The three channels become one, the secret wheel has sixty petals, and the outer layer of the sixteen petals is green. Contemplate and become accustomed to the three—the crown chakra channel, bindu, and wind—merging indivisibly, blending with the empty form, and practice single-pointed meditation in all ways. Because the order of the first two branches and the intermediate ones is stable, gradually meditate in this way on the six chakras, such as the navel chakra, in sequence. In the stages where bodhicitta becomes thin, slightly thick, and very thick, as methods for holding, etc. Some believe that one must enter gradually from karma mudra. Here, the yogi takes the supreme empty-form mahamudra as the path, and through the power of realizing the unchanging great bliss of inner awareness, it is accomplished without change. Those of intermediate and lower capacity rely on the two mudras to experience the co-emergent melting bliss, and also cause the essence to be bound like mercury. Because unchanging bliss manifests, proceed in that order. In the center of the body, the central channel, the upper end piercing between the eyebrows, and the six chakras clarified as previously mentioned, starting from the crown chakra, the two channels, ro and kyang, located at the navel chakra, are connected to the central channel at each chakra, separating to the left and right between the six chakras. Starting from the secret chakra, the central channel is on the right, the roma channel is on the left, and the kyangma channel is in the center, from which urine, feces, and semen flow. Meditate in this way in accordance with the structure of the channels. In the center of the navel chakra, visualize the kundalini fire, completely transformed from the letter “ཧོ་” (Tibetan, Devanagari: हो, Romanized Sanskrit: ho, Literal Chinese meaning: ho), red, slender, and sharp, blazing upwards to a height of four fingers, with rays of light pervading the entire upper and lower part of the central channel. Together with kumbhaka (vase breathing) and clarity, or simply focus on the fire alone, maintaining a stable mind for a long time. The bodhicitta of the crown chakra or the forehead chakra, agitated in the form of the letter “ཧཾ་” (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) or a bindu, the subtle channels also gradually pervading and entering the central channel. From the forehead to the throat is joy, in the heart is supreme joy, in the navel is special joy, and in the secret place and jewel is the experience of co-emergent joy. Or contemplate that from the crown to the forehead is joy, from the throat to the heart is supreme joy, from the navel to the secret chakra is separation-joy or various joys, and from the secret place to the vajra jewel is the co-emergent ultimate great bliss of immortality.

In order to accomplish the Knowledge Body, one should practice these expedient limbs. By gradually stabilizing without leakage, one obtains twenty-one thousand six hundred moments of bliss. At the same time, the winds of the Kalachakra also cease in the same way, thereby becoming the master of the twelve bhumis. That is also because the bindu is stable at the tip of the vajra jewel, one obtains the first moment of immutable bliss, which is the beginning of samadhi, and one inhalation and exhalation cease. Similarly, it increases to one thousand eight hundred moments, and with the order of cessation of the number of breaths, one obtains the first and second bhumis in the secret place, and moments of bliss are obtained in the navel, heart, throat, forehead, crown, etc. By the manner in which the winds of the Kalachakra cease, it is shown that one obtains the state of two bhumis each, and the ultimate result, the Knowledge Body, is the unsurpassed Buddha. Most excellent among all six yogas, the Dharma that directly leads to the four joys, the pure path of liberation, this is extracted from the tantra commentary itself. Like sandalwood and its fragrance, it is extracted from the tantra commentary. Instructions on the Oral Transmission. The instructions on the six Dharmas of the Oral Transmission Upper Gate are as follows: First, go for refuge and generate bodhicitta, then focus the mind on the method of Tummo burning, A-shad (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). In the three channels, the essence of fire, A-shad (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning), is like the tip of a needle, very red and hot. Blow it with the wind from the paths of the sun and moon. The inside of the nine openings is hot and steamy, warming the body and mind. Then shift the focus again, and blow the essence of fire with the wind, causing the fire to burn slightly, becoming larger and larger, about four fingers in size. Then about eight fingers in size. It has four characteristics: it is intensely tangible, red in color, sharp at the tip, and smooth and soft. Practice this, and warmth arises. At that time, wear cotton clothes. At the crown of the head, a white Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum) facing downwards. The short A burns with fire. The light causes the white bodhicitta of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum) to feel cold and shivery. Everything is filled with bright light. Do not be distracted from this. Exhaling outwards is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum), inhaling is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om), and abiding is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Ah). Become accustomed to the three syllables of the vajra recitation. Learn the respective colors of the five Buddhas. Relying on the pillar of the nose, relying on the two lips is water, relying on the outside is fire, and relying on the top is wind. Earth is yellow, water is white, fire is red, and wind is blue. Earth causes flesh to grow,
