于病痛之际，祈愿您能安乐救护。 您慈悲的功力犹如闪电般迅猛， 我向迅速消除痛苦的速勇母致敬。 纵然有无数如微尘般的军队来袭， 也能以禅定的力量，一声“扎”字击溃。 我向在成就菩提的战场上，战胜四魔的伟大勇士致敬。 与虚空等同的圣母之功德边际， 十方三世的诸佛与菩萨亦难以衡量。 请您以孩童般纯真的信心所作的赞颂之词， 作为珍贵的项链，佩戴于慈悲的颈间。 您视一切众生如子，慈爱备至， 难道我这被业力遮蔽的可怜之人， 还未成为您所应调伏的对象吗？ 现在请您以慈爱的眼神垂视于我。 请伸出您无有偏颇的慈悲之手， 从怖畏的轮回深渊中救拔我。 请以您无碍的智慧宝剑， 将我执之树连根斩断。 请以您甚深寂静、离戏光明之箭， 消除我二边执见的迷雾。 请以您无量加持的秋月笑容之光， 增盛空性与慈悲的海洋。 请以您十力之功，如劫末之火， 焚烧恐惧与恶兆的丛林。 请以您摧毁时劫黑暗的伟大节日之日光， 摧毁时劫衰败的黑暗。 请以您成就寿命等十自在的甘露， 将长寿的命脉稳固如金刚。 在如理修持天瑜伽时， 请您清晰地展现智慧的景象。 在以念诵次第恒常亲近您时， 请您赐予甚深广大的窍诀甘露。 在止观双运的境界中安住时， 请您降下意之功力的巨大加持。 愿您如慈母般， 恒常无间地守护我这全心信赖您的孩子。 往昔为烦恼所控，所造诸过， 祈请于法界中清净。 祈请您赐予我与您无二无别的，能轻易度脱如虚空般无边众生的殊胜灌顶。 总而言之，愿您在一切时处， 赐予我心想事成、任运成就二利圆满的， 吉祥光明如日月轮般的， 恒常稳固、周遍广大之善妙！ ——杂河于马年（1954）太阳北返时

Protect me in happiness at the moment of sickness. Your compassionate power is like lightning, I prostrate to the Swift and Brave Mother who quickly eliminates suffering. Even if there are countless armies like dust particles, They can be crushed with the power of Samadhi with a single sound of "Dza". I prostrate to the great heroine who triumphs over the four maras in the battle of achieving Bodhi. The extent of the virtues of the Holy Mother, equal to space, Is difficult for the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times and ten directions to measure. Please accept the words of praise offered with the faith of a child's mind, As a precious necklace, worn on the neck of compassion. Although you look upon all beings as your children with loving-kindness, Has this wretched one, obscured by the faults of karma, Not yet become an object to be tamed by you? Now, please look upon me with your loving eyes. Please extend your impartial hand of compassion, And save me from the terrifying abyss of Samsara. Please cut down the tree of self-grasping from its roots, With your unobstructed sword of wisdom. Please clear away the mists of dualistic views, With your profound, peaceful, free from elaboration, and clear light arrow. Please increase the ocean of emptiness and compassion, With the smiling rays of the autumn moon of your immeasurable blessings. Please burn the thickets of fear and bad omens, With the power of your ten strengths, like the fire at the end of an eon. Please destroy the darkness of the decay of time, With the sunlight of the great festival that destroys the darkness of time. Please accomplish the life force of longevity as a Vajra, With the nectar that accomplishes the ten powers such as life. When properly meditating on the yoga of the deity, Please clearly show the images of wisdom. When constantly approaching you with the stages of recitation, Please bestow the nectar of profound and vast instructions. When abiding in the state of Shamatha and Vipassana, Please bestow the great blessings of the power of your intention. May you, like a loving mother, Constantly and without interruption, protect me, your child who trusts you wholeheartedly. Whatever wrongdoings I have committed under the control of afflictions, May they be purified in the realm of Dharma. Please bestow upon me the supreme empowerment that is inseparable from you, To easily liberate all beings as infinite as space. Initially in Tibet, in the great palace of Dzongshod Deshek Dubpai, Lodro Thaye prayed: May Siddhi be accomplished! ༈ །།Namo Guru Aryataraye. (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་རྱཱ་ཏཱ་རཱ་ཡཻ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु आर्यतारायै，梵文罗马拟音：namo guru āryatārāyai，汉语字面意思：Homage to the Guru, Noble Tara). Merely hearing your name protects from all fears, Praying to you bestows the two kinds of accomplishments. You are the mother who gives birth to the infinite Buddhas and their sons, To the feet of the venerable Tara, I pray. Your blessings of compassion are swifter than other protectors, You are most valiant in subduing conceptual delusions and demonic obstacles, You gaze upon beings with love like a mother to her only child, To the noble Tara, I pray from my heart. Even more than all the Buddhas and their sprouts, Your aspiration, conduct, and activity are especially supreme. Your activity is as swift as lightning in dangerous precipices, To you, the Perfection of Wisdom, I pray. With reverence, I prostrate and take refuge in you from my heart, I offer clouds of offerings of body, possessions, and virtuous accumulations. I confess sins and rejoice in virtue, I request you to turn the wheel of Dharma and remain forever. By this virtue, may I and all mother beings, Attain the state of the noble Tara. May temporary fears and adverse conditions such as the eight fears be pacified, May the six perfections and collections of goodness increase like the waxing moon. May you directly hold us in this life, And may you bless us with the sight of your face. When we pass away, in the place where the noble Tara resides, May it be free from impurity and ill repute, and always possess happiness, May the wondrous arrangement be vast and complete, Having been born in the pure land adorned with turquoise leaves, Having perfected the ocean of Bodhisattva conduct, May we swiftly accomplish the spontaneously accomplished two benefits of perfect Buddhahood!
