If it is scattered, it will turn into diseases and so on, so it needs to be done extensively, that is: shaking the head, twisting the upper body, twisting the waist, waving the hands, dancing, shouting loudly, and so on, do it extensively, this is transferring to (another) place. Like the Shravaka Vehicle, do not abandon the mudra, if you abandon it, the bindu will not increase, like milking a cow, if you milk a wooden one, it is like dry cheese. Therefore, if you milk like milking a cow, the bindu will increase, and the Buddha will arise from the bindu. Do not abandon the Bodhicitta like ordinary people, if you abandon it, all the faults mentioned in the tantras will arise. Therefore, through the method of descending and reversing the bindu, with the intention of manifesting the co-emergent wisdom, abandon attachment, the whole body is filled with bindu, and the bliss-emptiness samadhi arises continuously. The types of mudras are the basis of all joy. Maturation and liberation are the two ways of creating excellence. Here is just the wisdom mudra. The method of practicing it as a path has been written down. Extracted from the guidance manual written by Jetsun Drakpa. (49) The Great Seal, the wordless guidance text. Subsequent stages of the path, the Great Seal, the wordless guidance text, with refuge and bodhicitta as the preamble. Visualize the lama on the crown of the head. Clearly establish the yidam. Wherever the mind goes, grasp it with the rope of mindfulness. Do not let it run to other places. Guard it. Do not chase after the past and the future. You will grasp (the mind). If you cannot grasp it, place it on the treetop. Place it on the sun and moon. If you still cannot grasp it, move it to the tip of the nose, between the eyebrows. Move it to the navel, grasp the mind. This way you can grasp the mind. If the mind is not grasped by mindfulness, it will fall to the edge of the conceptual thought samsara. If you are lazy, you will become a Shravaka, therefore, take it out from wherever the mind is clinging to, such as a pillar or a vase, and place it in another place. In short, there is also the freedom of abiding. When it is scattered, grasp it with mindfulness, this is taming the mind. Seeing a mirage. Mistakenly thinking it is the ocean. When you go there, you find it is not water, but a mirage. When you get close, you see nothing. Similarly, in a dream, fighting with enemies, and having definite recognition of relatives and friends. When strong hatred arises, realize that it is not true. The hatred mind itself is without self-nature, this is the Great Seal without words. Words and conceptual thoughts cannot express it.

Da. The inexpressible Great Seal. In the sky in front, offer the body of enemies and friends to the Lama Yidam. Those are also mind. Mind is illusion. Illusion is without inherent existence. Train the mind in that. Below, experience the suffering of hell's burning and roasting. That is mind. Mind is illusion. Illusion is without inherent existence. Again, the hundred thousand Buddhas below, the Buddha Vairochana above. Look at the ten directions of the pure lands in the east, south, west, and north. Think, "I see." That is also mind. Mind is illusion. Illusion is without inherent existence. Burn away afflictions such as hatred. To give one example, hatred. Make it in your mind that illusion is like a dream. All appearances, sounds, samsara, and nirvana are without inherent existence at the same time. The Great Seal, without letters, is realized spontaneously. There is no simultaneous or subsequent. Appearances arise as the teacher. Afflictions turn into the path. Thoughts arise as wisdom. Cut off the abyss of the six realms. Destroy the city of the six classes of beings. It is like the time when you meet someone you know well and there is no effort of thought or analysis. The Great Seal, which is beyond enemies and thoughts, is realized as that very nature, without letters. The secret where letters are not, Kunnana (藏文). The essence of joy, Gawa (藏文), is born together. The way to guide the union of supreme liberation, Namdol (藏文), Chok (藏文). It is written clearly through a small door. It is excerpted from the teaching manual written by Jetsun Drakpa. (50) Homage! The teaching manual for obtaining [realization] in front of a stupa. The teaching on obtaining [realization] in front of a stupa in the later part of the path cycle is as follows: First, go for refuge and generate bodhicitta. Relax your mind and leave it naturally loose, without manipulation. Do not seek to do anything with your mind, whether it is virtuous or non-virtuous. That will take hold. If it doesn't take hold, then set up a guard and let it go on its own, and it will come back. Doing it like that is like putting your hand on the place of giving, so it is the measure of taking hold in the coemergent state. Therefore, in the state of that unmanipulated posture, examine your own mind. Without beginning or end, like the sky. Without birth or death, like the sky. Without going or coming, like the sky. Remember that it is without limit or center, like the sky, and leave it in that state. Then, do not cut off the past. Do not welcome the future. Meet the present with mindfulness, and the three times are without arising, ceasing, or abiding, free from elaboration.
