Believe that it has transformed into an indestructible bindu of bodhicitta, and rest in equanimity. The second part has two divisions: Kadag Trekchö (Primordial Purity Cutting Through), and Lhündrub Tögal (Spontaneous Presence Direct Crossing). The first part has two divisions: General presentation of the method of meditation, and specific explanation of the pith instructions. The first part has three divisions: The meditation methods for inferior, intermediate, and superior faculties. The first part has three divisions: Seeking Śamatha (calm abiding), generating Vipaśyanā (insight), and meditating on Yuganaddha (union). The first part, seeking Śamatha, has three divisions: First, taming conceptual thoughts: Having first performed Guru Yoga, from the seven-point posture of Vairocana, with the two hands covering the knees, the neck slightly bent, visualizing oneself clearly as Vajrakumara, and clarifying the three channels within the body, from the wick of the raw ghee lamp in the place of generation, strands of luminous energy like five-stranded threads of white, blue, red, yellow, green, and deep blue arise. They go up to the sky about sixteen finger-widths from the nostrils. When the breath returns, count from one to five as it enters the cavity within, completing one cycle. By counting hundreds and thousands of times, the coarse conceptual thoughts will subside. Second, holding the mind: Place a painted image of Vajrasattva or Vajrakumara in front of oneself, and gaze at it without moving the eyes or letting the mind wander. If conceptual thoughts arise, immediately cut them off and focus intently on the object of focus. If the mind can abide in one-pointedness, then close the eyes and hold the clear image of the object of focus. If it cannot abide, then meditate while gazing at the object of focus. Incidentally, for other appearances of the six aggregates such as sound, initially take whatever is first perceived as the object of focus. Then, without losing its image, look inward and hold the mind, and so on, alternating these practices, and one-pointed samadhi will arise. Third, training in the Dharma: In the state of clarity like oneself, abide without distraction. Once the mind is held, perform the radiating and gathering of light rays, and practice the samadhi of the four immeasurables, and so on. Recognize and maintain such a clear mind, without letting it wander, and so on. By continuously practicing, a mind that is the same in all activities will arise. Second, generating Vipaśyanā has two divisions: First, the external object

To place the object of perception in a state of non-existence means that various appearances of objects seem like dreams, but when examined, they are not established as true. Therefore, placing both the appearance of objects and the consciousness of grasping in a state of clear emptiness, one realizes that what is grasped is without self. Second, to show that the grasping is empty from its root means that this mind that distinguishes between objects and subjects, in the past, future, objects and non-objects, places of origin and the three realms, shapes and colors, etc., if one examines and searches, one cannot find it anywhere. At this time, letting go of the unsupported consciousness into a state of non-grasping, one realizes that grasping is emptiness. Third, to meditate on union means that for any appearance, without any examination, relax in its natural state, be firm in suchness, be clear in tracelessness, relax in vastness, and dwell comfortably in detachment. At this time, a view like the sky, without inside or outside, will arise. In this state, abiding is calm abiding, clarity is insight, and non-duality is union, naturally accomplished. Second, there are three types of meditation for practitioners of intermediate capacity: emptiness like the sky, clarity like a mirror, and holding like waves. The first is to first practice guru yoga, with the body in the seven-point posture and the senses unscattered and naturally clear. In any case, do not dwell on the appearance, but on emptiness, in a way that is without inside or outside, har sang, bun ner, restrain the gaze, and you will realize that everything is emptiness, like the boundless sky. The second is to maintain the body and senses as before, but instead of focusing on emptiness, dwell clearly in the naturally clear state of appearance without grasping, and you will realize that appearance is without grasping. The third is to maintain the body, etc., as before, and when thoughts of scattering and gathering arise from the radiance of awareness, dwell in clear emptiness without grasping, and like waves dissolving into water, you will be liberated into non-reliance and non-grasping. Third, the meditation for practitioners of superior capacity is like an uninterrupted river, awareness is realized as naked dharmakaya, and scattering and gathering appear and disappear in the play of dharmata, without acceptance or rejection, good or bad, obscuration, like reaching the treasure gold continent, appearing again The intention of Samantabhadra, the self-born wisdom, whatever appears is the empty essence, the realm of Samantabhadri, the duality of object and mind is non-dual, and when relaxed in the state of great perfection, the naked awareness is naturally sustained in the uninterrupted thought in a relaxed manner.
