Meditation. These are the instructions for continuous abiding. To abide definitively or to gather and abide is: if awareness wanders outward, thinking, "My awareness has become wild," quickly gather the awareness and hastily fix the mind on the object of focus. To abide closely is: to subdue the mind with a single object of focus. Meditating on the crown of the head, or a multi-colored vajra, or the fangs of the face, etc., for just one session each, is to meditate while exhaling. To tame is: to know that there are immeasurable qualities in samadhi, and even during activities, although the object of focus is not clear, to always remember the form of the deity, thereby taming the mind. To pacify is: when discursive thoughts arise and the mind becomes displeased, release the mind onto the object of focus, thereby pacifying it. To pacify closely is: when unwholesome thoughts such as greed arise, to pacify them by relying on the object of focus. To make one-pointed is: when the mind does not wander outward and abides, to make it abide one-pointedly on that very thing. To abide exceedingly evenly is: by relying on those objects of focus, without deliberately striving, samadhi arises naturally. Thus, in the generation stage, the instruction for holding the mind on one aspect of the body of the deity is: if the mind can stably hold onto one aspect of the body of the deity, then the object of focus should be moved to other aspects of the body of the deity. In the first session, meditate on the space between the eyebrows. In the second session, clearly visualize the three eyes. In the third session, frown. In the fourth session, the bridge of the nose. On the second and third days, also meditate in the manner of clearly visualizing the three eyes. In short, if you want the three eyes to be clear, visualize them clearly; if you do not want them to be clear, stabilize the object of focus in an unclear state. In the first session of the second day, clearly visualize the fangs of the face. In the second session, the ears. In the third session, the face. In the fourth session, the white on the right side. In the first session of the third day, visualize the root face and the white on the right side. In the second session, the red on the left side. In the third session, the two black faces on the right side. In the fourth session, the two black faces on the left side, and clearly visualize the face above. In the first session of the fourth day, visualize the eight faces. In the second session, visualize the crown of the head, including the red and yellow hair, and the multi-colored vajra. In the third session, visualize the bone ornaments, earrings, and other head ornaments. In the fourth session, clearly visualize the entire body, including the neck ornaments and other ornaments.

Visualization: On the first session of the fifth day, visualize the head and the entire body clearly. On the second session, visualize the eight right hands with their implements. On the third session, visualize the eight left hands with their implements. Visualize the ornaments of the body, such as the human heads, and the mountain of fire. On the fourth session, visualize the feet pressing down the four maras. On the first session of the sixth day, visualize the main deity and Gauri. On the second session, visualize Cauri. On the third session, visualize Vetali. On the fourth session, visualize Ghasmari. On the first session of the seventh day, visualize Pukkasi above the five main deities and retinue. On the second session, visualize Shavari. On the third session, visualize Chandali. On the fourth session, visualize Yungmo. On the first session of the eighth day, visualize the nine deities and the palace. On the second session, visualize the charnel ground. On the third session, visualize the protective circle. On the fourth session, visualize the outer and inner contents of the three realms. Visualize the wheel of the mandala, etc. This is the visualization of the generation stage. Completion Stage: Like the tip of a flame, the mind should also be grasped. From the three realms to the wheel of the mandala, gather them in sequence. Meditate on the sphere of light, the bindu. If the sphere of light, the bindu, is clear, then visualize the tip of a flame. If the tip of a flame is clear, then visualize the measure of a horse's tail. On the measure of a horse's tail divided into one hundred parts, finally, like the warmth of breath disappearing on a mirror, settle the mind in emptiness. Like this, from the clear visualization to the session of meditating on emptiness, when wanting to end, starting from gathering the three realms, gather them all the way into emptiness. If wanting to arise, then arise from the state of emptiness with the pride of the main deity. Remember the virtuous deeds, sing the vajra song, recite the pure aspiration prayers, and abide in the yoga of conduct. All the secret intentions of Padmasambhava, explained in nine profound ways, are a joyful dharma. The path of liberation, the supreme tip of a flame, is written in words to clearly indicate. This is extracted from the instruction manual written by Jetsun Drakpa. (45) The Instruction Manual on Coemergent Accomplishment. The later path, the instruction on the coemergent accomplishment of Dombhipa is: First, go for refuge and generate bodhicitta. There are two ways for an individual to practice the path: the path of asceticism, the path of a child. Both of these require three things that are not wasted: not wasting resources, not wasting the body, not wasting the mind. Resources: fire, water, enemies, and demons should not be wasted, offer them to the Three Jewels and the dakinis. The body should possess the three vows: Pratimoksha,
