From the perspective of doors, it can be divided into the exoteric and esoteric. The difference in the path lies in the priority of generating Bodhicitta, thus explaining the methods of learning the general and specific practices of a Bodhisattva, along with the fruit. Generally, the terminology of the three types of individuals appears in some treatises such as the 'Definitive Collection,' 'Compendium,' and 'Abhidharmakosha.' The stages of practice are a compilation of the meanings explained in the 'Ornament of Clear Realization' and the 'Fifty Verses on the Guru.' All the Buddha's well-spoken words are included in this path of three stages. The essence of practice, such as the 'Bodhicharyavatara' and 'Shikshasamuccaya,' mainly based on the Indian treatises of Atisha's three teachers, the key instructions for exchanging self and others, and the mind-training methods, are the ultimate of the three stages of the path, the root practice of the path of the great individual, the conventional Bodhicitta, and the special enhancement of the Samadhi of loving-kindness and compassion. The third is the Path and Fruit, the completion stage of the three Hevajra Tantras, which the Yoga Master Virupa practiced with his heart and compiled into a manual of instructions, the precious oral transmission Path and Fruit with four authentic lineages, said to have four ways of guiding disciples through three authentic measures and four oral transmissions. If we consider the flourishing of the treatise tree, guiding according to the treatise as it is, Je Sakya Pandita said, "Establish the foundation of the path with three appearances, understand all practices with the three continuums." As it is said, establishing the foundation of the path, among the three appearances common to the Paramita Vehicle, the impure appearance is the faults of Samsara, the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment, and by cultivating faith in the law of cause and effect, the Hearer's path is completed. In the appearance of experience, the common yogi completes the common Mahayana path by cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, and Bodhicitta. The uncommon yogi, by cultivating the Vajrayana path, experiences inconceivable appearances, knowing that all arising is contained in fifteen, cutting off elaboration, and when those arise, maintaining them casually by recognizing them. The pure appearance is the Buddha's qualities such as the inexhaustible wheel of adornments at the time of fruition, remembering them and also...

One should cultivate joy, thinking, 'I will attain such an accomplishment,' and purify one's mindstream through meditation. In the uncommon Mantrayana path, first, one receives empowerment at the cause stage and abides by the root vows. In the actual path, from the perspective of the three continuums, on the Alaya cause continuum, one recognizes and meditates on the view of indivisibility of samsara and nirvana, the union of clarity and emptiness. On the path of skillful means continuum, the four paths associated with the four empowerments arise: the path of the vase empowerment, the generation stage of outer and inner; and the path of the time empowerment, meditating on its meaning, the profound path, in four sessions each day; the path of the secret empowerment, wind and tummo; the path of the wisdom empowerment, transference of consciousness; the path of the fourth empowerment, vajra waves. Thus, by meditating on the three paths of the completion stage, one draws forth the wisdom of example and meaning. By meditating on the four paths in this way, in the worldly path, four views such as the three self-natures will appear; in the transcendent path, one will attain the culmination of the four philosophical tenets, thereby manifesting the five kayas of the result continuum. In short, Establish the foundation of the path with the three appearances, practice the main practice with the three continuums, dispel exaggerations with the four valid cognitions and the four whispered lineages, and when practicing by setting the boundary of the path with the five dependent arisings, knowing the occasion of the aggregation of the three realms, assist with the seven beneficial instructions, and by becoming skilled in the methods of dispelling obstacles, cultivating in this way and attaining the culmination of the philosophical tenets is the method of guiding the extensive path. The method of guiding the intermediate path is summarized with five sections, and the method of guiding the concise path is summarized with four categories. All of these, whichever it may be, abide in a state where the result can be attained from the time of the path, therefore, it reveals the meaning of the indivisibility of the base, path, and result, hence it is known as the Path and Result. Fourth, the Kagyu school: The precepts of the venerable Naropa and Maitripa, and the great accomplished masters who hold the Kagyu lineage of Marpa the translator, the founders of the chariot, possess ocean-like instructions mainly related to Anuttarayoga, although it is impossible to describe them all, if we summarize the main points of meditation, it can be summarized into the path of skillful means, the Six Dharmas of Naropa, and the path of liberation, Mahamudra. Both are summarized by the three great vajra vows. As stated in the "Collected Explanations of the Five Stages" and the later "Ka Dome Explanation": "The reality of things, the path, and the order of arising of the result."
