With the splendor of countless Buddha-fields, Radiantly beautiful Sukhavati, the guide Amitabha, The Bhagavan whose lotus appearance is greatly expanded, He who is utterly certain of life and wisdom, The all-illuminating, boundless, glorious king, The light of the vajra-strength body with its marks and signs, The light of the speech with its sixty branches of Brahma's voice, The powers and ten strengths, the fearless, unmingled Dharma, The all-knowing one who possesses the immeasurable light of mind, The retinue, the measure of life, and the realms, etc., Having reached the culmination of limitless aspirations, To that one praised by all the Buddhas of the directions and times, I take refuge with unwavering, single-pointed devotion, By remembering and admiring, may all sins and downfalls be exhausted, May life, fortune, and glory increase until the essence of enlightenment, Without forgetting the unwavering commitment, To those tormented by hundreds of sufferings in the ocean of existence, With the rays of light that bestow the wisdom of all desires, Grant this ultimate and common supreme accomplishment. Bless my three doors into the three vajras, Into the immortal life, wisdom, and great empowerment body. Guide me and all beings connected to me, To the western Sukhavati. Grant the prophecy of the essence of enlightenment in the near future. The basis for expanding and contracting the ocean of body and realm, The all-illuminating sky, The king, the great snow mountain lake, The lord of speech of all the Buddhas, Aro Lik, All the mandalas and wheels of the vast Three Roots, The lord of the ocean of Buddhas, the lotus-born one who gathers them all, The ten guides of the ten directions, such as Lion's Roar, The countless dances that tame whatever appears, such as those who travel in the sky, The great sovereign of all the lords of the world, Always gazing with compassion upon all six realms, With great compassion, uprooting samsara from its depths, By whomever believes or remembers in their mind, May the obscurations of karma, such as the five heinous crimes, be purified. By merely hearing the name, may all suffering cease. The six-syllable vajra sound that he speaks, By uttering it once, sins and downfalls are swept away like dust. I am like someone lost on a crossroads full of fears, Whatever you do, I rely on Avalokiteśvara. Now I know the greatness of your aspiration and compassion, Please extend your hand filled with immeasurable compassion, And rescue me from the fiery pit of suffering! May the diseases and evil spirits of the body be pacified, and glory increase, May speech gain power, and truthful words be accomplished, May all the afflictions of the mind be pacified, and realization increase, May the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind be purified, and the two accumulations be perfected, May I quickly obtain merits like the sands of the Ganges, May I possess the four liberations of seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, I pray that you bestow upon me the supreme state of attainment! The embodiment of the secret blessings and powers of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, Holding the greatest mantra in the three realms, The sole protector of all helpless beings, Especially the sole protector of Tibet, Orgyen Rinpoche, The Vajra of Speech, Padma Thötreng Tsal, Manifesting the five kayas through perfectly accomplished activities, The six Gurus who tame beings in the six realms, The eight supreme names that tame beings according to their needs, The forty emanated names, the dance of the net of illusion, With inconceivable methods of taming through body, speech, and mind, Benefiting beings until samsara is empty, The great transference, the rainbow body of Vajra, Looking upon beings like children with sixty kinds of clairvoyance, The miraculous blessings are faster than lightning in the sky, The power and strength are fiercer than the fire of Vajra, Especially compassionate in this degenerate age, There is no Buddha like you in other times and places, I remember your kindness, Orgyen Rinpoche! I pray to you, Padmasambhava! Please bless me, Lotus-born Vajradhara! I respectfully rely on you, please be the lord of the lineage! I remember you from the depths of my heart, reside in the essence of my heart! Your activities are inconceivable, please hold me with compassion! Now is the time to clear away the obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma, Now is the time to show the wisdom Dharmakaya before my eyes, Now is the time to bestow the empowerment of the power of blessing transference, Now is the time to take me under your care with the instructions of maturation and liberation, Now is the time to grant common and supreme accomplishments, You have compassionately promised to the pure assembly, Now is the time when it is urgently needed, Please do not forget your past vows, have mercy on me and others with bad karma, And the well-being of all the Tibetan people.
