ཁོང་ཆུབ་ནས། ། མཁས་དང་གྲུབ་པ་ཟུང་དུ་ཆུད་པར་མཛོད། །ཁྱོད་ལ་དད་དང་ལྷག་བསམ་དཀར་བའི་མཐུས། །བདག་གི་སྡིག་པ་མོད་ལ་རབ་ཟད་ནས། །ཙཱ་ཤའི་ཁྱུ་བཞིན་མཐོང་ན་དགེ་ཐོབ་པ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མའི་ཞལ་བཟང་བསྟན་ཏུ་གསོལ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མའི་ཞལ་བཟང་བསྟན་ནས་ཀྱང་། །འབྲལ་བ་མེད་པར་གཙུག་གི་རྒྱན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་ངོམས་མེད་སྩལ་བ་དང་། །མི་རིང་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་ལུང་སྟོན་ཅིག །སྐྱེ་བོ་མི་བཟད་ངན་འགྲོའི་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་གིས། །རྟག་ཏུ་གཙེས་པ་ཕུང་ལྔའི་འདོར་ལེན་ནི། །རྨ་དང་ཤུ་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཟུང་རྔུ་རྣམས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསོ་བྱེད་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྨན་གྱིས་གསོས། །ལེགས་པར་བསམ་ན་རང་ལ་མི་གཅེས་པ། །འགའ་ཡང་མེད་མོད་དེ་བཞིན་གཞན་གཅེས་པས། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཐེག་ཆེན་སྤྱོད་པ་རྫོགས་གྱུར་ཏེ། །ཞི་བའི་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་མཆོག་ཏུ་དབུགས་དབྱུང་མཛོད། །དམ་ཆོས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་པར་མ་གྱུར་ན། །ཆོས་སྲིད་གང་ལའང་སྙིང་པོ་མི་སྣང་བས། །བློ་ཤུགས་མེ་ལྟར་འབར་བས་གཏན་གྱི་དོན། །ཚེ་འདིར་འགྲུབ་པར་ཐུགས་རྗེས་བཟུང་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་དགེ་སྦྱོང་ལྟར་སྣང་བ་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོས། །རང་ལོ་ཉེར་བརྒྱད་པར་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཀྱི་གདན་སར་འཕགས་མ་ལ་རྒྱུ་མཚན་གསོལ་ནས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། ༈ །།འཕགས་མ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་གནད་ནས་ བསྐུལ་བའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་མོས་གུས་ཀྱི་ཏམྦ་ུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་ཆུ་གཏེར་ལས། །ཕན་བདེའི་ཀུན་དུ་རྒྱས་པའི་དཔལ་འཁྲུངས་པ། །འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་བདུད་རྩིའི་འོད་སྣང་ཅན། །འཇིགས་བཅས་མུན་པའི་རླབས་འདི་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །རྒྱལ་ཀུན་ཡུམ་གྱུར་གདུང་བ་སེལ་བའི་སྨན། །བྱམས་པའི་མ་མ་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་གཉེན་གཅིག་པུ། །ཚེ་རབས་ཕྲེང་བར་ཕུལ་དུ་མ་མཆིས་པའི། །སྐྱབས་ཁྱོད་སྙིང་པོའི་བར་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་བསྟེན། །བདག་སོགས་ལས་ཀྱིས་མནར་བའི་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས། །གང་དུ་གནས་ཀྱང་ནད་མཚོན་མུ་གེ་སོགས། །མི་འདོད་དུ་མས་ཡང་ཡང་གཙེས་ལགས་ན། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདོམས་ནས་དྲོངས་ཤིག་རྗེ་བཙུན་མ། །བག་ཆགས་རྗེས་འབྲང་རྣམ་རྟོག་ཆུ་གཉེར་ལྟར། །སྐད་ཅིག་རེ་རེར་ངན་འགྲོའི་རྒྱུ་མང་བསགས། །འཁོར་བའི་ས་བོན་འཛད་དུ་མེད་པ་འདིའི། །གཞི་རྩ་ད་ལྟ་ཆོད་ཅིག་རྗེ་བཙུན་མ། །དེ་རྒྱུ་ཚོགས་ཆེན་སྔོན་ཏུ་མ་སོང་བས། །དད་པས་རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་སྒོར་ཞུགས་རློམས་ཀྱང་། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་བློ་གཏད་མ་ཁེལ་བའི། །ལས་སྒྲིབ་རྩད་ནས་ཕྱུང་ཞིག་རྗེ་བཙུན

