摧毁与金刚不符的怖畏， 至尊圣母您是我的心之源。 清净如水晶，无垢的光明身， 青春焕发，不死的妙龄女。 心中所想的喜悦是何等， 那样的甘露食物心中也没有。 目光及于虚空尽头，垂视众生， 莲花般的眼睑极其宽广。 不闭合，充满慈悲之水的盈满， 如洗净三有之心的污垢。 不具造作，周游于一切世间， 舍弃一切分别，追随信仰。 如太阳般平等，却摧毁死主的黑暗， 因此圣母之名声极大。 汇集精华，赐予修行者精髓之母， 光辉炽盛，心中却无比清凉之母， 舍弃种种姿态，却有妩媚笑容之母， 救济世间，拥有伟大解脱之良药。 何者依赖于太阳的坛城， 那黑暗就没有机会产生。 同样，依止过去、现在、未来三世之母您， 那非时而死等怖畏就不会发生。 如水冲走干涸的牧场， 被怖畏扰乱的我等轮回者， 除了您之外，没有更快的救护， 度母啊，祈请从四魔的怖畏中解脱。 为了殊胜，恒常显现渴望， 所修之果，莫延至来世， 见即解脱，百种甘露光芒滴落之身， 祈请如月亮般显现在我眼前。 超越言辞的一切音声， 梵天妙音，如笛声般悦耳动听， 祈请无间断地听闻成为耳之精华， 辨别种姓与非种姓之道。 恒常观视，却被遮蔽而不能真见， 您之心念不可思议，且极其相违。 在真实性中，没有丝毫的好坏， 轮回与涅槃平等，今日也请开示。 超离心智，超越譬喻的真如， 遍及一切事物的主宰，圣母法身。 稳固与变动之精华汇聚的明点， 祈请无有变动地安住在我的心中。 往昔不曾恒常住在地上， 未来与现在，虽如梦幻般显现， 未从此人身获得精华之前， 祈请生命之柱如金刚般坚立。 无有止境的轮回之事如水纹， 心识散乱的孩童，可怜啊！

Destroying fears that are incompatible with the vajra, Noble Mother, you are the spring of my heart. A pure, crystal-like body of light, free from obscurations, A youthful, vibrant, immortal young woman. How great is the joy of thinking of you, Such ambrosial food is not even in my heart. Whose gaze reaches the end of the sky, looking upon beings, The lotus petals of your eyes are exceedingly wide. Unclosing, filled with the moisture of compassion, As if washing away the defilements of the three realms' hearts. Without contrived effort, you move throughout all worlds, Abandoning all concepts, you follow devotion. Like the sun, you are impartial, yet you destroy the darkness of the Lord of Death, Therefore, the fame of the singular Mother is great. A mother who gathers the essence and bestows nourishment for practice, A mother whose splendor blazes, yet is supremely cooling to the heart, A mother who has abandoned all affectations, yet has a charming, smiling face, A great medicine with the liberation of saving the world. Whoever relies on the mandala of the sun, Darkness will have no opportunity to arise. Likewise, relying on you, the Queen of the three times, Fears such as untimely death will not occur. Like water carrying away a dry pasture, We wandering beings, distracted by fears, Have no refuge swifter than you, Tara, please liberate us from the fears of the four maras. Because of the supreme, always desiring manifestation, May the fruit of practice not be delayed until a future time, May the form that releases upon sight, from which a hundred rays of nectar drip, Appear to my eyes like the moon. All sounds that transcend words, The melodious sweetness of the flute of Brahma's voice, May it be heard continuously as the essence of the ears, And may we be able to distinguish the path of lineage and non-lineage. Always looking, yet obscured from truly seeing, Your thoughts are inconceivable and greatly contradictory. In true reality, there is not a speck of good or bad, Samsara and Nirvana are equal; please reveal that today as well. The Suchness that is beyond mind and beyond example, The single Mother, the Dharmakaya, the master of all things. That bindu, the essence of the stable and the moving, May it reside unmoving in my heart. In the past, you never stayed constantly on the earth, Though the future and present appear like dreams, Until the essence is attained from this body, May the pillar of life stand firm like a vajra. The endless activities of samsara are like ripples on water, Pitiable are the children whose minds are distracted!

Je! The refuge of the helpless, the mother of beings, please liberate us from the fear of these illusions. Good, bad, and intermediate, similarly vast and small, uncertain, seeking meaning, different actions, with the power of possessing knowledge of various inclinations, please do not hide your gaze from those with faith.
