Here, those who enter should rely on the wise, strictly observe the Pratimoksha vows, and purify the faultless Vinaya teachings. Remembering all the past sons of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who practiced listening, contemplation, and meditation, they gave away their own lives without hesitation for the benefit of sentient beings, and practiced generosity. Viewing the six realms of beings as parents, generate impartial love and compassion from the heart. Practice patience without harboring resentment, and understand that all laziness stems from self-grasping, generate the special antidote, and directly or indirectly benefit others, accept and reject cause and effect, gradually practice love, compassion, and the union of calm and insight, and diligently practice. In short, pure morality is vast joy and supreme liberation. This is a written record of the stages of the teachings that turn away from the thoughts and actions of the Shravakas. This is extracted from the old texts of Chim (mchims). (11) Instructions on the Equality of Samsara and Nirvana. The instructions on the equality of Samsara and Nirvana are: first, take Refuge and generate Bodhicitta, then observe the falsity of Samsara (srid pa), like a wheel of suffering, the evil deeds of self-inflicted suffering, the scene of a blind person wandering in the wilderness, constantly remembering day and night, thereby igniting the desire for peaceful Nirvana, which is the eternal home, the city of perfect bliss, the good field of complete virtue, the paradise of universal benefit and happiness. As before, observe with the mind, and the thoughts of taking and abandoning suffering and happiness suddenly arise, thereby generating fear and aversion to Samsara. Due to excessive attachment to the state of Nirvana, one mistakenly enters the realm of the Hinayana. In this terrifying danger, none of the sentient beings in the three realms have not been our parents, just as we repay the kindness of those who have been our parents, how can we bear to abandon them and only care for our own happiness? In order to destroy the suffering and its root of all sentient beings in the six realms wandering in Samsara, may my body, speech, and mind serve the white virtuous deeds day and night without interruption, and generate such a strong intention. Cultivate compassion for the helpless sentient beings, give love, bestow benefits, and turn away from evil. Like loving parents.

Teach children by learning from examples, and practice admonishing them in time for small mistakes. At the same time, prevent them from merely showing off their beauty and praising themselves. Ultimately, let them rest without any doubt in the nature of things as they are, which is the equality of the nature of samsara and nirvana in the ultimate truth. Eliminate even a hair's breadth of hope and fear, freely eliminate obstacles, and through the power of whatever roots of virtue are practiced by body, speech, and mind, may all sentient beings, mothers equal to the sky, attain temporary happiness and ultimate Buddhahood. Think and recite in this way to increase merit. It is said that this is like holding a sandalwood key in the right hand and smearing dog excrement on the left hand; when one is free from affirmation and negation, it becomes the essence of meditation. With the wisdom of equality in all of samsara and nirvana, diligently and joyfully meditate, naturally liberating from happiness and suffering, and write down the excellent mind in the form of a guide. This is excerpted from the teachings of Mchims. (12) The Great Madhyamaka Guide. The guide to the Great Madhyamaka is: Refuge 1, first go through the preliminary practice of generating the mind, observe appearance 2, and examine the nature of emptiness with wisdom. Appearance refers to the uninterrupted appearance of various phenomena. The understanding of emptiness: it is not the emptiness after a vase is broken, nor the emptiness after a vase is covered with cloth, nor the emptiness of having nothing like a rabbit's horn. Rather, at the time of appearance, the nature of self-awareness is emptiness. That is, in the relative truth, it is emptiness like an illusion, devoid of truth, and in the ultimate truth, it is emptiness like space, empty of essence. In short, no matter what appears, there is not even a hair's breadth of truth to it. This is not the emptiness of negation, nor the emptiness of fabrication, but only the emptiness relative to appearance itself. Practice 3, the method is, in a state of having the time, body, and posture of meditation, first slightly gather awareness, and finally relax. Beginners should shorten the duration of each session and increase the number of sessions. By meditating in this way according to the method, three experiences of clarity 1, bliss, and non-conceptuality will arise. The mind does not wander anywhere, and it remains in a state of stillness, like placing a hand on a beggar's hand. In the state of the nature of reality, free from elaboration, let awareness also rest in a state free from elaboration. The clarity of the mind without dullness, and the one-pointedness of not wandering to external objects, is called stillness (shamatha) 1. Its nature 2
