The aspiration is: reciting the expulsion of enemy obstructing deities and protectors, etc. The samadhi is: visualizing that the messengers emanated from the heart of the Great Glorious One perform the action of expulsion, causing enemies and obstructors to separate from the deities, like an empty city without people, or like throwing a stone at a flock of birds, causing the others to fly away, leaving only the one that was hit. Second, subduing into form: the antidote power deity is the Immovable One, represented by Bindha Bindha Hum Phat, and the worldly action deity is red Yama. The kila is: a vulture's kila. The subjugation is: the sole of the foot, i.e., pulling out the supporting kila of the earth. The messenger is: the time for great emanation has come. The throwing is: throw, completely torment. Mantra: Abeshaya Abeshaya Hum Phat. The hand gesture is: making the gesture of subduing. The substances are: mustard seeds and black mustard, etc. The samadhi is: visualizing the light from the heart summoning the cursed one as if in reality, merging into the lingam. The action deity is Tsen. Kila: Acacia kila. Piercing: Pierce the navel, i.e., to destroy the seed of generation. Messenger: Great Self. Hanging: Listen respectfully to the command of the order. This is (the hanging). Mantra: བིནྡྷ་ཡ་བིནྡྷ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། (Tibetan: བིནྡྷ་ཡ་བིནྡྷ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्धय बिन्धय हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: bindhaya bindhaya hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Break, break, hūṃ phaṭ). The upper part of the corpse is used for fire offering, the limbs are pounded into pieces, the entrails are offered to the mouth of the deities, usually pressing on the head in all four cases, and pressing on the chest in all three cases.
