Having eliminated all the upper and lower winds with three (times), combine with the gentle wind. Rotate the abdomen sixteen times to the right and left, and it should be combined with the five-limb practice. The yoga of dependent arising is to rely on the essence that has been practiced and blessed. The yoga of Vajrabhairava is to visualize oneself as Yamantaka, with the lama dissolving into light at the crown of the head. Visualize the central channel from the space between the eyebrows to the vajra jewel as being filled with the life force wind, which has five colors of light, and then hold the gentle wind. Seventh, the nail that dispels the obstacles is to take to heart the oral instructions that were previously very unelaborate. Practicing diligently in that state, acting in vast openness becomes the essence of the key point, thereby enhancing the previous samadhi. If the mind is distracted by the appearance of circumstances, and it becomes a thorn in the side of meditation, then take that very appearance of circumstances as accomplishment. With the blessings of the six methods of generating bodhicitta from before, during the time of guru yoga, take the appearance of the deity guru as the yoga of the path, and when you have prayed with one-pointedness, mix the guru and your own mind, relax and loosen, and rest in openness. Those of superior intellect should not move from the state of focus and guard their own minds. Those of middling intellect should let whatever appears in the field of appearance rest naturally. Those of inferior intellect should follow whatever arises, cutting off the root. Furthermore, if the appearances of the collection of thoughts appear unhindered, then in your own body, which remains in an ordinary state, in your right hand, hold the sharp-edged sword of wisdom that arises spontaneously and without discrimination. Without any attachment to the body, cut it into hundreds and thousands of pieces and give it freely to the harming spirits, causing them to be satisfied, pleased, and content, and to obtain unsurpassed joy. Think that the hatred and violence in your mind stream have completely subsided, and that you possess a mind of benefit, happiness, and enlightenment. Recite Om Ah Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हुम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum.) And rest in equanimity. Again, if a thought suddenly arises, then that very thought that appears, that very painful thought, like the oral instruction of the clarity of light of the previous thought, separate the body and mind, the support and the supported. Like the tip of a lamp of self-awareness, dissolve it into the center of what appears to be frightening, and the mind

Thinking of it as becoming the nature of that very state, settle in equanimity. Again, if conceptual thoughts suddenly arise, do not be distracted by the very nature of the arising gate, but establish vigilance. If I am the non-dual wisdom, what do you, conceptual thoughts, amount to? Just like mistaking a patterned rope for a snake, the self-experience of realizing it is a rope causes the illusion to become rootless and baseless, thereby completely triumphing over the battlefield of obstacles. All appearances are pleasing to the mind, the teacher of the path of liberation without elaboration, this supreme path's essential key points, are briefly summarized and written in words. Extracted from the instructions of Lotsawa of GLo bo. (64) Instructions on the Four Yogas. The instructions on the Four Yogas are: first, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. The generation stage self-blessing is: starting from the eyes, focus on the complete form of the Bhagavan father and mother. The blessing of appearances is: in the heart of the deity visualized as the Bhagavan father and mother, visualize a red "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya). From that "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya), light radiates, causing all the outer world to dissolve into red light. Visualize it as a palace. Again, light radiates from the "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya), striking sentient beings, visualizing all sentient beings as the form of the Bhagavan father and mother. The blessing of union is: visualize this ordinary appearing container and contents as a palace and the form of the Bhagavan from the very moment of appearance. Although it appears in this way, because its nature is not established, it is like a moon in water, which is the blessing of union. The sequence of mantras is: exhale the wind of the three syllables stong, ra, ha from the mouth, and exhale the wind of the three syllables "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) from the nostrils. Grasp the ankles of both legs with both hands, and visualize the three channels clearly. Visualize the breath entering the central channel from the right roma channel. Hold the breath and compress the central channel. Similarly, from the left rkyang ma channel, enter the central channel, hold the breath and compress. Then, focus on the breath entering the central channel and hold the breath as long as possible. Transference of consciousness is: the nature of one's own mind is a red "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable. Below it is the syllable "ཨཱཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), below it is the syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), and below it are two green "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya) syllables back to back. Gradually block the nine orifices, such as the eyes, with two connected "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables each time. Visualize the brahmarandhra on the crown of the head as if it were opened. Visualize in front of oneself a palm tree reaching Tushita heaven.
