, Pramen, Flaming Mother, Powerful Mother, and the four classes of Māras and Sridhis, and hold the vajra and bell.
