我等，祈请从根源上清净一切业障。祈请增上福德、权势、善业等，长寿的顺缘。祈请使衰损、耗散、被盗和被夺的命、寿、气息，勾招、融入并安住于自处。祈请将所有分别念的迁变，加持为无迁变的安乐。祈请使不坏金刚、不变永仲和不灭胜幢，寿命永固。祈请百岁长寿，亲见百秋，并赐予平息一切障碍之成就。祈请于此身获得寿命自在持明，无碍迅速成就。祈请三门无二，成就金刚三身，赐予二利究竟之成就。此乃于吉日嘉月之白方吉祥日，由德威多杰在八蚌寂静处昆德林所作之祈请。愿如是成就。善妙增上！ 祈请加持稳固金刚之寿命自在殊胜成就，获得无有迁变的广大智慧。祈请于诸佛总集莲花生大自在，息灭内外诸障碍。祈请成办寿命自在智慧二利究竟。智慧大悲不可思议，身寿光芒事业无边。祈请于摧伏死主怖畏之语金刚。祈请寿命自在。明咒化现迅速赐成就，光彩夺目如月，摧毁时之黑暗。祈请于彻底清净恶趣之尊胜佛母。祈请寿命自在。 仅忆念即能摧伏四魔之怖畏，恭敬依止则赐予不死寿命自在。祈请于诸佛之生母如意轮。祈请寿命自在。不住生死，安住于金刚身，乃至轮回未空，利益有情。祈请于如意宝莲花生。祈请寿命自在。漏尽无余，乃是五大精华之身，如虚空般恒常周遍，具足事业。祈请于五百班智达之顶饰宝。祈请寿命自在。充满法界精华之身，不老不衰，具足十六妙龄。祈请于最胜成就天女独母。祈请寿命自在。无漏金刚安乐青春焕发，赐予殊胜共同之成就之母。祈请于蓝色光芒炽燃，空行众之主。

I pray that all karmic obscurations be purified from their roots. I pray that the conditions for long life, such as merit, power, and virtuous karma, be increased. I pray that the weakened, scattered, stolen, and robbed life, lifespan, and breath be summoned, absorbed, and restored to their natural state. I pray that all the transformations of discursive thoughts be blessed into unchanging bliss. I pray that the indestructible vajra, the unchanging Yungdrung, and the imperishable victory banner be made to last. I pray to live a hundred years, see a hundred autumns, and be granted the accomplishment of pacifying all obstacles. I pray to attain the wisdom of longevity in this body, swiftly and without hindrance. I pray that the three doors become inseparable, the three vajras, and grant the accomplishment of fulfilling both aims. This prayer was offered by Dewa Dorje on an auspicious day of the waxing moon in the Gyal month, at Palpung Yangwen Kuntueling. May it be so accomplished. May goodness and excellence increase! I pray for the supreme accomplishment of stable vajra longevity empowerment, and to obtain the great certainty of unchanging wisdom. I pray to Padmasambhava, the great lord who embodies all Buddhas, to pacify outer and inner obstacles. May you accomplish the ultimate benefit of longevity, empowerment, and wisdom. Wisdom and compassion are inconceivable, and your life, light, and activities are limitless. I pray to the vajra of speech that destroys the fear of the Lord of Death. I pray for longevity empowerment. May the goddess who manifests as mantra and swiftly grants accomplishments, radiant as the moon, destroy the darkness of time. Not subject to birth and death, residing in the vajra body, you work for the benefit of beings until samsara is empty. I pray to the wish-fulfilling jewel, Guru Padmasambhava. I pray for longevity empowerment. Exhausting all outflows, your body is the essence of the elements, constantly pervading like the sky, possessing activities. I pray to the precious ornament on the crown of five hundred scholars. I pray for longevity empowerment. Your body is filled with the essence of the pure realm, not aging or decaying, possessing the youth of sixteen. I pray to the supreme and accomplished goddess, the only mother. I pray for longevity empowerment. The uncorrupted vajra, the bliss of youth blazes, the mother who bestows supreme and common accomplishments.
