Mind awareness. The mind that has not been exhausted is the two aspects of Bodhicitta: outwardly, the conventional preliminary; the ultimate, free from elaboration. Inwardly, the conventional is all-encompassing; the ultimate is bliss and emptiness. The way to guide through the three co-emergent aspects: The cause is the co-emergent, which abides by its nature. The method is the means to generate the three experiences of the co-emergent. The result is the co-emergent, the three doors of liberation, born into the three bodies. For the co-emergent, the inner obstacles are the three co-emergent humors of disease. The outer obstacles are the three co-emergent demons. Among them, the disease is one with wind, blood and bile are made into one, and phlegm is the third. The three demons are the male lineage, female lineage, and Naga lineage. The reality of the mind's substance is the unborn, the first co-emergent. The method of co-emergence also has two methods for two types of individuals. The ascetic, when first entering the path, although not in this life or the next, may wonder if everything comes from the path and its fruit. First, remember the Lama on the crown of the head, meditate on the precious Bodhicitta, and briefly recall the deity yoga. Rely on the twenty-seven practices of the body's whirling and experiential instructions. Joy and bliss arise in the mind, and wild speech and so on occur. Suddenly, one cries out in pain, and thus the body, speech, and mind are all pervaded by great desire, which is called Samadhi. When bliss arises, awareness is clear and light, and great compassion arises, which is Samadhi. The ultimate of clarity is anger, so anger is transformed into the path. The ultimate of clarity arises from unpleasant circumstances. Not recognizing or thinking about any object is great ignorance, and the affliction of delusion leads it onto the path. Thus, the twenty-four limbs generate the experience of the co-emergent path. All the nectar of Dombhi's speech, with the mind consciousness of complete joy, the supreme liberation, the part determined by oneself, is written here as a record. Extracted from the instruction manual composed by Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen. (46) ༈ The instruction manual for Tummo Path Completion. The instruction for the outer Tummo Path Completion of the path cycle is: After taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, sit on the cushion, gather the generation stage, Vajravarahi dissolves into (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) ཨཾ་,am,am,啥字. Two wheels, and the four incomplete wheels, clearly visualize in order. Clearly visualize the three channels, the two side channels, sealed with letters. Ignite the fire at the junction with the wind from the anus. Ignite the aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) at the navel with the fire. Swallow the wind along with saliva, and meditate while suppressing the upper wind as much as possible. Think that the fire of aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) is burning uncontrollably. The fire burns uncontrollably without contracting the lower wind. The right one goes along with Roma. Burn the five families and five mothers. Fire radiates from the right nostril. The Tathāgata in the sky. First, do it for one. Then, from ten to a hundred to the inconceivable, gradually enter from the right nostril. The mother goes up and down several times. The four wheels of the Tathāgata and the essences of nectar melt into one, and like a worm drawing blood from a lotus, they are carried and come. Enter from my left nostril. Strike the aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) at the navel and vigorously stimulate it. The central channel opens, and the bodhicitta drop that melts from hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం) becomes more and more powerful, and the bodhicitta that descends from the crown of the head falls on the tip of the vajra jewel. The four joys gathered by the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought. The four joys gathered by supreme joy. The four joys gathered by joylessness. The four joys gathered by innate joy are perfected. After the sixteen joys are perfected, cut them off. Meditate on the space between the two nostrils as an empty egg without a pillar. Meditate on the air, like the smoke of incense, coiling around the tip of the nostrils from inside the body and not going out. By meditating in this way, the ḍākinīs will bless you. All dharmas are one path of tummo, self-joy liberation bestows excellence, the essence extracted from the tantra of bliss-emptiness, the practice is written in letters as it is. Extracted from the instruction manual written by Jetsun Drakpa. (47) ༈ Instructions for Straightening the Crooked. The instructions for straightening the crooked in the later path cycle are: first take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then sit on a cushion. Remember the yidam. Set up the postures. Place your hands in fists on your knees. Turn your eyes upwards. Stick your tongue to the palate. Align your teeth and open your mouth. Combine the upper and lower winds and forcefully contract your abdomen. Gradually move your hands upwards from your knees, gradually bringing your elbows closer to your knees. The body
