脐中三脉四轮处，心间自形智慧勇识尊，其心剑柄之上专注定心尊，（藏文：མཾ，梵文天城体：मं，梵文罗马拟音：mam，汉语字面意思：芒）。芒字融化成红黄色芥子大小的明点，具足五种光芒。其中观想能依所依的明点，生起烟等。放出清净明点之光芒，顶端幻化坛城，充满十方世界而融化，融入，自性为心，安住于明点。十六白分，内里根本身十六明点显明为元音字母。双足拇趾根为ཨ（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），双踝为ཨཱཿ（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），双腿为ཨི（藏文：ཨི，梵文天城体：इ，梵文罗马拟音：i，汉语字面意思：伊），密处为ཨཱི（藏文：ཨཱི，梵文天城体：ई，梵文罗马拟音：ī，汉语字面意思：伊），腹部根为ཨུ（藏文：ཨུ，梵文天城体：उ，梵文罗马拟音：u，汉语字面意思：乌），向上为ཨཱུ（藏文：ཨཱུ，梵文天城体：ऊ，梵文罗马拟音：ū，汉语字面意思：乌），乳房为རྀ（藏文：རྀ，梵文天城体：ऋ，梵文罗马拟音：ṛ，汉语字面意思：利），双手为རཱྀ（藏文：རཱྀ，梵文天城体：ॠ，梵文罗马拟音：ṝ，汉语字面意思：利），喉咙为ལྀ（藏文：ལྀ，梵文天城体：ऌ，梵文罗马拟音：ḷ，汉语字面意思：利），嘴唇为ལཱྀ（藏文：ལཱྀ，梵文天城体：ॡ，梵文罗马拟音：ḹ，汉语字面意思：利），双颊为ཨེ（藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：诶），双眼为ཨཻ（藏文：ཨཻ，梵文天城体：ऐ，梵文罗马拟音：ai，汉语字面意思：爱），双耳根为ཨོ（藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：o，汉语字面意思：哦），顶门为ཨཽ（藏文：ཨཽ，梵文天城体：औ，梵文罗马拟音：au，汉语字面意思：奥），所有关节处观想ཨཾ་ཨཿ（藏文：ཨཾ་ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अं अः，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ aḥ，汉语字面意思：昂 阿），以心间明点之光牵引而融入。迎请融入诸佛之甘露，剑柄根本身之间如前明显。顶端幻化之坛城前往无量刹土，进入诸佛之口，与甘露相融，从父之右，母之左融入根本明点。最终将一切法摄集于心，一心安住于唯一明点。以不坏明点击中要害，秘密宝珠明点，心间明点如前发光，从三脉降下尘垢黑暗心力之自性。宝珠顶端，从作为手印的蓝色宝剑中，如豆大小具足五种光芒的剑柄中，在芥子大小的明点内，明点变大，坛城不缩小之方式，专注主尊三层本尊为一。放出清净。若心下沉或掉举，则从明点自身下端放出，专注降至母之下端。若未生起，则于根本明点摄持心念，则生起如阳焰，烟雾，萤火虫，灯火闪耀，无云晴空等五种征相。忆念本尊生起无有间断，忆念五部佛母四续部，忿怒尊等而入于等持。观想融化之明点，此甚深奥。于中脉下端观想。持风，聚集风心之方便。

In the navel, the three channels and four chakras. In the heart, the wisdom being resembling oneself. On the hilt of the sword in its heart, focus on the Samadhi Being, Maṃ. The Maṃ melts into a reddish-yellow mustard seed-sized drop, possessing five rays of light. Within it, meditate on the dependent and the basis drop, from which smoke and so on arise. Radiate light from the purifying drop, and at the tip, emanate a mandala. Fill the ten directions of the world and dissolve. Absorb. The essence is mind. Rest in equipoise on the drop. Sixteen white elements. From within, manifest the sixteen fundamental body drops as vowel letters. At the base of the big toes of both feet, A (ཨ，अ，a，A). At both ankles, Āḥ (ཨཱཿ，आः，āḥ，Ah). At both thighs, I (ཨི，इ，i，I). At the secret place, Ī (ཨཱི，ई，ī，Ee). At the base of the abdomen, U (ཨུ，उ，u，U). Above, Ū (ཨཱུ，ऊ，ū，Oo). At the breasts, Ṛ (རྀ，ऋ，ṛ，Ri). At both hands, Ṝ (རཱྀ，ॠ，ṝ，Rii). At the throat, ḷ (ལྀ，ऌ，ḷ，Li). At the lips, ḹ (ལཱྀ，ॡ，ḹ，Lii). At both cheeks, E (ཨེ，ए，e，Eh). At both eyes, Ai (ཨཻ，ऐ，ai，Ai). At the base of both ears, O (ཨོ，ओ，o，Oh). At the crown of the head, Au (ཨཽ，औ，au，Au). At all joints, focus on Aṃ Aḥ (ཨཾ་ཨཿ，अं अः，aṃ aḥ，Ang Ah). Draw and absorb with the light of the drop in the heart. Invoke and absorb the nectar of the Buddhas. Make the hilt of the sword, the fundamental body, clear as before. From the tip, the emanated mandala goes to countless realms. Enter the mouths of the victorious ones. Mix with nectar. From the right of the father and the left of the mother, absorb into the root drop. Finally, gather all phenomena into the mind. Rest single-pointedly on the single drop of mind. Strike the essential point with the indestructible drop. The secret jewel drop. The light of the drop in the heart blazes as before, and from the three channels, the nature of the power of the darkness of dust descends. At the tip of the jewel, from the blue sword that is the hand symbol, a bean-sized drop with five rays of light. In the hilt, within the mustard seed-sized drop, the drop becomes larger, and the mandala does not become smaller. Focus on the principal deity, the triple-layered deity, as one mind. Purify. If the mind sinks or rises, release it from the lower end of the drop itself. Focus on it descending to the lower end of the mother. If it does not arise, hold the mind on the root drop, and the five signs such as mirages, smoke, fireflies, flickering lamps, and cloudless sky will arise. Without interruption, remember the deity generation. Remember the five families, the four mothers, the wrathful ones, and so on, and enter into equipoise. Meditate on the melting drop. This is very profound. Meditate on the lower end of the central channel. Hold the breath, the means of gathering wind and mind.
