The unestablished emptiness, free from elaboration, the great bliss, possessing all kinds of excellence. The definition is: Because it is the nature of being empty from the beginning, and because it is known to be empty, it is the meaning of being realized as it is by the wisdom of the practitioner. The divisions are: the non-conceptual wisdom of the Buddha's mind, the nature of mind, the basic Dharma, which is inherent in sentient beings, and the Suchness that is meditated upon by beginners. The function is: to destroy the conceptualizations of grasping and being grasped, signs. Synonyms for the name are: Suchness, emptiness, signlessness, freedom from elaboration, etc. The fault of not grasping such samadhi is: because all dharmas are not realized as emptiness, meditating on the color of the deity's body, hand gestures, headdress, union, and liberation as self-existent, it is said that one will be born as a deity of the desire realm, a demon or rakshasa, a fox in a cemetery, a worm in the womb, or a sentient being in hell. The benefit of that samadhi is: like being struck by a hammer, if one grasps the point that all dharmas are emptiness, then the acts of subjugation, suppression, burning, and throwing will be transformed into a collection of wisdom. This is the key point to be known in general. If explained from the perspective of literal meaning, the term "Vajra Wrathful" refers to three types of vajra: the vajra of unborn meaning, the vajra of crystal substance, and the vajra of symbolic substance. Here, it is the vajra of unborn meaning. Wrathful, what is wrathful? The vajra of unborn meaning, the emptiness free from elaboration, is wrathful. What is it wrathful towards? It is wrathful towards the conceptualizations of signs, the city of grasping, being grasped, and self-grasping. How is it wrathful? It is not like being wrathful towards an enemy with a bad character due to inherent hatred, but like the radiance of the rising sun, the darkness of the night cannot remain in front of it. In the realm of realizing emptiness, all elaborations of substantial grasping and signs cannot remain, and it is wrathful in that way. The way to practice it is that beginners start with the general sound, those who are familiar with the practice start with the general meaning, and those who are mature in the practice practice it as the nature of the meaning itself. The common meanings here are explained in the scriptures and commentaries of the Vehicle of Reasoning, and the uncommon meanings are in the Higher Tantra Vehicle...

According to the order, it should be determined as taught in the supreme general and specific ways. Here, the key points of the three samadhis, etc., are only briefly explained in the manner of combining the intentions of the three vidyadhara-accomplished masters. Second, the Samantaprabhāsa Samādhi: In general, what should be understood about this is that its essence is only compassion and illusion among all dharmas. The definition is: because compassion connects the upper and lower, it causes universal manifestation. The divisions are: the great compassion of the Buddhas, the compassion that exists in the realm of sentient beings, which is limited, such as that which even jackals and wolves have, and the compassion that beginners cultivate with conceptual thought on the general meaning. The function is: to attain Buddhahood. The categories of names are: great love, great compassion, great compassion, Samantaprabhāsa Samādhi, etc. The fault of lacking it is: the decline of Buddhahood, the fall into samsara, and the inability to connect at all times and places. The benefit is: by connecting above and below with compassion, it becomes the essence of emptiness and compassion, thereby making the path to attaining Buddhahood undeviating. The meaning is: to cut off hatred, that is, to cut off hatred with universal compassion. For example, where there is hot touch, there is no cold touch; where there is cold touch, there is no hot touch. Similarly, when hatred arises in the continuum of a person, there is no compassion; when compassion arises, there is no hatred. The two cannot coexist and are contradictory. In accordance with one's ability, the antidote of compassion, whether directed towards sentient beings, directed towards dharma, or without an object, when perfected, naturally diminishes the power of grasping at characteristics and hatred, which is the nature of dharma. Here, the wisdom of emptiness, like a vajra, manifest, is combined with objectless compassion, like an illusion, and from the state of emptiness above, compassion arises spontaneously, cutting and burning all the hatred that is the root of samsara like a blazing fire, making it without a place to arise. This principle is also the same as the meaning stated in many places in the great vehicle's treasury. Third, the causal samadhi, in general, the nature of the cause is: among all dharmas,...