通晓之后， 愿您精通显密，成就二者！ 凭借着我对您纯洁的信仰和忠诚， 愿我所有的罪业彻底消除， 如同一群白鹭般，一见便能获得吉祥， 祈请至尊圣母显现您美丽的容颜！ 祈请至尊圣母显现您美丽的容颜之后， 请您毫不分离地安住在我的头顶， 赐予我永不厌足的甘露妙法， 并迅速授记我证得无上菩提！ 愿以恶趣毒蛇般凶残的众生， 恒常折磨着五蕴的取舍， 如伤口和脓疮般的苦乐感受， 请您以救世的慈悲妙药来医治！ 仔细思量，对自己不珍爱的事物， 或许没有，但同样珍爱他人， 愿一切众生都能圆满大乘行， 在寂静的王道中获得解脱！ 如果不能如法修行殊胜佛法， 无论世间法还是佛法，都将毫无意义， 愿以如火般燃烧的智慧， 慈悲地加持我今生就能成就究竟的利益！ 这是以僧人形象示现的功德海（作者名）， 在二十八岁时，于八邦寺（Palpung Monastery）的法座上，向圣母陈述理由后所作的祈祷。 吉祥！ 这是从至尊如意轮的意念深处， 发出的祈请，名为“信心的琵琶”。 从观世音菩萨慈悲的海洋中， 诞生了利益和安乐的圆满光辉， 圣母度母，拥有甘露的光芒， 请您平息这充满恐惧的黑暗波涛！ 您是诸佛之母，是消除痛苦的良药， 是慈爱的母亲，是众生唯一的亲人， 在生生世世的轮回中，无与伦比的， 我将您作为我内心深处的皈依处。 我等被业力折磨的众生， 无论身在何处，都遭受疾病、战争、饥荒等， 诸多不悦之事的反复侵扰， 至尊母啊，请您救拔我们脱离痛苦！ 习气和随之而来的念头，如水波般， 每一瞬间都在积累着堕入恶趣的因， 这轮回的种子永无止境， 至尊母啊，请您现在就斩断它的根源！ 因为没有积累广大的资粮， 虽然自诩以信心进入了佛陀的教门， 但对三宝的信心并不坚定， 至尊母啊，请您彻底铲除业障！

Having understood, May you master both scholarship and accomplishment! Through the power of my pure faith and devotion to you, May all my sins be completely eradicated, Like a flock of egrets, may seeing you bring auspiciousness, I pray that the noble Arya shows her beautiful face! After the noble Arya shows her beautiful face, May she dwell inseparable as an ornament on my crown, Granting me the nectar of Dharma without satiety, And swiftly prophesy my attainment of supreme enlightenment! May the unbearable beings, like cruel serpents of the lower realms, Constantly tormented by the taking and discarding of the five aggregates, The feelings of pleasure and pain, like wounds and sores, Be healed by the compassionate medicine of the world's healer! If one thinks carefully, there is nothing one does not cherish for oneself, But likewise cherishing others, May all beings perfect the Mahayana conduct, And find relief in the supreme path of peace! If one does not practice the sacred Dharma properly, Neither Dharma nor worldly affairs will seem meaningful, May the wisdom blazing like fire, Compassionately help me accomplish the ultimate benefit in this life! This is the prayer offered by Yonten Gyatso, who appears as a monk, At the age of twenty-eight, at the seat of Palpung Monastery, after stating the reasons to Arya. Mangalam! This is the prayer from the heart of the noble Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, Called "The Tambura of Devotion." From the ocean of compassion of Avalokiteshvara, Arises the perfect radiance of benefit and happiness, Arya Tara, with the light of nectar, Please pacify this wave of darkness filled with fear! You are the mother of all Buddhas, the medicine that relieves suffering, The loving mother, the sole friend of beings, In the chain of lifetimes, unparalleled, I rely on you as the refuge in the depths of my heart. We beings tormented by karma, Wherever we are, we suffer from disease, war, famine, etc., Repeatedly afflicted by many unwanted things, Noble Mother, please deliver us from suffering! Habits and subsequent thoughts, like ripples in water, Each moment accumulating causes for falling into the lower realms, This seed of samsara is endless, Noble Mother, please cut off its root now! Because I have not accumulated great merit, Although I boast of entering the Buddha's teachings with faith, My faith in the Three Jewels is not firm, Noble Mother, please completely eradicate karmic obscurations!

