Meditate on compassion on the earth. Purify the sins and obscurations of sentient beings with the light of letters. The light emanates from the Brahma-randhra of oneself. The white radiance of the goddess. The turquoise of the Gandharva. The golden yellow of the Brahmin. The red and white of humans. The white and yellow of the Nagas. The purple and black of the Chandalas. In the eyes, Krika (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). On the lips, Chaga (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). Below the navel, the blooming lotus of the secret gate, devoid of clothing, draws the continuous stream of Bodhicitta bliss from the wild stamen. Enter from the crown of the head, filling the inside of the body. Believe that bliss is born, and maintain the natural state of illusion. The lotus of the navel in the dream is the self-experience of bliss and warmth. Entrust awareness to the revolving letters, and repeatedly engage in holding, developing, manifesting, and transforming as if it were a dream. By going to the light path of A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) in the realm of appearances, one sees whatever one desires. In the clear light, by placing one's own mind un-fabricatedly in A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), it arises. At the time of transference, contemplate the four letters on the lotus petals as the four elements, and through the sequence of gathering the elements, gather them into A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). Contemplate radiating out from the crown of the head and dissolving into the unborn. In the Bardo, from now on, take appearances as deities, sounds as mantras, and thoughts as the nature of reality. Sukha is the chief of all Dakinis. Accomplishing activities with the co-emergent four joys. These are the letters of the six supreme Dharmas of liberation, without addition or subtraction. Extracted from the instruction manual of Khyenrab Je. (81) Inner Instructions on Selfless Mother. The inner instructions on Selfless Mother are as follows: After taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, visualize yourself as the form of Selfless Mother. Visualize the three channels in the center of the body, with Selfless Mothers of various colors residing on each of the twenty-one vertebrae, like vines clinging to a tree. The two Rōkyang depend on the central channel. At the navel, there are four lotus petals: blue-green in the front, red on the right, yellow on the left, and white in the back. In the center of the navel is green, with the letters Ha Ri Ni A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) inscribed. On the crown of the head, visualize Hevajra, inseparable from the master Birwapa, with one face and two arms, in a dancing posture. In the sky in front, visualize the Indian saint, wearing a Nepalese skirt on his lower body, holding a bamboo flute in his hands, facing you. Pray single-mindedly: Birwapa Hum (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning)! Sukama Ah (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning)! Indian Saint Om (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning)! Finally, imagine a single arrow of A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) shooting out from the A (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) residing in the navel, relying on the bow of the central channel, propelled by the whip of wind and mind, rising upwards. Twist the body alternately to the left and right, and sit in the lotus position.

Place both hips at the top. The eyeballs also gradually move upwards. At that time, the rope of the solitary one constrains the central channel, extending upwards from the crown chakra, and the bliss of the selflessness mother, inseparable from Sukha-ma-siddhi, increases. The black Heruka embraces tightly, and the stream of Bodhicitta, combined with the two, passes through the spine, reaching the entire body of the twenty-one selflessness mothers. Visualize spreading from the navel, the field of the body, to the entire body. Fill the face with vigor, raise the corner of the eyes, throw consciousness into the sky, into unknowing emptiness. Control the root of conscious mind, control the root and relax, relaxing grasps self-nature. This is the key point. Hevajra is completely inseparable, the knot of the four joys of Sukha is untied, most supreme, the way to become the adornment of the great bliss wheel, has been transformed into the appearance of letters. Extracted from the old writings of Kyungpo. (82) Instructions on Coemergent Union. The instruction on Coemergent Union is: first, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, then visualize the Lama clearly in the center of the heart. Erect a small wooden stick in front, and stare at it without blinking. The consciousness is also completely focused on it. Do not restrain it too much, nor be too attached to it. Do not let it wander, just briefly focus the consciousness on it as a support for non-distraction. In this state, let the consciousness relax naturally. In meditation, it is very important to distinguish between good and bad. When the state becomes dull, rest a little, and then meditate again. In this way, perform short and many meditations, for a total of four sessions. Between each session, maintain this state without losing it, and continuously maintain it with mindfulness. The eyes should not be too far from the tip of the nose. All actions such as walking, sitting, and lying down should be like those of a sick person. Then, visualize a white bindu, about the size of a bean, between the eyebrows. Briefly focus the consciousness on it, and in this state, let the mind relax naturally. When the state becomes dull, rest a little. Perform short and many meditations, for a total of four sessions. Between each session, maintain this state without losing it, and continue the actions as before. Then, visualize a black bindu, about the size of a pellet, on the cushion. Briefly focus the consciousness on it.
