རབ་འབྱམས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་འཇུག་པ་ལ། །སླར་ཡང་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པས་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ། །སྔོན་ཚེ་བདེ་གཤེགས་རྔ་སྒྲར་གཡར་ལམ་དུ། །རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་ལས་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་ལྷག་འཚལ་ན། །རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱིས་མ་ཐུལ་བདག་ཡིན་པས། །ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྐྱོངས་ཤིག །ཉིན་མོ་རྣམས་སུ་ཆགས་སྡང་འཁོར་ལོ་འཁྲུགས། །མཚན་མོ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏི་མུག་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནོན། །བར་སྐབས་ལོང་གཏམ་ལྡབ་ལྡིབ་གཡེང་བས་ཁྱེར། །རེས་འགའ་ཟ་ཞིང་རེས་འགའ་ལོང་འདུག་བྱེད། །སྐྱེས་ནས་མ་ཤིའི་བར་དུ་འདི་འདྲས་གཡེངས། །སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ནི་སྦྱོར་དངོས་རྗེས་གསུམ་ཚང་། །དགེ་བ་བྱས་ཀྱང་བྱིས་པའི་ཐལ་རྩེད་འདྲ། །ཀྱི་ཧུད་སྙིང་མེད་པོ་ལ་ད་གཟིགས་ཤིག །སྲིད་མཚོ་ཀུན་རྟོག་ན་ཀྲས་དཀྲུགས་བྱས་པར། །ཕ་མཐའ་ངེས་སྒྲོལ་ཏཱ་རེའི་སྙན་ཚིག་གི། །གདོས་པ་འཛིན་པ་ཞི་བསིལ་ཆུ་ རྒྱུན་ཅན། །ཟླ་བཞིན་མ་ཀྱེ་རང་གིས་སྔར་བསྒྲུབས་པ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་དུ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་ཡི། །རྒྱལ་རིགས་སྤྱི་བོ་ཉིད་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ། །བདུད་རྩིའི་ཐིགས་པ་གང་དེ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །རེ་བས་བསྒྲིམས་ནས་སྔོན་ཆད་བསླད་གྱུར་གྲང་། །ད་ནི་ལུས་སེམས་ལྷོད་དེ་ཁྱོད་ཁོ་ནར། །མགོ་བོར་ཕྱོགས་གཏད་བགྱིད་ལས་བྱར་མེད་པས། །ཡུམ་ཆེན་ཆོས་སྐུའི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་རང་ལོ་ཉེར་བཞི་བར་མེ་སྤྲེལ་ཆུ་སྟོད་ཟླ་བའི་ཡར་ཚེས་ལ་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་དཔལ་སྤུངས་སྒྲུབ་ཁང་དུའོ། །༈། །འཕགས་མའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་གྲུབ་པའི་ངག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ། །ཨོཾ་སིངྡྷྡྷི་ར་སྟུ། དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་སྐྱེད་པའི་ཡུམ། །ཞི་ལ་མི་གནས་སྙིང་རྗེའི་འཛུམ་རླབས་གཡོ། །སྲིད་པས་མ་གོས་འདམ་སྐྱེས་པདྨ་བཞིན། །གང་གི་རིན་ཆེན་མཚན་ཙམ་འཛིན་པས་ཀྱང་། །དུས་མིན་འཆི་སོགས་མི་བཟད་འཇིགས་པའི་ཚོགས། །བརྒྱད་དང་བཅུ་དྲུག་མཐའ་ཡས་སྲུང་མཛད་མ། །ཆོས་སྐུའི་ཞིང་ན་ཤེས་རབ་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན། །ལོངས་སྐུའི་ཞིང་ན་རིགས་ལྔའི་ཡུམ་ཆེན་ལྔ། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་གཏེར། །ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཁམས། །ཇི་སྲིད་ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་མཐར་ཐུག་བར། །བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་སྤྲིན་གྱིས་གང་། །བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་གོས་དཀར་ ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ། །གྲུ་འཛིན་རི་ལ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོ་ཡུམ། །བསིལ་ལྡན་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་སྐྱབས་གནས་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཅན། །འཇའ་ལུས་ཌཱ་ཀི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་མ། །ཇི་སྲིད་སེམས་ཅན་རེ་རེའི་མདུན་ན་ཡང་། །སྙིང་རྗེ་ནུས་པར་བཅས་ཏེ་རྟག་ཏུ་གནས།

