In the center, like a bird's nest, on the right and left of the Avadhuti nadi, are the three pure Rasana nadis, filled with the essence of blood in the form of Ali and Kali. At the anus is wind, at the triple junction is fire, and in the center of the sixty-four chakras is Aṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Aṃ). The inner circle has eight sections, and the outer is Ali and Kali. In the center of the heart is Hūṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). In the four directions are Bhrūṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhrūṃ), Aṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Aṃ), Jrīṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: ज्रीं, Romanized Sanskrit: jrīṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Jrīṃ), and Khāṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: खां, Romanized Sanskrit: khāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Khāṃ). In the four corners are Laṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Laṃ), Maṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Maṃ), Paṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: पं, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṃ), and Taṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: तं, Romanized Sanskrit: taṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Taṃ). In the center of the throat is Oṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ). On the petals are sixteen vowels. On the crown of the head is Haṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ). There are two syllables. Here, meditate on the letters in the nadi channels. The wind ignites the fire. The fire of Aṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Aṃ) burns all the chakras. Through the nectar of Haṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ), practice the heating, burning, and dripping. To generate power, recite: Puja O A Gora De Ma De. These are the eight places of the heart chakra: Ka O Tri Ko Ka La Ka He. These are the eight places of the speech chakra: Pre Gri So Su Na Sim Ku. These are the eight places of the body chakra. Again, guide all the root places of the twenty-four places, and finally generate faith in the state of seven-limbed union. All the teachings of the Kashmiri Pandit, are the basis for opening joy and liberating life, and are the supreme instructions of the completion stage, recorded in writing. This is extracted from the instruction manual of Dpal Amogha. (71) The Instructions on the Four Seats. The instructions on the four seats are: First, proceed with refuge and bodhicitta, and generate yourself as the Wisdom Dakini. At the doors, until the seed matures, visualize the triangular Dharmodaya formed of bones. There, visualize three triangles in the nadi knots, and a single bodhicitta bindu moon. Meditate on the bodhicitta bindu like a rotating dog. Experience the four joys: joy, supreme joy, joy beyond joy, and innate joy. Appearance, great appearance, attainment of appearance, and innate. The oral instruction of Vanu is that in the navel, there is a nadi like a coiled Naga king. Below that, where the three nadis converge, in the Dharmodaya is a yellow Kṣuṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: क्षुं, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ), with the nature of fire. On each of the two soles of the feet is a Kṣuṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: क्षुं, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ). In the red heart lotus, there is a bodhicitta bindu the size of a cow's hoofprint, about the size of a thumb. In the center is a white Hūṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Press the wind above and below. The karma wind gathers in the navel. Fire blazes from the yellow Kṣuṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: क्षुं, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ). Fire also blazes from the two soles of the feet. All the nadi channels blaze red and yellow. Gather the mind at the crown of the head. Dissolve into Haṃ (藏文, 梵文天城体: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ). Illusion and emptiness are inseparable, this is union. By meditating in this way, the nine doors of the body are blocked.
