以智慧之眼垂视！至尊薄伽梵母，如秋月之容光，以忆念遣除痛苦之黑暗，甚深寂灭离戏论之般若波罗蜜多，远远超越有寂，智慧不可思议。以诸佛之慈悲化为形相，不住寂灭，悲心不可思议。对于烦恼魔迅速而勇猛，威猛之行持，能力不可思议。生育诸佛及佛子之唯一母，若说功德，诸佛之舌亦迟钝。仅仅忆念名号、明咒、身之形相，即能救护一切贫乏者。以种种形象利益种种世间，是生生世世所依之本尊。圣救度母请迅速以慈悲垂视！祈请救脱八难十六怖畏！祈请消除罪堕、恶行之过患！祈请显现身语意之加持！祈请增长寿命、福德、财富、证悟！祈请智慧与慈悲如日月般普照，令我等一切众生平等，不堕入险恶之断崖，于解脱欲与菩提心之道途上，到达一切智之大城市！无量光佛之金刚智慧，如火般燃烧，作为恶毒之对治。慈悲忿怒之莲花嘿汝嘎，舞蹈之自在，一切忿怒尊之主。大权能之游戏，金刚马面。马嘶三声，撼动轮回涅槃之命脉。以九种舞姿，威慑地道。以ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）之音声，掌控显有。光辉之马奔腾，威慑四魔。以威力与能力，将三有化为灰烬。以法性甘露，将三毒转为妙药。伟大威猛无与伦比，如亿万太阳之光芒。大悲化现为忿怒之身。顶礼赞叹马头明王！祈请策励本誓，因宿业与突发之违缘，对于修持正法有所损害之障碍，内外密一切不顺之品类，特别是寿命与解脱之障碍魔，星曜、龙族、凶猛之鬼女、不祥之生灵等，以威力与能力，以十力之势摧毁之！以神变之兵器，将身命斩为碎片！愿金刚之火雨，焚烧其心！

Look with your wisdom eye! O Venerable Bhagavati, with the radiance of the autumn moon, who dispels the darkness of suffering with remembrance, the profound and peaceful Prajnaparamita, free from elaboration, who transcends existence, whose wisdom is inconceivable. Since the compassion of all Buddhas has become form, abiding not in peace, love is inconceivable. Swift and brave against the demons of affliction, whose fierce conduct, power is inconceivable. The one mother who gives birth to all Buddhas and their sons, if one were to speak of her qualities, even the tongues of the Buddhas would be dulled. Just by remembering her name, mantra, and form, she protects all who are destitute. With various forms, she benefits all various worlds, the deity to be relied upon in all lifetimes. Arya Tara, please quickly look with compassion! Please protect us from the eight and sixteen fears! Please purify the misdeeds of sins and downfalls! Please manifest the blessings of body, speech, and mind! Please increase life, merit, wealth, and realization! May the light of wisdom and compassion shine like the sun and moon, so that all sentient beings are equal to myself, not falling into the dangerous precipice of discord, and on the path of liberation and bodhicitta, may we reach the great city of omniscience! The Vajra Wisdom of Amitabha, like a fire blazing as an antidote to malice. Compassionate and wrathful Padma Heruka, the lord of dance, the lord of all wrathful deities. The powerful play, Vajra Horse-faced. The three neighs of the horse shake the life force of samsara and nirvana. With the transformations of the nine dances, he overwhelms the earth and paths. With the sound of Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), he controls existence and non-existence. The glorious horse runs, overwhelming the four maras. With power and ability, he reduces the three realms to ashes. With the nectar of Dharma nature, he transforms the three poisons into medicine. Great and unmatched, with the radiance of a billion suns. Great compassion manifested as a wrathful form. I prostrate and praise the supreme horse, the king of power! I urge you to keep your vows, due to past karma and sudden adverse conditions. May the obstacles that harm the practice of the sacred Dharma, all unfavorable aspects, internal, external, and secret, especially the demons that obstruct life and liberation, the planets, nagas, fierce female spirits, and inauspicious beings, be destroyed with power and ability, with the strength of the ten powers! With miraculous weapons, may their bodies and lives be cut into pieces! May the rain of Vajra fire burn their hearts!
