M. Gather the vessels and contents, deities and palaces, into yourself. Your faces are the root faces, your hands are the root hands. The consort Vajravarahi is also gathered into the aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable A) at the navel in the form of red light, the outer is the innate bliss, the inner is the three channels and four chakras, and the two working fire-wind chakras are clearly illuminated in the mind. At the lower gate, on top of the green-black wind mandala that looks like swirling smoke, is the red fire mandala, the triangular kṣa (藏文：ཀྵ，梵文天城体：क्ष，梵文罗马拟音：kṣa，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Ksha) letter blazing, and in the center of the red-black navel is aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable A). There are eight inner circles: a ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa. Outwardly, there are sixteen vowels. Thirty-four consonants. Six long vowels. In the four directions of the heart are a i u o, the four short vowels. In the four corners are ya ra la va. In the inner circle of the throat are four: ā ī ū ai. In the center is oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Om). On the twelve petals of the outer circle are twelve vowels, omitting ṛ ṝ ḷ ḹ. In the center of the crown is haṃ (藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Hang). On the petals are two sets of sixteen vowels. Aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable A) and haṃ (藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Hang) are connected by the central channel, and the left and right are single sounds. The upper wind is absorbed into aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable A), from which arise the four signs of accomplishment. Experiencing with the six signs of stability, the fire melts and dissolves the chakras of the navel, heart, and throat. The flame arises from between the eyebrows, the embodiment of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions. Entering from the blessing of the guru's essence, Chakrasamvara. Inviting the nectar of the body, between your crown, throat, heart, mouth, and navel, multiply the sixteen joys individually, combine with the winds and practice accordingly, this is the mantra order of the practice sequence. Finally, the movement of the channels, bindus, and winds is upward, separating the sun and moon individually, progressing through the stages of the path, this is the order of the generation stage and the wisdom stage. The body is the rainbow body, the mind is non-thought, the union of body and wisdom is the ultimate secret stage. In the black speech, always, with joy in the mind, the practice of supreme liberation, this is what is written down. Extracted from the four stages of the great perfection path.