浩瀚慈悲之行境，再次摄受又有何用？往昔于善逝鼓音之歧途，若于诸佛之上更生发菩提心，我乃诸佛所不能调伏者，故请即刻伸出慈爱之手。白日里贪嗔之轮纷乱，夜晚皆为愚痴睡眠所困，期间为无聊闲谈喋喋不休所夺，时而进食，时而无所事事。自出生至未死之间，皆为此等所扰。罪恶之业，加行、正行、后行三者俱全，行善亦如孩童之戏沙。噫！观视此无心之人，于有海中以妄念搅动，于彼岸定能救度，乃度母之妙语。执持实有，乃寂静清凉之水流。如月亮般，唉呀！自己往昔所成办，于三界中转轮王之，王族自顶髻灌顶之，甘露滴水，请赐予我。以希望而努力，往昔曾被染污，今则身心放松，唯独向您，头颅朝向，无事可做，愿大母速疾获得法身之果位。如是于自身二十四岁时，于火猴年（1956）水上月之上弦月，恭敬祈祷于巴邦寺修行室。༈。名为圣救度母祈请成就之语。嗡 辛度惹 斯度（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。三世诸佛之母，不住寂灭，慈悲之微笑荡漾，不为有垢所染，如莲花出淤泥。仅持彼之珍贵名号，亦能免除非时死等不悦意之怖畏，八种及十六种无量之守护者。于法身刹土，乃般若波罗蜜多，于报身刹土，乃五部之母大母五尊，于化身乃圣救度母慈悲之宝藏。法界虚空之边际与有情界，乃至业及烦恼穷尽之时，以不可思议之化身云充满。于极乐刹土，乃白衣长寿天女，于普陀山乃如意轮度母，乃清凉有情之救护处具恩者。虹身空行母益西措嘉玛，乃至每一有情之前，皆具慈悲能力而恒常安住。

In the realm of vast compassion, what is the use of holding on again? In the past, on the wrong path of the drumbeat of the Sugatas, if one generates more Bodhicitta than all the Buddhas, since I am the one whom all the Buddhas cannot subdue, please extend your loving hand right now. During the days, the wheel of attachment and hatred is chaotic, and all nights are oppressed by the sleep of ignorance. In between, one is carried away by idle chatter and rambling. Sometimes eating, sometimes sitting idly. From birth until death, one is distracted by such things. Sinful actions are complete with preparation, main action, and subsequent action. Even virtuous deeds are like children playing with sand. Alas! Look at this heartless person, stirring up the ocean of existence with false thoughts. Surely, one will be saved on the other shore, by the sweet words of Tara. Holding onto solidity is like a stream of peaceful, cool water. Like the moon, alas! What you yourself accomplished in the past, as the Chakravartin king in the three realms, the royal lineage from the crown empowerment, that drop of nectar, please grant it to me. Striving with hope, in the past I was defiled, but now my body and mind are relaxed, and I turn my head only towards you, with nothing else to do. May the great mother quickly attain the state of Dharmakaya. Thus, at the age of twenty-four, on the waxing moon of the Water Upper Month of the Fire Monkey year (1956), I respectfully prayed in the Palpung hermitage. ༈. This is called the "Words of Accomplishment of the Prayer to the Holy Mother." Om Sindhura Shtu (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). The mother who gives birth to the ocean of Buddhas of the three times, abiding in peace, the waves of compassion ripple, not stained by worldly defilements, like a lotus born from mud. Just holding her precious name, one can be freed from untimely death and other unpleasant fears, the protector of eight and sixteen limitless beings. In the realm of Dharmakaya, she is Prajnaparamita, in the realm of Sambhogakaya, she is the five great mothers of the five families, in the realm of Nirmanakaya, she is the holy Tara, the treasure of compassion. The expanse of Dharmadhatu and the realm of sentient beings, until the end of karma and afflictions, are filled with clouds of inconceivable emanations. In the Sukhavati realm, she is the white-clad goddess of life, on Mount Potala, she is the wish-fulfilling wheel Tara, the kind one who is the refuge of cool sentient beings. The rainbow body Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, even in front of each sentient being, always abides with compassion and ability.
