Burning charcoal. Just a little bit of burning. Binding the breath. If one does this without limiting the number of sessions or the duration, then as soon as the body's trulkhor is done, if one enters the samadhi of clear emptiness, that is the ultimate achievement. In order to stabilize it, place the left hand in a fist at the heart. Wave the right hand in a fist. Join the air passages. Then, reversing that, wave the left hand. Then, make the gesture of drawing a bow with both the right and left hands. Then, wave both hands in the sky. Clench the fists and meditate while alternately crossing them at the heart. In this way, no matter what trulkhor is bound, the arising of inexpressible samadhi in the continuum is the measure of ultimate achievement. The location of the channels, bindus, and winds is the four joys. In the central channel, binding and liberation is the supreme display. The essential points of the swift and blissful path to enlightenment are written in letters. Extracted from the instructions of Jetsun Drakpa. A Guide to the Path of the Mudra. The subsequent Lamrim, the Mahamudra instructions, are as follows: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then sit in the vajra posture. Place both hands on the knees. Lower the eyes to the tip of the nose. Vigorously inhale the lower breath and slowly and for a long time draw and press down the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ) from the abdomen. At that time, if there is pain in the kidneys or waist, move the abdomen and straighten the spine. Tie the waist with a soft object such as silk. If there is a headache, move the head. If there is pain in the upper body, move the upper body. If you practice like this for seven days, or half a month, or twenty-one days, you will gain control over the various ways of expelling the upper and lower airs. In the meantime, one should first cultivate the view, which pervades the reality of things, is not destroyed by the causes of conditioned phenomena, does not change in the three times, and is the knowledge of the nature of all knowable objects, possessing four characteristics. If one practices it, all phenomena appear clearly in the nature of one's own mind, and without interruption, if one examines it, it is emptiness, which is called clear emptiness inseparable. Or, if one examines the clarity that is self-aware and experienced, it is emptiness, which is called awareness emptiness inseparable. Or, the body arises in great bliss, and all appearances arise in great bliss, and if one examines that, it is emptiness, one should know that this is called bliss emptiness inseparable. First, in the manner of hearing and thinking, then cultivate and train the breath in the manner of spontaneous arising. In this way, when the breath is mastered, wisdom

When practicing based on the mudra, generate the pride of oneself and the consort as the yidam. Bless the crossed vajra and lotus. The practitioner, from the 'E' (Tibetan: ཨེ།) of the consort's lotus, arises the source of dharma. Within it, from 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ) arises a red eight-petaled lotus with stamens, marked with the letter 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ), and stabilize it with mantra. On the father's five-pronged vajra, generate it marked with 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). From 'Oṃ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) arises a jewel, from 'Svā' (Tibetan: སྭཱ་, Devanagari: स्वा, Romanized Sanskrit: svā, Literal meaning: Svā) arises a precious crest. Visualize a dark blue 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) from 'Bu ga' (Tibetan: བུ་ག) looking downwards, and a red-black 'Phaṭ' (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) looking upwards, with their tips joined, and stabilize it with mantra. Transform ordinary desire into the path, and gradually transform that ordinary desire into bodhicitta, motivated and aroused by great compassion. Think, 'May sentient beings attain perfect Buddhahood.' There are five key points of the instructions: descending the bindu of bodhicitta, holding and meditating on bliss, reversing and pervading, and protecting without degeneration. Among these, meditating with mudra and union is descending bodhicitta. Descend bodhicitta into the center of the jewel, and prevent it from degenerating with the three methods of holding. Stare upwards with both eyes, press the tongue against the palate, suppress the upper air, and direct awareness by pushing upwards from the lower gate. It is like a pill with a base. Visualize 'Phaṭ' (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) facing upwards and 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) facing downwards, thinking of guiding with them. Guide with a slow and long twenty-one or so 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Slightly contract the lower air, open the eyes, and guide with slow and long breaths. Exhaling from both nostrils causes the entire body to be pervaded by the samadhi of bliss and emptiness, experiencing the sixteen joys of lower stability. If reversing from the tip of the vajra itself, reverse with six changes: contract and extend the four big toes of the feet, press the abdomen against the spine, curl the tongue backwards, say 'hik' after a long 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the mouth, and guide 'Phaṭ' (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) with the 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) of samadhi and send it to the crown of the head. Since there may be residual bodhicitta, guide it two or three times. Then, for pervading, not on the body,
