Then, whatever appearances such as absorption arise, abide in the natural state. In the navel chakra, within the sixty-four channels, the inner circle of eight groups of letters consists of fifty vowels (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अलि, Sanskrit Romanization: ali, literal Chinese meaning: Ali) and consonants (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कलि, Sanskrit Romanization: kali, literal Chinese meaning: Kali). There are six short vowels in the navel chakra. Visualize a red-black, rough, and intense (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ) within the circle at the top of the short A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཐུང་), and similarly visualize one in the circle at the top of the HAṂ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་) at the crown. As the wind stirs the fire as before, a very subtle fire arises from the KṢUṂ (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ) and rises from the heart. As you slowly inhale through the nostrils, the wind force at the back of the neck increases, and the HAṂ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) strikes the KṢUṂ (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Kṣuṃ). Visualize it flowing down and merging from within the central channel, and when holding the breath and opening the mouth, actually abandon the burning butter lamp, and visualize the bodhicitta nectar descending like a thread from the HAṂ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ), nourishing the AṂ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Aṃ), and perform the wind combination. The number of visualizations is: using the wind once, abiding in the natural state once, opening the central channel once, the main practice once, or opening the mouth twice. The Chandali, supremely excellent above all, the Great Bliss Space-Faring Completion Stage, this quintessential heart essence of liberation, has been written without addition or subtraction. As transmitted orally, the heart essence has been condensed and written. (68) The Instruction Manual for the Five Stages of the Bell. The instruction for the five stages of the bell is: first, go through refuge and bodhicitta, then visualize yourself instantaneously appearing as the luminous form of the consort, absorbed into the A at the navel. Pay homage to the lama with respect and pray. On a moon the size of half a mustard seed in the heart, visualize a red-white bindu the size of a mustard seed, then focus the mind on it. Visualize white in the two eyes, blue in the ears, yellow at the junction of the nostrils, red at the root of the tongue, and green at the tip of the genitals. On the previous red-white bindu, visualize a blue-green color, all in the same way as the previous moon, and entrust awareness to it. Combine with whatever sense object the senses are directed towards. If not directed towards the six objects, then focus on the heart itself, this is the stage with the seed syllable. The right and left nostrils are the winds of the sun and moon. Meditate without a gap between the nostrils, and when exhaling, visualize the formation of mist at the tip of the nose, and when inhaling, visualize light filling the body. If you like the sense gates, then as before, if you don't like them, there is no contradiction, it is said. The self-arisen blessing without seed syllables. After the wind rises and enters three times, at the center of the various colored vajras at your crown, visualize the origin of phenomena appearing, in which the center of the red-white vajra is the moon.

From the blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable, light radiates and dissolves into all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. When radiating, practice from the eyes to the brow, and also in the heart and navel. When exhaling through the right nostril, visualize the hair between the eyebrows as the sun; when exhaling through the left, visualize it as the moon; above, visualize a bindu, blue in the center, white in the east, green in the north, red in the west, and yellow in the south. Meditate on the wind in this way, becoming a variety of vajras without seed. The samaya mudra is to visualize oneself as the deity's parents, arising in the space-bliss lotus vajra, with the letter of bodhicitta dhyana visualized at the top, and merge into it. The karma mudra is the same. The dharma mudra is to entrust awareness to the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable in the vajra path, whose nature is bindu, thereby gaining bliss, and gradually guiding it to the secret place, navel, heart, throat, and crown. The mahamudra is to place bliss in the boundless, natural state, which is the stage of the vase initiation. In the secret place, visualize five clusters of bindus in the red dharma-arising palace, holding the mind as before, and finally, flames of fire emerge from the bindus, going out through the right roma channel. Visualize the bodhicitta of the Tathagatas of the ten directions, carrying the flame, entering through the left lalana channel, and practice combining gentle winds, which is the stage of Jalandhara. Focus the mind on the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable residing on the moon in one's heart. Finally, light radiates from it, and the outer and inner worlds are absorbed into the light, then the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable is absorbed into the uhala of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable, the Ha syllable is absorbed into the head, then into the moon, and finally into the bindu nada. The nada also disappears like a dissipating cloud, and everything rests in emptiness and luminosity. If the experience of emptiness is strong, the nada arises; if the experience of bliss is strong, it is as before. This is the inconceivable stage. The practice of the five stages is recorded in a concise and easy-to-understand way, as a guide to giving joy. In order to truthfully record the way one has attained liberation and excellence. Extracted from the "Gathering Practice All Joy Auspicious Guidance." (69) The Four Black Stages Guidance. The guidance of the four black stages is: first, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then after oneself is placed in the mandala by the guru, generate the firm conviction that the outer body is Chakrasamvara with four faces and twelve arms, and the inner is the sixty-two deities. Visualize the guru's lotus shoes on the crown of the head, generate respect and faith, and focus.
