ལྡན་དུས་ཞབས་ཆེ་ཆུང་和，རྭ་འགྲོ་ཙ་མི་རང་བྱུང་དོལ་པོ་པ（多尔波人）。 །མཁས་མཆོག་བུ་སྟོན་ཡབ་སྲས་གཙོར་གྱུར་པ（布顿父子）。 །སྦྱོར་དྲུག་བརྒྱུད་པ་རྣམས་ལ༴ 金刚瑜伽母，མཁས་གྲུབ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་པ（邬金巴大师），རང་བྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་མཁར་ཆུ་སྤུ་ཏྲ་པ（让炯多杰），ནེ་རིང་པ་等六瑜伽之，བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་པ་རྣམས་ལ༴ 观世音自在མི་ཏྲ་ཛཽ་ཀིའི་ཞབས，舍利子གྲགས་པ་རིན་ཆེན་和，慈氏吉祥等口耳传承六万和，解脱之传承等。ཚེམ་བུ་པ་和པོ་དོང་འཇིགས་བྲལ་ཆེ，རོང་སྟོན་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲོལ་བའི་མགོན་པོ་等，共同殊胜无上之，引导传承执持者等。往昔串习力故二智大圆满，具备七大稀有降旨，浊世调伏无上法王，妙音钦哲旺波。多生累积之证悟，驾驭五大稀有宝藏车，从灰烬中复燃圆满教法，无边慧足下。于密严法界宫殿中，乃三世诸佛之本体，示现自心法身之尊，祈请根本上师足。珍宝三宝佛与佛子眷，本尊坛城勇士瑜伽母，具慧眼之护法守护神，祈请垂赐加持。此下乃全知龙钦饶降之语，以其加持力而书写。噫嘻吁！可怜如我者，为业及烦恼所难忍，长久受苦。于此，祈请您伸出慈悲之手，祈请立即引导我等。自身本为佛，然为无明所惑，于此轮回中漂泊，如梦幻般之迷乱，何其可悲！祈请于此施予救护。我与无边众生之，轮回苦海无边难渡，以无上智慧大船，祈请救度脱离痛苦之河。长久时日串习之习气相，错觉能取所取如须弥山高耸，祈请以解脱胜妙之智慧金刚，当下摧毁。

To Vajravarahi, the accomplished scholar Orgyenpa, Rangjung Dorje, Khar-chu Putrapa, Neringpa, and others of the Six Yogas, to the lineage of approach and accomplishment... To Avalokiteshvara Mitra Joki's feet, Shariputra Drakpa Rinchen, Jampa Pal, and others, to the oral transmission of sixty thousand, and to the lineage of rest... To Tshembu-pa and Podo Zhigtral Che, Rongton Chenpo Drolwai Gonpo, and others, to the holders of the uncommon, special, and unsurpassed guidance lineage... Perfecting the great skill of the two knowledges through the power of past training, possessing the seven great wonders of revelation, the unsurpassed Dharma King who tames beings in degenerate times, to Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo... With the knowledge and realization accustomed to many lifetimes, driving the chariot of the five great and wondrous treasuries, raising the embers of the complete teachings from the ashes, to the feet of Lodro Thaye... From the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, being the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, showing the self-mind Dharmakaya directly, I pray to the feet of the root guru. To the precious Three Jewels, the Buddhas and their sons, the Yidam mandala, the heroes and yoginis, the Dharma protectors and guardians with wisdom eyes, I pray, please grant your blessings. What follows is written by the all-knowing Longchen Rabjam himself, due to its great blessing. Alas, alas, alas! A wretched one like me, tormented for a long time by unbearable karma and afflictions. To this, please extend your hand of compassion, please guide us immediately. Although I am inherently a Buddha, I have wandered in this samsara under the power of ignorance, a dream-like delusion, how pitiful! Please grant refuge and protection to this. For me and all limitless sentient beings, the endless ocean of samsara is difficult to cross, with the unsurpassed great boat of wisdom, please deliver us from the river of suffering. The forms of habitual imprints accustomed to for a long time, the illusion of grasping and the grasped, as high as Mount Sumeru, please destroy them now with the wisdom vajra of supreme liberation.

