The main deity residing in the (mandala), visualize the three places as the essence of the three vajras, namely white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), emitting three-colored rays of light. From the heart of oneself as a yogini, radiate immeasurable light and invite the wisdom beings to descend. Play musical instruments such as cymbals and bells, burn fine incense, and with intense devotion, recite the words of invitation. Visualize one's own perception as the pure Dharmadhatu, the eastern direction as the Abhirati Pure Land. From the pure lands such as the palace of Vajrayogini, out of unbearable compassion, instantly descend into the sky in front. Visualize the Three Roots, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and their retinues gathering here, joyfully abiding. While reciting the mantra "ཨེ་ཨཱ་རལླི་ཕེ༚་", assume a squatting posture, with the heel of the right foot pressing down on the left big toe. Form the peaceful mudra with the thumbs and index fingers of both hands, with the remaining fingers raised, rotate it around the forehead, and look upwards. While reciting "བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ", perform the Vajra Gathering Mudra. Third, regarding prostrations, offerings, and the mandala. First, visualize the bodies of oneself and all other sentient beings multiplying into as many particles as there are in a field, join the palms at the three places (crown, throat, heart), and touch the ground with the five places (both knees, both hands, forehead). With the mouth, utter praises with a million branches, and with the mind, prostrate with intense devotion, not seeking refuge elsewhere. Second, from one's own heart, emanate countless youthful, beautiful, and delightful offering goddesses, accompanied by melodious songs, and offer the previously blessed offerings. The outer offerings transform into umbrellas, banners, mansions, and various objects of enjoyment. The inner offering is visualized as the Vajra Mother dissolving into the eyes, and with the Vajra eyes, all that is seen is the uncontaminated bliss, which is satisfying, thus extending to the purification of the aggregates, elements, sense bases, faculties, and objects. The secret offering is visualized as each Vajra consort embracing and entwining with the body, engaging in various arts, and delighting the mind with the great bliss of innate immutability. Finally, realizing that the offerer, the offering, and the object of offering are all without inherent existence, gaze upon the self-face of the primordial, innate Mahamudra, the essential guru, and abide in equanimity.
