When going out, touch Haṃ. Meditate repeatedly on the nectar falling from Haṃ. Twenty-nine is the manifestation wheel Aṃ. The Dharma wheel Hūṃ observes the subtle aspects, union. Aṃ ignites the fire, focus on Hūṃ dripping, practice the breath. The basis of explanation for all tantras is, the great bliss, the innate path of liberation is supreme, the object of self-blessing, is developed in the appearance of letters. This is extracted from the old writings of Dromi. (59) Instructions on the Hidden Path Explanation. The instructions on the Hidden Path Explanation are: First, generate refuge and bodhicitta. Make a wheel from clay, wide enough to fit the thumb and forefinger, four fingers high, with a slightly thinner tip, wrapped with silk, etc., and place it. Sit in the vajra posture on a cushion, with the body like an elephant's ears. Place the previous wheel directly in front of the genitals, alternately raising each thigh. Draw in the lower breath. If uncomfortable, lower it. If comfortable, raise it. Visualize oneself as the joyful Vajra, the lungs as a white lotus with eight petals facing downwards. The liver is a reddish-purple lotus with petals facing upwards. The tips of the two are slightly inclined, forming the shape of a palace. In the center of that is the knot of the three channels, the letter Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the essence of compassion, from Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) arises Vajra Heruka, body color blue-black, bared fangs, three eyes, the right eye is the sun, the left eye is the moon, the middle is Rahu. The right foot presses on the sun, therefore it does not allow the red blood of the Roma channel to flow out. The left foot presses on the moon, therefore it does not allow the white bodhicitta of the Kyangma channel to flow out. The Bhagavan is the central channel, Rahu is pure. Residing in the center of the burning fire of wisdom. Is the fire of time pure. The two hands cross the vajra and bell at the heart. The solar and lunar winds enter the central channel. The crown of the head is held by the solar, lunar, and Rahu. The six ornaments are the six perfections, just think of it that way. Place the hands on the knees. Move the abdomen. The tongue touches the palate. The eyes are slightly opened. The upper breath is guided with "He" and suppressed with "Si". Draw in the lower breath. Nourish and practice with food and behavior. Outwardly, the appearance is white. The body generates warmth and comfort. The mind is free from grasping and clinging, and reaches the point of the initial merging of elements. After one month, signs such as smoke will appear. After three months, the body is as light as cotton, the mind is free from grasping and clinging. There is no meditation or post-meditation. The elements merge.
