When awareness subsides, praise the way the eyes see; if scattered, subdue it. The lama should repeatedly practice contemplation, and the four faults of the essence will be naturally liberated. Constantly accompanying, yet not seeing the face; too close, so not recognizing; too good, so not entering the mind; too profound, so not believing—breaking through these gaps, introduction is given. Ultimately, the four kayas naturally arise: the non-conceptual mind is the Dharmakaya, self-awareness is the Sambhogakaya, the various appearances are the Nirmanakaya, and the undifferentiated essence is the Svabhavikakaya. Compassion, the generation stage, wind, and reverence enhance it. An example taken from within a gau box. All appearances written on tala leaves. The knot of Beu Bum's (Tibetan place name) joyful woman is supremely untied. Now recorded in the form of letters. Extracted from the instruction manual of Samdingpa Zhonnu Drub. (78) * Instructions on Taking the Path. The instructions on the three ways of taking the path are: first, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then visualize the lama above a lotus and moon seat on your crown. Clearly visualize the lama's form, the sound of the voice, and the wisdom mind, with a sharp intellect that can absorb strong devotion into that side and can seize that side into this side. Recognize external appearances as the lama's body, speech as the lama's voice, and self-awareness as the lama's mind, making a firm decision. Thinking that the qualified and sacred lama has liberated me from this unbearable samsara with his supreme kindness, with hair standing on end and tears in the eyes, combine this devotion into strength. I prostrate, I offer, I take refuge, I pray to turn the wheel of Dharma and not pass into nirvana. May the merit become a cause for the lama to guide me. Similarly, whatever appears, visualize it as the deity; whatever appears, visualize it as illusion. Practice taking the path as before. The instructions on all forms of taking the path are gathered together. The joyful mind is naturally liberated, the supreme instruction. Represented in concise letters. It is the transformer of the path to liberation for the fortunate. Extracted from the instruction manual of Samdingpa Zhonnu Drub. (79) * Instructions on the Deathless Mind. The instructions on the deathless mind are: first, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then visualize yourself as the blissful, supreme, co-emergent father and mother. On the tip of the father's organ, visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and on the tip of the mother's organ, visualize a red Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:邦). Trust in the appearance of these two syllables, blue and red, making the deity's body also appear hazy.

From the two syllables, blue and red rays of light emanate, possessing the nature of bliss. Like the sun gradually rising from the peak of a snow mountain, whatever is touched by the light becomes clear inside and out, as if lapis lazuli and ruby, covered with clay, were washed clean by water. At the top of the Father's hair is a wish-fulfilling jewel, on the left side is the crescent moon of the first day, and above the neck, supported by the hair, are various vajras. The black hair has a wheel of bones and pendants, and between the five skull crowns lies a horizontal vajra. There are banners of heroes hanging. The three eyes are red, with blue in the center and white at the edges, the nose is high, the forehead is broad, and the face is smiling. The earlobes are long, the face is laughing, and the tips of the teeth and fangs are slightly visible. The neck is round, and the upper body is full. With both hands holding a vajra and a bell, he embraces the Mother. The bone necklace, earrings, armlets, bracelets, belt, and anklets are all white and sparkling. The tiger skin is spread out behind. The right leg is bent, and the left leg is extended, with a lotus and sun pressing down on Bhairava and Kalika's armpits. The Mother is smiling, wrathful, and eager, with black hair scattered loosely, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing from the Father's neck. The bone ornaments are white and bright, and the breasts are full. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is bent, uniting with the Father, and the blue and red gau box is clearly visible at the point of union. Thus, have faith that one's own mind is immortal and not stained by the impurities of birth and death. Place the mind equally on the appearance of the divine form, which is without inherent existence. The natural state of mind is unadulterated. Everything appears as a joyful and delightful mind. This is the face of the essence of liberation itself. It is the syllable that is free from change. Extracted from the guidance manual of Samdingpa Zhonnu Drub. (80) The Instructions on the Six Dharmas of Sukha. The instructions on the Six Dharmas of Sukha are as follows: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Then, fix the six hearths of tummo and visualize a four-petaled lotus at your navel, with five syllables clearly visualized upon it. Ignite the fire at the navel with the wind from the lower gate, and the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) in the center and the four syllables Ha (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), Ri (藏文:རི,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:日), Ni (藏文:ནི,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼), and Sa (藏文:ས,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨) in the four directions burn like red flames. Focus awareness on the light of the flames filling the body, and mentally recite Ha Ri Ni Sa. Retain the breath. Visualize the illusory body in the Dharma arising below the lotus at the navel, with sentient beings of the six realms.