祈请您垂念！无明黑暗极其浓厚，长久难测，不见边际，光明心髓的巨大遮障，祈请您以智慧之光消除！无论怎样努力，烦恼痛苦之源，对于毫无意义的世间事务，祈请您强烈地扭转我的心意，日夜以佛法度过！不如理作意如水波纹，各种分别念追随五境，八识习气阿赖耶识的一切，祈请您平息于法界之中！有分别的习气，贪欲的烦恼心，显现的色和无分别的无色界，有情众生的心，以及随之而来的习气，祈请您使这一切都得以清净！只顾自己，习惯于自私自利的狭隘之心，从独自的精进中解脱出来，进入内外秘密殊胜的佛法之路，祈请您成办伟大的利他事业！对于误入歧途的卑劣众生，彻底净化他们的业和烦恼习气，祈请您使所有众生，毫不遗余地地一同迈向如意解脱之城！遮障的海洋极其浑浊，虽然从无始以来就存在，但我们没有能力从中解脱，祈请您以大慈悲引导我们走向正道！猛烈难忍的烦恼心，充满痛苦的有情众生的苦痛，以及放逸、受他支配和懒惰的恐惧，祈请您从今天起就一定救护我们！从内心深处认识到无意义的诸法，是无常、不稳固、虚幻的欺骗，从而生起强烈的出离心和厌离感，祈请您使我们日夜都在这种状态中度过！在圣者的山崖，寂静而令人愉悦的地方，愿能成就生圆次第和神通禅定，在自生任运、大乐的虚空中，祈请您使我们今生就能到达！独自一人坚持修行，不为今生之事片刻分心，追随前辈的足迹，圆满成就，祈请您恒时令上师欢喜！愿能不违越三昧耶誓言，不错误地理解见修行果，通达其真实意义，日夜处于光明之中。

Please keep us in your thoughts! The darkness of ignorance is extremely dense, difficult to fathom for a long time, and its end is unseen. This great obscuration of the essence of clear light, please dispel it with the rays of wisdom! No matter how hard we try, the source of afflictions and suffering, for the meaningless affairs of the world, please strongly turn my mind away, and let us spend day and night with the Dharma! Improper attention is like ripples on water, various conceptualizations follow the five objects, all of the eight consciousnesses, habitual patterns, and the Alaya consciousness, please pacify them in the realm of Dharma! Afflictions of desire with habitual patterns and conceptualizations, the clear form and the non-conceptual formless realm, the minds of sentient beings, and the habitual patterns that follow them, please purify all of them! The narrow mind that is accustomed to selfishness, turning away from solitary pursuits, entering the supreme path of inner and outer secret Dharma, please accomplish the great task of benefiting others! For the inferior beings who have gone astray, thoroughly purify their karma and afflictive habitual patterns, please lead all beings, without exception, to the city of liberation as desired! The ocean of obscurations is extremely turbid, although it has existed since beginningless time, we have no ability to liberate ourselves from it, please guide us to the right path with great compassion! The intense and unbearable afflictive emotions, the pain of sentient beings filled with suffering, and the fear of carelessness, being controlled by others, and laziness, please protect us from them from this day on! From the depths of our hearts, recognizing that meaningless phenomena are impermanent, unstable, and illusory deceptions, thereby generating strong renunciation and aversion, please let us spend our days and nights in this state! On the cliffs of the holy mountains, in places that are secluded and delightful, may we accomplish the generation and completion stages, and the samadhi of clairvoyance, in the spontaneously accomplished, great bliss of the sky, please let us reach it in this very life! Persisting in solitary practice, not being distracted for a moment by the affairs of this life, following in the footsteps of the predecessors, perfecting the accomplishments, please always make the Guru happy! May we not transgress the Samaya vows, not misunderstand the view, meditation, conduct, and result, understanding their true meaning, and be in the state of clear light day and night.