啊嘛！ 親眼見到成熟的果報， 至今對業及業果， 仍未生信，如猛獸般的紅褐色， 祈請至尊母，將我心轉向善。 日夜剎那無常的人身， 尚未於圓滿之際成就大事， 難以阻擋的死主繩索， 祈請至尊母，以智慧之劍斬斷。 暫時的魔、瘟疫、毒、刀， 突如其來的惡劣死亡， 以及水火猛獸等八種和十六種， 祈請至尊母，迅速從恐懼中救護。 只要我執惡習的念頭持續， 痛苦之河就會不斷流淌， 祈請至尊母，點燃完全了解 蘊等自性的覺悟之燈。 視眾生如母，慈愛憐憫， 不只是口頭說說，而是對他人的痛苦， 與自身安樂真正交換的勇士們， 祈請至尊母，生起偉大的勇氣。 生生世世不顛倒， 值遇善知識，通達一切教法， 直至菩提之間，對壽命和解脫等， 祈請至尊母，摧毀障礙的魔軍。 智慧之眼無染，具足甚深智慧， 煩惱微薄，是好的法器， 對學習極其恭敬，具足正念和正知， 祈請至尊母，將我的相續與法融合。 當壽命耗盡之時， 毫無阻礙地領悟十種徵相， 在遠離生滅邊際的法界中修持， 祈請至尊母，認識光明自性。 中陰剎那間顯現， 清淨顯現壇城的輪涅圓滿， 極喜具樂的蓮花莊嚴等， 祈請至尊母，引導至清淨剎土。 除了隨願自主受生之外， 不再受無奈的業力所牽引而輪迴， 於壽光無量光佛的座前， 祈請至尊母，引導授記之路。 於諸佛出世與未出世的無量剎土中， 如珍愛生命般守護殊勝正法， 願能圓滿示現菩薩行， 祈請至尊母，成辦此願。 從無始以來所積累的一切罪障和過錯， 祈願藉由此身得以淨化， 並能獲得與佛法相符的榮耀和不死， 以及真實的長壽灌頂。

Ah Ma! Having seen the ripening of the results manifestly, Still not believing in karma and its fruits, Like a fierce reddish-brown beast, Noble Mother, please turn my mind towards virtue. Day and night, in an instant, the impermanent human body, Before accomplishing great things in perfect circumstances, The inescapable noose of the Lord of Death, Noble Mother, please sever it with the sword of wisdom. Even temporarily, demons, epidemics, poisons, weapons, Sudden and evil deaths, And the eight and sixteen fears of fire, water, and wild beasts, Noble Mother, quickly protect me from these terrors. As long as the stream of ego-clinging thoughts continues, The river of suffering will flow constantly, Noble Mother, ignite the lamp of realization That fully understands the nature of the aggregates and so on. Knowing all beings as mothers, with love and compassion, Not just in words, but for the suffering of others, And the heroes who truly exchange their own happiness, Noble Mother, generate great courage. In all lifetimes, without perversion, Meeting virtuous friends, understanding all the teachings, Until enlightenment, for life and liberation, etc., Noble Mother, destroy the armies of obstructing demons. The eye of wisdom is free from dust, possessing profound wisdom, With little affliction, a good vessel, Extremely respectful in learning, with mindfulness and awareness, Noble Mother, blend my being with the Dharma. When the thread of life is exhausted, Without obstruction, realizing the ten signs, Practicing in the sphere beyond the limits of birth and death, Noble Mother, reveal the face of clear light. Even if the bardo appears for a moment, The pure vision of the mandala, the perfection of gathering and dispersing, Supreme joy, the lotus arrangement of bliss, etc., Noble Mother, lead me to the pure land. Except for deliberately taking rebirth, Without being forced to wander in samsara by involuntary karma, At the feet of the Buddha of Infinite Life and Light, Noble Mother, guide me on the path of prophecy. In the infinite realms where Buddhas appear and do not appear, Holding the sacred Dharma as dear as life, May I perfectly demonstrate the supreme conduct of a Bodhisattva, Noble Mother, accomplish this aspiration. All the sins, obscurations, and faults accumulated from beginningless time, May they be purified by this body, And may I obtain glory and immortality in accordance with the Dharma, And the actual empowerment of long life.
